Sarah Moore’s Jealousy Sparked The Fire
July 3, 2009 by FlamingFox
Schenectady, NY- From the very beginning the police suspected arson. Around 4:30 a.m. on June 13, firefighters responded to call of a burning apartment building. The brave firefighters risked their lives as they fought through the smoke and the flames inside the burning structure searching for helpless victims. It was on the second floor in a bedroom where they found 10-year old Avion Bell lying on the floor. Once outside, the firefighters had to resuscitate Avion twice before she was taken to the hospital. From there she was flown to Westchester Medical Center to be treated for smoke inhalation and listed in critical condition. The three firefighters who rescued Avion were also injured. Out of the three, Capt. Douglas Faulisi, 38, suffered the worst and may be off the job for up to a year due to a seriously injured hand.
It wasn’t until 7 a.m. that her mother, 34-year old Tamira Bell, finally returned home and learned what had happened. She had left Avion home alone in her bedroom and went out partying with some friends the previous evening. Because of her absence, police charged her with child endangerment. After the fire, for four days Avion remained on life support until she eventually died. Neighbors were heartbroken to learn of her death. They said she was a tough little girl, a tomboy who often played football with the boys and could often be seen zipping down the street on her pink motor scooter.
After almost three weeks of investigation, police finally were able to arrest the person whom they believe started the fire. Sarah Moore, 25, has been charged with first-degree arson and second-degree murder. It’s believed that on the night before the fire, Moore had been drinking and doing drugs with a group of people, including Tamira Bell, and she had become angry over a disagreement. A source familiar with the ongoing investigation said Moore apparently got jealous because Bell had smoked crack with her boyfriend. So in retaliation, Moore went to Bell’s home and intentionally set the fire that killed little Avion. The County District Attorney said Moore was aware of Avion being in the home, but they do not believe she intended to purposely kill her. If convicted, Moore faces 25-years-to-life in prison. She is being held without bail. R.I.P. Little Avion. It breaks my heart to know that the only people who seemed to care about your life were, ironically, the ones who tried to save it.

I BET SHE’LL NEVER SMOKE CRACK AGAIN what a fucked thing to do……. of all things she could of done….. get up smack and her or spaz on her and say “hey bitch dont be smoking crack with my man” but to go and actually burn a child behind that means this fat ugly male bitch is EVIL. In NY everything with these type of cases is 25 to life if she premeditated, which she did by knowing the baby was asleep in the apt. the should kill this bitch kill her like she a roach trying to pop out when you have company…… and for the mom, I know you suffering but you are the reason this child is dead by associating your self with scum hope yo next hit on that pipe take you straight to LUCIFER. I would one to get locked up with that bitch Sarah it’ll be war I until I finish that bitch myself. R.I.P BEAUTIFUL CHILD (AND SHE WAS A CUTE LITTLE THING)

Why do these horrific people have children?
What a beautiful little girl, a blessing from God.
MOM, you chose a crack pipe over your child!
You deserve an eternity of helplessness and pain.
Firestarter, you are evil….. you chose a crackpipe
and a crackhead over the life of an innocent child.
You are both less human than a cockroach.
May the remainder of your days be spent
in horror, degradation, and PAIN.
RIP little angel.

She really is beautiful…
Perhaps she didn’t intend to kill her… but she should have expected it. She set fire to the house in the middle of the night. How much chance did she think a sleeping girl home alone would have?

How does one set fire to a home knowing a child is home alone sleeping with no intention of killing???

Yeah runnergirl, thats my question too. Just what WAS her intention? If it was to burn the house down and reek revenge, she had to have known that the sleeping child would perish as well, or at the very least, incur serious injuries. Either way, she deserves a life sentence. At what point did we stop accepting responsiblity for our actions? Back in the day, most criminals accepted the fact that “if ya do the crime, ya do the time.” Now they say “Oh I didnt know” or “I didnt mean to.”
