Well in my line of work and life experiences know that there is always two sides to a story. I am sure that we’re all only hearing one side of it. So to make any judgments or to judge would be very foolish and un-wise. So All you folks making or passing any judgment now are being very foolish. Has anyone personal talked to this woman? Know her personal? Then judge not or be judged yourself, and he who has not sinned throw the first stone.
I say and feel that there is way more to the story then anyone truly knows. And I just might know a lot more then I am saying due to this case is still pending in court. But I will say that its all bull*hit and that this woman is a carrying love one of her daughter and just maybe that the men is lying.

Valerie Beale, 23, smiled at her baby’s father as she was brought into the courtroom to be charged with attempting to murder their 13-month-old girl.

The smile might have been unexpected since it was the baby’s father, Alan Charbonneau, who provided the statements to police that got Beale arrested.

Police say the incident happened Sunday evening in the couple’s Burlington apartment when their baby daughter wouldn’t stop crying and Beale became enraged.

“At some point in time she picked up a knife, she went to shut the baby up in her words, and to carve a smile on the baby’s face because the baby was crying,” Chittenden County Prosecutor T.J. Donovan said.

Police say Charbonneau stepped in, blocked the attack with his body and ended up with deep scratches and a cut thumb, but the baby was not injured.

Police say Beale was still carrying the knife when they arrested her two blocks away.

She told police she never threatened the child with the knife. She denied charges of attempted first-degree murder and attempted aggravated assault.

The article also has a few more photos of her as well as one of the babies father. It also says she has six prior convictions for burglery and theft and that she has a history of mental illness.

That’s really messed up. There’s another news story that referenced The Dark Knight as where she got that line. She did list that as one of her favorite movies on her myspace. It’s nice that she’s quoting her favorite movies while trying to stab her baby.
