Lauren Story Was Drunk And Stupid

August 31, 2009 at 5:21 pm by

Green Township, Cincinnati – Here is an idiot for you. At around 9 p.m., 21-year-old Lauren rear-ended David Tewes in a Walgreen’s parking lot. After both got out of their respective vehicles, it was quite apparent that Lauren was shit-faced – her blood alcohol content later determined to be .205. Not wanting to get into any more trouble than she was already in, Lauren did the smart thing and left the scene of the accident. But that was only one of her problems added to her drunken stupidity. The other was the fact that her dumbass got into the vehicle she hit thinking it was hers. Oh, she left her 19-month-old daughter behind in her vehicle as well. She was arrested and charged with child endangering, driving while intoxicated, leaving the scene of an accident, failure to maintain reasonable control of a motor vehicle and a seat belt violation. Video report after the jump.…

Review: The Final Destination – Hopefully

August 31, 2009 at 2:43 pm by

Nick and his friends are taking a break from their studies enjoying a day at the race track when Nick foresees a catastrophic chain of events that leads to the deaths of a slew of people in attendance, including him and his friends. He gets a tad hysterical and leaves the stands with his friends and some strangers in tow. The group quickly realize how lucky they are to have left when they did when Nick’s  premonition of death and destruction becomes a reality. But that’s the thing with Death. You really shouldn’t fuck with it. Now Death is coming back ’round the bend to collect on the lives that slipped through his icy, cold fingers and begins orchestrating freak accidents to pick off the survivors who left that day in the order they should have died. After dong a bit of Googling, Nick and his girlfriend think they have figured out what is happening and come up with a plan that should break the chain, and help the ones still alive cheat Death for a second time.…

Logan Boyer May Have Been Doomed From The Start

August 31, 2009 at 11:04 am by

Oshkosh, WI – On May 18, emergency crews were called to David Reimer’s home on a report of an unresponsive infant. When paramedics arrived, they found 2.5-month-old Logan Boyer unconscious and lacking a pulse – Logan died four days later. Autopsy revealed the cause of death was traumatic brain injury and further revealed numerous rib fractures in various stages of healing, a broken arm, and trauma to the head. Investigators believe that Logan had been an ongoing target of abuse. Targeted? W.T.F. After a lengthy investigation and a consultation with a national expert on shaken-baby syndrome, an arrest was made. David Reimer, 25, has been placed under arrest and charged with first-degree reckless homicide and child abuse in the murder of Logan Boyer. Now…what the hell happened? …

Putnam County, FL – It’s been almost 7 months since Haleigh Cummings disappeared off the face of the earth. During that time, police have followed up on more than 4,000 leads – Haleigh’s dad, Ronald Cummings, married his 17-year-old girlfriend, Misty Croslin – Haleigh’s 6th birthday has come and gone. On August 18, Haleigh’s birthday, authorities announced they believe Haleigh was kidnapped by someone she knew. As of right now, Haleigh’s father, Ronald Cummings, and bio-mom, Crystal Sheffield, are not considered suspects. Ronald’s wife, however, is raising suspicion. Why? Because the girl couldn’t pass a polygraph test, or any other test, for that matter, to save her damn life. In an effort to clear her name, Misty contacted EquuSearch founder and director Tim Miller, and asked if he would administer a lie detector test. “She said she did not trust the cops and asked me if she could take a lie detector test or something,” Miller said. “I told her that was out of the realm of what we did, but this was something that she felt would be helpful, and so we arranged it.

Cordell Richardson Is A Selfish Ass

August 31, 2009 at 5:29 am by

Gary, IN – Have I mentioned lately how much I hate people? Really – I do. Especially people like Cordell Richardson. When the mother of his child mentioned that she would be moving out of state and taking the kiddo with her, Cordell came unhinged. Instead of taking it like a man, he threw a ginormous hissy fit – telling a friend that, “nobody is going to take my daughter away.” After spending a day with his daughter, 18-month-old Eboni Richardson, Cordell refused to give the child back to her mother. After much begging and pleading with the asshole to return the child, Cordell agreed to meet with his brother-in-law, Jamell Campbell, in the parking lot of a Bennigan’s restaurant Thursday evening, to transfer custody of Eboni. As Jamell approached Cordell’s vehicle, he saw a flash and heard two gunshots. Yep. One for Eboni and one for Cordell. Little Eboni was shot in the stomach and was later pronounced dead at the hospital. Cordell, unfortunately, survived the bullet to his head and remains hospitalized in intensive care.…

