Now, how in the hell did such a prestigious fella end up gracing the pages of the Dreamin’ Demon? Unpaid parking tickets? Overdue library books? Jaywalking? Nah. Seems Mr. Lombard is quite the scummy perv. Lombard was recently arrested and charged with allegedly offering, over the Internet, to have an out-of-state pervert molest his adopted 5-year-old son. Heh…an accommodating and generous perv. How nice…

On June 9, another vile perv, who I will dub Mr. X, was charged with transportation of child porn, travel with intent to engage in illicit sexual contact, and possession of child porn. On June 15, Mr. X agreed to meet with FBI agents to discuss his “knowledge of individuals involved in the sexual abuse and molestation of children.” During the interviews between June 15 and June 23, Mr. X told agents of an individual with the ICUii handle of ‘cooper2′ or ‘cooperse.’ (ICUii is an adult video chat community). Mr. X further relayed to agents that during online chat sessions, on at least 3-4 occasions over the past four years, he watched this individual molest an African-American child who appeared to be under the age of 10. He watched as ‘cooper2′ performed oral sex on the child. He watched as ‘cooper2′ licked the child’s anus. Who the fuck is this ‘cooper2?’ He passed along this information to Mr. X: He lived in Raleigh, North Carolina with his live-in male gay partner. The child he was molesting on web cam was one of two adopted African-American children. He wan’t just a taker, he was a giver as well…he had allowed others to molest the child. That’s just fucking great.
A subpoena was sent to ICUii requesting information on the user account ‘cooper2′. On June 17, ICUii reps responded with the following information. The owner of the screen-name ‘cooper2′ was none other than Frank McCorkle (tee hee) Lombard. Those same reps also indicated that Lombard’s profile listed him as being interested in ‘perv fam fun,’ a reference to incestuous child molestation. ICUii received a complaint about Lombard back in 2007…seems someone wasn’t happy with the fact that Lombard touted that he “was into incest” or his description of himself…”perv dad for fun.” A sting was set up.
On June 23, a detective engaged in an online conversation with Lombard. During that conversation, Lombard was kind enough to provide the agent with an eyeful, of himself, and an earful. He stated that he may have some hard-core videos depicting the rape of small children, but that he cleans his collection on a regular basis in fear of detection. Lombard allegedly stated in the conversation that he had molested his adopted son…performing oral sex on the child, ‘fingering him’ and licking his anus. He further stated that abusing the child was much easier when the kid was younger and unable to talk or know what was going on. Lombard, skeevy bastard that he is, admitted to drugging the child with Benadryl during the molestations.
On June 24, Lombard made his offer. He allegedly invited the undercover agent to fly to Durham to have sex with his 5-year-old child. He told the agent that there would be no limits on the sexual activity with the child…hell, he even suggested a nice hotel in which to carry out the sordid acts.
Frank McCorkle Lombard, 42, was arrested on Thursday. From his home, investigators seized two web cams, five computers, and a sex toy, among other items. And, according to the affidavit, Lombard’s partner did not participate in the molestation of the child. The abuse was carried out when the partner was out on business. Both children have been placed in protective custody.

This is one disturbingly graphic write-up. What a fucking sick, sick, sick, disgusting, vile sack of shit. I am so glad he got caught, but how awful that he abused that poor little guy for 4 years…meaning since the child was an INFANT. Disgusting. The pig that ratted him out to try to save his own ass should suffer the same fate as this douche. I say shoot them both in the stomach and let them bleed to death.

Seriously, people. Why would we waste any time to rehabilitate a grown man who has already licked the asshole of a drugged-up, 5-year-old boy? There are a ton of things he could be used for to actually benefit society. Here are a few:
1. Crash Test Dummy

3. New Weapons Body Damage Recipient
4. Food for livestock
5. Sandbag
6. Bomb Diffuser
7. Bait
8. Shooting Range Target
9. Punching Bag
10. Body Farm Subject
All of these serve the community as a whole, much better that wasting space somewhere on taxpayer’s dime.

As someone who has a gay relative and several gay/lesbian friends, I just know what this sick bastard did will be used by homophobic people as an excuse to show why homosexuality is “evil” and they shouldn’t allowed to adopt. Thank God Lombard was stopped before the baby was sold for sex. Let’s pray the child gets the love and support he needs to grow up strong and live in peace.
My name is Keith Smith. I was abducted, beaten and raped by a stranger. It wasn’t a neighbor, a coach, a relative, a family friend or teacher. It was a recidivist pedophile predator who spent time in prison for previous sex crimes; an animal hunting for victims in the quiet suburbs of Lincoln, Rhode Island.
I was able to identify the guy and the car he was driving. He was arrested and indicted but never went to trial. His trial never took place because he was brutally beaten to death in Providence before his court date. 34 years later, no one has ever been charged with the crime.
In the time between the night of my assault and the night he was murdered, I lived in fear. I was afraid he was still around town. Afraid he was looking for me. Afraid he would track me down and kill me. The fear didn’t go away when he was murdered. Although he was no longer a threat, the simple life and innocence of a 14-year-old boy was gone forever. Carefree childhood thoughts replaced with the unrelenting realization that my world wasn’t a safe place. My peace shattered by a horrific criminal act of sexual violence.
Over the past 34 years, I’ve been haunted by horrible, recurring memories of what he did to me. He visits me in my sleep. There have been dreams–nightmares actually–dozens of them, sweat inducing, yelling-in-my-sleep nightmares filled with images and emotions as real as they were when it actually happened. It doesn’t get easier over time. Long dead, he still visits me, silently sneaking up from out of nowhere when I least expect it. From the grave, he sits by my side on the couch every time the evening news reports a child abduction or sex crime. I don’t watch America’s Most Wanted or Law and Order SVU, because the stories are a catalyst, triggering long suppressed emotions, feelings, memories, fear and horror. Real life horror stories rip painful suppressed memories out from where they hide, from that recessed place in my brain that stores dark, dangerous, horrible memories. It happened when William Bonin confessed to abducting, raping and murdering 14 boys in California; when Jesse Timmendequas raped and murdered Megan Kanka in New Jersey; when Ben Ownby, missing for four days, and Shawn Hornbeck, missing for four years, were recovered in Missouri.
Despite what happened that night and the constant reminders that continue to haunt me years later, I wouldn’t change what happened. The animal that attacked me was a serial predator, a violent pedophile trolling my neighborhood in Lincoln, Rhode Island looking for young boys. He beat me, raped me, and I stayed alive. I lived to see him arrested, indicted and murdered. It might not have turned out this way if he had grabbed one of my friends or another kid from my neighborhood. Perhaps he’d still be alive. Perhaps there would be dozens of more victims and perhaps he would have progressed to the point of silencing his victims by murdering them.
Out of fear, shame and guilt, I’ve been silent for over three decades, not sharing with anyone the story of what happened to me. No more. The silence has to end. What happened to me wasn’t my fault. The fear, the shame, the guilt have to go. It’s time to stop keeping this secret from the people closest to me, people I care about, people I love, my long-time friends and my family. It’s time to speak out to raise public awareness of male sexual assault, to let other survivors know that they’re not alone and to help survivors of rape and violent crime understand that the emotion, fear and memories that may still haunt them are not uncommon to those of us who have shared a similar experience.
