Margarita Nino Needed A Baby – Quick!

August 9, 2009 at 7:45 am by

Austin, TX - Margarita Niño had told those closest to her, including the one man brave enough to mount the beast – her boyfriend, that she was expecting a little bundle of joy. On the day the blessed event was to occur, Margarita informed everyone that she was off to the hospital to squish out a new kid and she was gone. On the way to the hospital, Margarita made a detour. You see, before she could return to her family with a shiny new baby, she first needed to find one. Yes, Demonites – Margarita wasn’t full of baby, she was full of shit. But, as luck would have it, she already had a couple victims in mind – Blanca Zacarias and her 12-day-old son. Margarita had met Blanca through a mutual friend just days earlier and put her diabolical plan in motion. She would drug Blanca, kidnap her and the child, kill Blanca, dump her body, and raise her child. What could possibly go wrong?

The first couple steps in her evil little plan went off without a hitch. Margarita met with Blanca and served the new mother some drugged up tea. When Blanca was sufficiently out of it, Margarita loaded her and the baby into her car and headed for the border. Good thing Margarita has a big mouth and a lead foot.

While driving to Mexico with her captives, Margarita called a friend and informed her that she was going to drop Blanca off a bridge. Strike one. Before Margarita made it to the border, she was pulled over for speeding. Strike two. The officer, not knowing that Blanca and her child had been kidnapped, and Blanca being drugged up and unable to inform him of the hambeast’s plan, issued Margarita a citation and let her go. Because Blanca lacked identification and immigration documents, she and her child were detained and handed over to immigration authorities. Once the drugs wore off, Blanca was able to relay to officials that she had been drugged and kidnapped. She and the baby were taken to the hospital for examination and released. Both mother and son are safely back home in Austin. Authorities were able to track down Margarita and arrest her. Strike three, bitch. Margarita Niño, 40, has been charged with two counts of third-degree kidnapping. Bail was set at a measly $1,000 per count.

Is it bad, that when talking about the featured box above, that I prefer looking at the woman in the cellar from Evil Dead II than this woman?

I was just gonna say….Damn!! Her pic all big and lifelike up there in that box is a helluva appetite suppressant. Yuck.

Does it bother anyone else that this (unconscious) woman was detained for no reason? I know it turned out great in this case, but she was apparently here legally (as she was returned to Austin).

Are police now allowed to hold anyone they want until they produce papers? Yikes!

No, not at all. She was not held for no reason, she was held to verify her immigration status. Unconscious and sleeping are to vastly different things. Any LEO would and should verify any unconscious person’s safety and well being and anyone over 16 years old in Texas is required by law to provide legal ID to any peace officer who asks for it.

They should charge one dollar per pound for bail. Then we would all know she would never make bail.

Thankfully her plan didn’t work, damn people are crazy!

    Deety,
This is how it is now, even here in Idaho. I can’t say that I beleive it is right. I know that I will be pissed the day it happens to me. And as easily as I lose things it will happen:)

Heh Heh! If Ol’ Margarita had drank Margaritas, decided to jump off a pier at Port Isabel, into the Gulf of Meheeco, that wave would’ve swamped South Padre Island…. I can picture that in my mind, oh yes I can…..

Unconscious and sleeping ARE two vastly different things, so considering this woman was drugged and was unable to communicate until the drugs wore off, why would they have thought she was sleeping? Wouldn’t they try to wake her up and then when she wouldn’t wake up, realize that she was actually unconscious? Also, why would they let this hambeast go when she had an unconscious woman in her car? Did they assume she was sleeping and then, after they let beast go, realize, oh shit she’s unconscious? The whole thing seems really strange, unless I’m missing something. Why would their first reaction to an unconscious woman be, “what’s her immigration status” rather than “why is she unconscious and how is this fat beast here involved?”