Gwinnett County, Georgia is a suburb county of Atlanta. Many residents live in Gwinnett Co and commute into the city for work. Suburbs offer a slower pace than the heart of the city which is a huge draw, coupled with a lower crime rate. A number of young parents opt for a suburban homestead as a better place to raise their children. Children do however, have an uncanny ability to thrive anywhere they’re raised as long as there is a loving hand guiding them and a sense of security. But now things have drastically changed for a little 4 year-old girl who ran for her young life as she witnessed her mother, her sister, and two family friend’s fatal shooting – and was shot as she ran for help.…

Review: The Victoria Vanishes

August 30, 2009 at 8:48 pm by

It seems my luck has run out. After a highly improbable run of exemplary books, I finally returned to earth with a decidedly mundane selection. Christopher Fowler‘s The Victoria Vanishes is a pedestrian exercise in crime fiction that tends to focus more on the drama inside the “Peculiar Crimes Unit” than it does the actual case it purports to solve. The thing is – once Fowler gets around to the actual meat of the book, his story is a rather good one. A killer is on the loose, and he is dispatching his victims in crowded pubs. He is targeting lonely, middle aged women, and administering death at the end of a syringe. If not for the good work of the pathologist, the very existence of a crime would have gone unnoticed. A check of other deaths reveals the work of a serial killer, and our heroes are on the case.  …

halloween2bA year after the town of Haddonfield was terrorized by the bloody rampage of escaped mental patient Michael Myers, survivors of that night are trying to put their lives back together.

Laurie Strode, Michael’s sister and the person who “killed” Michael and effectively put a stop to big brother’s killing spree, is now living with fellow survivor Annie and her dad Sheriff Lee Brackett.

Dr. Loomis, the man many feel is responsible for the events that happened the year before, angers even more after writing a sleazy book detailing his years treating Michael along with the events of that Halloween that left so many innocent people brutally slaughtered.

As for Michael, well, no one really knows as his body never made it to the morgue it was being transported to. But his whereabouts are about to be known as Halloween is quickly approaching, and Haddonfield’s prodigal son has some unfinished business to take care of.

In a recent interview, Rob Zombie was asked why he was doing a sequel to his 2007 re-imaging of the 1978 classic (a sequel he once stated he would have no part of) to which he responded, “because I can do whatever the fuck I want“.…

Michael Wey’s Baby Boy Cracked The Wall

August 30, 2009 at 3:09 am by

Jefferson, Wisconsin Babies love movement. It seems to calm them when nothing else seems to. Perhaps it is a ride in the car that does the trick, perhaps one of those swings that run on batteries and a timer. It could be, the only thing to quiet a cranky baby is setting them in their infant carrier/car seat and rocking them gently with your foot as you use your free hands to pop nerve pills into your mouth as though they’re candy. It seems all of these crutches were thought up so parents didn’t spend hours pacing back and forth with a screaming baby in their ears, stiffening up one moment and scrunching up their knees the next, making it a not-so-pleasant introduction to parenthood. Nonetheless, no matter what source of movement you employ to soothe your child, I doubt seriously a single one of you would dream of the extreme resourcefulness Michael Wey exercised:  a little swinging into the wall action. …

Monte Ayres Raped His Elderly Girlfriend To Death

August 29, 2009 at 4:32 am by

Indianapolis, IN – For years, Monte Ayres, 46, has had an on-again-off-again, and sometimes volatile relationship with his 80-year-old girlfriend, Kathleen Vargas. The relationship began to blossom when Kathleen hired him to cut her grass. Unfortunately, over the past few years, the police had been called to the residence on reports of domestic violence. On more than one occasion, Kathleen had Monte forcibly removed from her home – only to take him back time and time again. The dangerous relationship came to an end on July 18th when Monte sexually assaulted Kathleen. He didn’t just rape her, he violently raped her with some type of object, severely damaging her spleen in the process. (I don’t know about you, but that makes my innards hurt just thinking about it). After the attack on the 18th, Kathleen managed to escape the home she shared with the asshole and seek help from a neighbor. Over the course of the month, Kathleen was unable to recover from the ruptured spleen and her condition slowly degraded- she died Wednesday night.…

Boynton Beach, Florida I’m sure it’s safe to say all of us have walked the same routes to and from someplace so often we become completely aware of what’s in it’s proper place and what’s missing. When I was young, walking home from school was filled with common sights. The same older people who volunteered their time to make sure we all crossed the highway safely, the old lady sitting on her porch with fresh baked cookies or a bowl of candy for us as we returned home. That whole experience gave such a sense of normalcy and general good feeling to those of us passing by. And we’d always look if these people were not within sight, waiting for us. Yet I somehow cannot help but feel sorry for the children who lived along the route of Franklin Davidson, the pervert who liked to call attention to himself to all youngsters crossing his path, only to wave his privates in their general direction.…

