Albany, OR – Even before I laid eyes on Arlayne Curiel’s fantastical mugshot, I had to wonder if she was completely retarded or just stupid. Now, I’m thinking she’s mostly stupid with a healthy dose of retardism thrown in for good measure. I mean, what sane adult would liquor up and sexually assault a 13-year-old child, only to turn around and spill the beans about it later? On top of that, when the folks in the neighborhood called her on the pervy shenanigans, she got all offended and called the cops, implicating herself. Yes, Demonites, on Saturday afternoon, the lovely lady called the boys in blue to report that she was being harassed by her neighbors for having sex with a 13-year-old boy – by Tuesday, she was sitting behind bars.

Arlayne allegedly met the teen late Friday night, as he was strolling through downtown Albany. At about 1:00 a.m. Saturday morning, the kid showed up at Arlayne’s home where she plied him with alcohol. She then broke into an unoccupied house next door to her own, and raped the kid. “I didn’t really know what I was doing so I don’t know what it would be called basically,” said the victim.
Arlayne sealed her own fate when she made a comment to a friend: “She said she wasn’t sure if she messed around with a young boy,” said the friend. Well, you know how word like that gets around, and soon, most of the neighbors knew what happened. Exactly how they were harassing her and why none of them bothered to call the cops themselves is unknown. I do know, however, that if I am ever in Albany, I will refrain from drinking the water – don’t wanna come down with a case of the stupids. Anyway, Arlayne then called the cops to report the harassment. She initially denied having sex with the kid, but after an interview with the victim, police felt they had enough evidence to charge her. Arlayne Curiel, 24, was arrested on charges of first-degree sex abuse, second-degree sodomy, second-degree rape, first-degree burglary and furnishing alcohol to a minor.
