Frank Long Wanted Extra on His Birthday

Radcliff, KY — Now, anyone who knows me knows that I consider my birthday a big fucking deal.  I expect the world to stop and celebrate with me.  OK, the world doesn’t have to completely STOP, but a pause for a quick “Happy BirthdayHappy Birthday reviewsHappy Birthday reviews” will always makes me smile.  If you forget, expect to be on my shit list for the next year.  No joke.  As silly as that may seem, at least I can honestly say I am not in the same mindset as douchebag Frank Long.  See, when FrankFrank reviewsFrank reviews had a birthday come up recently he thought he deserved extra sex.  Not a completely bad idea.  The problem was that he was demanding it from  a child under the age of 12.  Yep.  Frank Long is not only a self important asshole, he is also an alleged pedophile.

A child younger than twelve disclosed to a detective that Long had demanded sex acts from them for as long as they could remember.  As long as they could remember.  Let me translate that for you.  This kid knew no different.  On July 9th, Long demanded an EXTRA sex act because that was his birthday.  What the fuck?  Was he playing Pedophile King for a Day? I hope the kid was able to to take the day off from being molested on their birthday.  It would only seem fair.  Because of these allegations, charges were brought against him by the police department’s Crimes Against Women and Children Unit.

Long, was jailed July 17 on charges of first-degree sodomy and two counts of sex abuse.  He is currently in jail with a set bond of $95,000.

You know, I am not sure if I buy into all the prison justice hooplah we hear about here on the outside, but I can’t help but hope that there is some truth to it.  Assuming it is true, I’m hoping word will get out about Frankie boy’s crimes.  If Long thinks people deserve some extra sexual gratification on their birthdays, I have a feeling he is going to be very popular in the big house…and probably very, very busy.

  • OMG!! I lived in Radcliff for 2 years, after moving there from the neighboring Army base, Fort Knox, for 3 years! This guy actually looks like a guy that was friends with my step-father. Don't recall knowing his name, just saw pictures of him....I wonder?

    And as a note, Great-Uncle didn't actually do anything, but his hands were huge and to keep a child balanced, he rested that huge hand on your side, where it wrapped around to your stomach and chest. It was slightly discomfiting, although he didn't mean anything by it.

    I still haven't found anything on how the trial's going or any such as that, but at least that much has been reported on. If a child really has a 'history of lying' about things like this, maybe, just maybe, someone oughta take the poor addled thing to therapy, instead of letting it rest until the victim is ignored if something does happen.

    I told stories as a child. My mother still took me at face value when I told her I didn't want to sit in my great-uncle's lap. I never had to accuse anyone of anything, because my mother made sure I stayed near her when he was around and I had a great relationship with him because I knew there was no way he could get away with whatever I might have imagined he'd do.

    It looks like this molester has had an enabler "dealing" with the reports made by victims and witnesses in the past, hence Bostongirl's certainty that the child had lied about these things before.

    I will be sure to come back here and post the information when the charges are dismissed. His attorney must show up for the arrangment and file a motion to dismiss has to be entered based on the new information. The lead Detective will be expected to give a statement. I am sure that there will have to be some discussion but in the light of the new information the Judge is expected to drop the charges. It will only be at that time if they find out if the case will be dropped "with prejudice" or not.
    Look, I am not trying to give you a hard time I am sure you provide a valuable service here, but this is a tragic situation. A man and his family's lives may be destroyed over this.
    There is far more to this than is being reported and I feel that to disclose everything would not be benefical to the whole family. It feels too much like gossip and that is not what I want to do. Please, please! When this is all dropped come back and let your following know. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to share this with you.

    You should really be ashamed of yourself! This is why alot of molested children do not tell what is happening to them, because of people like you that call them liars! A history of lying, you say? When? Where? Did professionals speak with the child? Or were you the person, they confided in and YOU made that decision? Was it Frank Vincent Long that was accused or someone else? Please do, enlighten us here! If you aren't willing to do that, please just go back to your tent until his trial is finished....

    Sorry Bostongirl, can't find anything to say the charges have been dropped. If you do, please bring it here and show us. Im sure they would be happy to update the article.

    So I know that the people reading this will just attack me for coming on here and sharing this but I have to do this. As you will probably never get the real story, and as a part of this family I want the world to know that Frank is innocent. The child in question has recanted her story and explained to the detectives why she came up with this story. She will be counciled and hopefully someone will get to the real problems behind her actions. Instead of jumping to conclusions wouldn't it be better to get your facts straight.

    4 years is alot to a child UNDER the age of 12. Very likely, as long as they can remember. So your "only been the kids life for 4 years" doesn't hold water.

    If you know so much, exactly who has this child lied about before? Was this person proven innocent? What does this kid gain by lying?

  • I get the birthday thing, too. I mean, Christmas isn't about me. New Year's isn't about me. Valentine's Day isn't even about me specifically. My birthday is the one day of the year motherfuckers who know me better express just how much I mean to them (I do the same, BTW). Totally reasonably, from my perspective.

    And, yes, there is truth to the treatment of chimos in the pen. Problem is, because of this, chimos often get "protective custody". Luckily, "protective custody" in many, if not most, prisons amounts to solitary confinement, which isn't exactly a cakewalk.
