Emperatiz Meza-Reyna Beat Her Daughter… Again!

West Valley City, Utah- Emperatiz Meza-Reyna, 21, just can’t seem to keep her damn hands off of her 7-year old daughter. In January of 2008, she was arrested for abusing the girl when officers were called to a domestic dispute involving Meza-Reyna, her husband, and her daughter. Meza-Reyna admitted she had struck her daughter with a belt and biting her. The girl was taken to Primary Children’s Medical Center and released that same day to DCFS. Meza-Reyna was charged with four counts of second-degree felony child abuse, in addition to simple assault for that incident. She plead guilty to two amended charges of child abuse and was sentenced to 17 days in jail, placed on 36 months probation and ordered to take parenting classes and receive counseling. Obviously, none of that worked because her child-abusive mug is gracing the front page today.

It was just within the last couple of months that Meza-Reyna’s daughter was returned to her custody. Around 8:45 p.m. on July 22, officers were called to the Primary Children’s Medical Center. Meza-Reyna’s daughter was suffering from severe head injuries and officers learned that the girl had originally been at a different hospital where she had went into cardiac arrest. At the medical center, doctors had to perform emergency surgery on the girl to open her skull and relieve pressure on her brain. Meza-Reyna told the doctors that her daughter had fallen down a flight of stairs, but the doctors didn’t buy it and said the girl’s injuries were consistent with “a massive blow or blows to the head.” The Captain of the West Valley Police Department said, “The child was either struck with an object at high velocity or used to be swung or shoved at a hard object. We feel she was used as an object and swung into a hard wall.” The girl also had bite marks and bruising on her legs, buttocks and feet that were consistent with abuse and at least one bone that had been broken and was in the stage of healing. What a Fucking Evil Bitch!

Emperatiz Meza-Reyna is a Mexican National who was wearing an ankle monitor and was in the process of being deported. She was arrested on suspicion of child abuse and is being held on $50,000 bail. Meza-Reyna has two other children and police said they did not show any signs of abuse. Her daughter remains hospitalized in a coma.

When asked why she abused her daughter, the only explanation Meza-Reyna could give investigators was she “cannot handle the crying,” he said.

So then you shut her in her room and let her cry it out…then you fucking take a walk and cool off. What the hell is wrong with people who can’t handle listening to some crying?

If a seven-year-old is wailing so much that you can’t handle it anymore, it’s probably because she’s in SEVERE PAIN… that YOU inflicted.

You know, I try to put myself in other people’s shoes all the time, just to keep a fresh perspective on the way the world works and such, and I just can’t manage to see how people can beat little kids, especially their own. Animals and kid abusers. Worst possible fucking scum on the face of the planet. What I also don’t understand is why places like DCFS just keeps handing this babies back into the grips of pain, misery, and very likely, death. It makes me sick. I just want to huddle up all these kids that can’t find love from the people who should love them most and take them away to a place where they will never experience that bullshit ever again.

DCFS administered by losers, just a department used by elected officials to pay back their worthless, useless friends, if they’re totally useless & worthless they become child & family service administrators, never to be held accountable, never to be fired the all time official government perk

A disturbing account of the abuse suffered by the daughter of Emperatiz Meza-Reyna, 21, was released in court documents Tuesday, including the mother’s statement to police that she was glad she was arrested in 2008 because she thought she would kill her daughter.

The girl’s most recent head injury was so severe that “doctors had to remove a flap of (the girl’s) skull to alleviate the pressure and save her life,” according to the charges. In the doctors’ opinion, the girl “will almost certainly suffer permanent brain damage or brain dysfunction as a result of the inflicted head injury.”

As of late Tuesday, the girl was reportedly still in extremely critical condition.

Detectives who were called to the hospital noted the girl’s left eye was “extremely swollen and bruised,” there were multiple bruises on her left leg and ankle, bite marks and bruises on her chest, a bite mark on her stomach and bruises on her buttocks, the charges state. There was also evidence her collarbone had been broken previously and was healing.

In January 2008, Meza-Reyna was arrested by the Salt Lake County Sheriff’s Office for investigation of abusing the same girl.

Although the beating wasn’t as severe, the child suffered injuries consistent with blows to the head, according to court documents…

At the time, Meza-Reyna told investigators she was “glad she was arrested because she was afraid she may kill her daughter,” according to court documents. She admitted to detectives she put her hands around her daughter’s neck one time and strangled her to the point the girl wet her pants, prosecutors said. She said she would also cover her daughter’s mouth and pinch her nose for two minutes.

Meza-Reyna also told investigators in 2008 that she bit her daughter because she was crying and that she knew if her actions weren’t stopped, “she will kill her,” according to the charges.
