It’s a shame she had such poor impulse control. The fact that she’s fessing up to it at all shows she could have matured into a decent human being, instead, she’s becoming an object lesson for four children who have lost their mothers: her kids when she heads off to jail, and the victim’s poor kids.

It’s just sad that the victim and her kids got entangled in the above equation.

Courtney is claiming responsibility , but still saying it was an accident and she wasn’t trying to hurt anyone. I say BS to that.

That she admitted to it and is sorry are ready to accept responsibility, is a big surprise for sure. I do believe you will pay the price.

Terrible, horrific thing that her children witnessed their mother’s death…my sympathies to family and friends.

Am I missing something? As the passenger there wasn’t much she could to stop what happened. Is she being charged for not reporting it?

Dandridge/Dandrighe (some spell it different) is being charged because she (alledgedly)helped Antillon hide the vehicle and didn’t report what she had witnessed, immediately! If Antillon wants to continue *ahem* with confessing the truth and actually taking her lumps, she should tell the investigators that cousin didn’t have any control, nor aided in her actions and help to get those charges dropped! I imagine the cousin was in shock for awhile afterwards, possibly in fear of Antillon, too!
Jealousy and Rage, obviously, are never a good mix when driving!

I also think it’s pretty fair to say, that men are “nuts”,too! Well, ya know cause they have them and all…. You’re right, but I look at it as if the car was a gun. She pointed it at him, she missed, but someone else got hit instead. The intention was there; however, a bystander got hit. People are on Death row for stray bullets that missed their intended targets (Erick Davila/Texas). It may be a car, but cars are considered a dangerous weapon.
