Of course they should go through the judicial system and be fairly tried and defended. If found guilty and sentenced to death, that is exactly what they should get...even while the last syllable of the word "death" still echoes in the courtroom. Screw the appeals process! Shoot their asses dead and throw them in the landfill...their families can pick them up there. These people have proven they are no longer humans and should be treated accordingly. That is justice. Not eighteen years languishing in some jail cell on the taxpayer's dime while their appeals process runs it's course and they conveniently "find Jesus".
