On June 9, another vile perv, who I will dub Mr. X, was charged with transportation of child porn, travel with intent to engage in illicit sexual contact, and possession of child porn. On June 15, Mr. X agreed to meet with FBI agents to discuss his “knowledge of individuals involved in the sexual abuse and molestation of children.” During the interviews between June 15 and June 23, Mr. X told agents of an individual with the ICUii handle of ‘cooper2′ or ‘cooperse.’ (ICUii is an adult video chat community). Mr. X further relayed to agents that during online chat sessions, on at least 3-4 occasions over the past four years, he watched this individual molest an African-American child who appeared to be under the age of 10. He watched as ‘cooper2′ performed oral sex on the child. He watched as ‘cooper2′ licked the child’s anus. Who the fuck is this ‘cooper2?’ He passed along this information to Mr. X: He lived in Raleigh, North Carolina with his live-in male gay partner. The child he was molesting on web cam was one of two adopted African-American children. He wan’t just a taker, he was a giver as well…he had allowed others to molest the child. That’s just fucking great.
A subpoena was sent to ICUii requesting information on the user account ‘cooper2′. On June 17, ICUii reps responded with the following information. The owner of the screen-name ‘cooper2′ was none other than Frank McCorkle (tee hee) Lombard. Those same reps also indicated that Lombard’s profile listed him as being interested in ‘perv fam fun,’ a reference to incestuous child molestation. ICUii received a complaint about Lombard back in 2007…seems someone wasn’t happy with the fact that Lombard touted that he “was into incest” or his description of himself…”perv dad for fun.” A sting was set up.
On June 23, a detective engaged in an online conversation with Lombard. During that conversation, Lombard was kind enough to provide the agent with an eyeful, of himself, and an earful. He stated that he may have some hard-core videos depicting the rape of small children, but that he cleans his collection on a regular basis in fear of detection. Lombard allegedly stated in the conversation that he had molested his adopted son…performing oral sex on the child, ‘fingering him’ and licking his anus. He further stated that abusing the child was much easier when the kid was younger and unable to talk or know what was going on. Lombard, skeevy bastard that he is, admitted to drugging the child with Benadryl during the molestations.
On June 24, Lombard made his offer. He allegedly invited the undercover agent to fly to Durham to have sex with his 5-year-old child. He told the agent that there would be no limits on the sexual activity with the child…hell, he even suggested a nice hotel in which to carry out the sordid acts.
Frank McCorkle Lombard, 42, was arrested on Thursday. From his home, investigators seized two web cams, five computers, and a sex toy, among other items. And, according to the affidavit, Lombard’s partner did not participate in the molestation of the child. The abuse was carried out when the partner was out on business. Both children have been placed in protective custody.
