Kevin Boone Shows Amy Gilroy How To Look Hot
July 25, 2009 by Morbid
SCHENECTADY, New York – 40-year-old Amy Gilroy has led quite a life. She is no stranger to law enforcement, having convictions for criminal impersonation, assault, and multiple prostitution offenses reaching back to 1993. She has spent time in rehab and was almost killed when she was stabbed by another woman back in 1989. On Wednesday, she was on the porch of a home along with parole Kevin Boone, 38, and his wife Doris Boone, also 38. At some point, Doris walked in the house to use the bathroom and during that time, an argument broke out between Kevin and Amy. An argument that ended when Kevin allegedly doused a chemical on Amy, possibly lighter fluid, and set Amy on fire and then fled the scene.

There were other people on the porch who saw the incident, one of them being Joshua Jones. “Yeah, I actually saw the woman on fire screaming,” Jones said. “We heard her yelling for help. That’s when everyone started yelling, saying there’s a lady on fire. No one knew what to do. So we called the cops.“I found that statement kinda funny only in that I would hope that if I ever saw anyone on fire, I would know what to do and, ya know, try to put them out.
Crystal Dzintars, a woman who knows Gilroy, added, “I ran up to her to ask what happened but she just kept yelling, ‘It’s so hot, it’s so hot.‘” Another witness, who did not want to be identified said, “I got close up where you could see the whole side of her face. She was pretty red. She was pretty burnt and crisp.” Burnt and crisp. That is definitely two adjectives I hope no one ever has to use when describing me. But luckily for Amy, as well as Kevin, one adjective not needed is the word “dead”. Amy survived the attack. She suffered burns on her back, shoulders and head and is listed in good condition at the Westchester Medical Center.

Within 24 hours, Kevin was charged with first-degree assault and arrested. He was arraigned FridayFriday reviews
sent to Schenectady County Jail without bail. Doris is a bit miffed at the media for portraying her husband, the man who lit a woman on fire, as a monster. He is the father of her three children and Doris says her husband is just a gentle homebody with no friends, having recently being released from prison in December where he had been serving time on forgery charges. “I stand by my husband one hundred percent,” she said, “I understand that what he did, if he did do it, was not intentional, but he felt like his life was in danger.”
Personally, I think someone has some anger issues. God knows I have had my fair share of argument with women. While the thought of squirting them with lighter fluid and lighting it may have played out in my head, as I fell asleep with a smile on my face, I could never imagine doing that to someone because of a disagreement. Unless that disagreement involved me not liking where they were headed with the chainsaw they were wielding. Or if pieces of the person were falling off as the shambled towards me screaming “Brains! Brains!”
Good luck to ya’, Amy.

Within 24 hours? It took them a day to figure out that there was a law against this?
But I’m sure his social calendar is about to improve. Now everyone knows that he throws one hell of a barbecue.

Too bad, really. She was attractive – but something tells me from the one witness description:
she won’t be such a looker anymore. What could possibly have transpired in the short time Doris walked away to cause THIS kind of anger?? And where the FUCK has humanity gone? You see someone on FIRE and you stand there ASSESSING the damage instead of trying to minimize it? FUCK people! STOP, DROP and ROLL a bitch – please!!
And as for Doris? This statement has got to be the quintessence of DENIAL!
IF he did it? Umm… witnesses (fucktards) on the same porch say he did, dear. And this would be the FIRST time I’ve ever heard of someone “unintentionally” lighting a person on fire using LIGHTER FLUID without a fire pit; grill or fireplace around to make that story a bit more believable! Oh, or was Amy wearing the new “Eau de Kerosene” fragrance – and when he lit his crack pipe -errrrr – I mean cigarette… he lit the fumes?? Uh huh. And unless Amy was a blackbelt – Kevin fearing for his life is just more bullshit on top of all the other bullshit! He’s a PUSSY!
I hope she heals and gets her life together… just as much as I hope he spends a LOT of time behind bars being shown the error of his ways by OTHER inmates with anger management problems!

On parole he should be held on a violation.
Why was this not attempted murder?

“I ran up to her to ask what happened but she just kept yelling, ‘It’s so hot, it’s so hot.‘”
…
You cannot possibly tell me that none of these upstanding members of society didn’t know how to put out a fire.
