David Niedzielski Is Despicable

Minneapolis, MN – Chuck Lindemans hadn’t been seen for weeks and there was a weird smell coming from his home. A concerned neighbor, David Niedzielski, decided that maybe it was time to check up on the guy. He knocked on Chuck’s door and when no one answered, he kicked the door in. Upon entering the home, he noticed that poor Mr. Chuck was dead. Mortified, David immediately called 911 to report his discovery. Oh, wait a sec, this is the Dreamin’ Demon! He didn’t call 911 – since poor Mr. Chuck was laying around all dead and stuff, David decided to take advantage of the situation and relieve the dead guy of some of his worldly belongings. I mean, hell, you can’t take it with ya, right?

Another neighbor finally got on the phone with police after David hadn’t emerged from the residence in over 10 minutes. Minneapolis Police Sgt. Jesse Garcia said that David allegedly ransacked Chuck’s home and pocketed several watches and necklaces, seven pairs of earrings, a cell phone, a rifle and a revolver. In David’s pockets, jewelry with the deceased’s initials on it.

David’s sister, Tamara Niedzielski puts a different spin on things: “He (David) was drunk and he’s highly medicated everyday. I believe he should be punished. But I don’t believe he should be given prison time for being concerned,” she said. Silly Tamara, he’s not in trouble for being concerned, he’s in trouble for ripping off a dead guy. “I prayed to the guy (Chuck), and I apologized to him. I told him I’m sorry. But honestly, if it wasn’t for us, the guy would still be up there right now.” That’s comforting. David Niedzielski, 28, is being held on charges of burglary. Bail has been set at $120,000. It is believed that Chuck Lindemans, 55, died of natural causes.