Anadarko, Oklahoma – Christ Holy Sanctified Church was the scene of a murder inside sources have called “horrific“. Silkey Wilson and his wife arrived at the church just before noon on Sunday to meet Daniels for Sunday School. But the doors were locked. They tried knocking on the door and honking the horn of Daniels’ car parked outside but did not get a response. So they walked to the nearby police station. That’s when Anadarko officers made entry into the church and discovered Daniels’ body. She had suffered several “sharp force injuries” and her body was staged in an unnatural position. To add to the mystery of what exactly was done to Daniels, District Attorney Bret Burns called the crime scene the worst he’d ever seen in 17 years as a prosecutor – but he would not say why. …

Scott Taylor Stalks Little Girls In Malls

August 28, 2009 at 8:17 am by

ALPHARETTA, Georgia – Now this is one creepy son-of-a-bitch. Scott Taylor, 46, has been arrested and charged with Felony Child Molestation. Now that’s sick enough, but it was how he was going about molesting young girls that makes this story even creepier. Surveillance cameras in a Macy’s children department in North Point Mall show Taylor methodically stalling young girls in the store while carrying a small girl’s dress. He would eventually approach a girl and hold the dress up to the little girl and say “you’re about my daughters size, can you hold this dress for me?,” said George Gordon, the Public Information Officer for the Alpharetta Police Department. Then, as the girl held the dress to herself, this guy would fondle her over her clothes.…

Gregory Tyrrell Is The Not-So Invisible Guy

August 28, 2009 at 7:28 am by

Lincoln, NE – It’s a good thing that most pervs are stoopid. If they excelled at their ‘craft,’ they might get away with their pervy shenanigans forever and no one would be the wiser. Gregory Tyrrell? Luckily, he’s one of the stupid ones. Gregory, a level-three sex offender who has spent years behind bars for burglary and sexual assault, is accused of walking into the woman’s locker room at a couple of different health clubs on more than one occasion. Now, he didn’t just breeze right through the locker room door to get an eyeful – he was way too sneaky for that. What he did, and bear with me while I laugh my ass off, was wrap himself up in towels, from his head to his knees with just his eyes visible, and he’d saunter into the locker room like that. Well now, that wouldn’t look suspicious at all, would it? The dude is 6’2″ and 170 pounds with hairy man knees. He seriously thought no one would catch on?…

Hillbilly Rampage Or A Feud Is A Feud

August 28, 2009 at 3:08 am by

Marion, Alabama – As this is America and not some horrible, soulless place without Andy Griffith like Soviet Russia or EuroDisney, I assume most of us have seen some episode of The Andy Griffith Show at some point in our lives. If you haven’t, well then I pity you. Or envy you – I’m conflicted. Does anyone remember an episode entitled A Feud is a Feud? In this one, a young couple show up at Andy’s late one night wanting to be married. The two are members, respectively, of long feuding mountain families in the area. Long story short, Andy nearly gets his banjo-stroking ass capped performing the ceremony. The episode was obviously meant to parody the famous Hatfield/McCoy feud that claimed the lives of a dozen members of both families between 1800 and 1891. I wish I could say the assholes in this story were just poking fun at that old feud when they clashed violently in front of the Marion City Hall in Marion, Alabama – but I think they were fairly serious.…

Charleston, West Virginia Day cares. Parents search and search for the best bang for the buck. Convenience, affordability, stimulating atmosphere, and most importantly, safety. Well, at least in my mind. As I’ve never used a daycare facility/services, I won’t pretend to know the worries a parent must go through during the day, knowing a stranger is caring for their offspring. And to be perfectly honest, for all the Dreamin’ Demon members who read the atrocities committed in day cares and find themselves in the position of choosing one  – man, sorry. Fuck that! There’s too many stories here of molestation and broken bones resulting from impatient and mean as snakes daycare providers…too bad Megan Nettles wasn’t a member here. Maybe she would have chosen a nicer daycare after she discovered her son’s broken collarbone…Oops. My bad. I jumped to conclusions. The daycare didn’t do it… …

Tonya Robinson Pulls The Feeding Tube

August 28, 2009 at 2:30 am by

Little Rock, Arkansas I simply cannot get over the blatant attempts for attention from some parents. This story, although not mentioned anywhere within, reminds me of a clear case of Munchausen by proxy syndrome. MBPS is a fairly uncommon condition that involves exaggeration or fabrication of an illness or symptoms by a caregiver. Mostly mothers. It is also one of the most harmful forms of child abuse. Usually the caregiver or parent tried to convince others into thinking the child is sick while, in all actuality, they’re the ones making the child sick. Talk about attention whores. Well, meet our newly featured whore Tonya Robinson. Her baby was getting help as she made extra sure he remained ill.…
