Robert Payne Has A Repulsive Fascination

Port St. Lucie, Florida–The note read: “Can I please make love to you one more time? Please, I will let you play with my phone and you will get an X-box.” Who do you think this note written to? A. A 67-year-old woman. B. A 32-year-old man. C. Santa Claus. D. A 5-year-old girl. It’s only fair to give you a little background first, I guess. The author of that little love note is 27-year-old Robert William Payne. He is married to a woman with a couple of children. He is ‘fascinated’ with the object of his desire. His fantasies have landed him in similar situations before. Need more time to think on it?

The answer is D. This repugnant, depraved, perverted piece of shit wrote that love note to his wife’s daughter. His wife came across the crumpled up note while cleaning the house on Wednesday…it was addressed to her child. Detective Richard Giaccone said the woman was devestated. “Her world was turned upside down, because not only does she have this terrible incident going on with her own child, just two weeks prior she was at odds with her sister in denial of what she was claiming may or may not have happened to support her husband.” After the woman took the letter to the police department, kudos to her, Payne initially denied writing it. Under further questioning, he fessed. He admitted that he was attracted to the child and had a fascination with her…writing the letter to her was all part of a fantasy. He told investigators that he had exposed himself to the girl on four different occasions and performed a sex act on himself. He also said he once touched the girl’s backside through her clothes. The victim told investigators that Payne had touched her inappropriately while he fondled himself. Payne explained that he is a pervy sack of shit because he had been sexually abused as a child.
Robert William Payne was arrested on four counts of lewd and lascivious exhibition and one count of lewd and lascivious molestation. As far as I can tell, bond has not been set. Surprise! Payne has faced similar accusations before but was never charged due to lack of evidence. Let’s hope this shit sticks….

Momma fell in love with a dude like this? Damn. Why can’t women raise their standards? I understand he may not have shown signs of being attracted to her child but surely he showed signs of being a complete idiot right from the get-go.
Hooray for her turning him in – but who knows. She may not have been pissed that her daughter was being turned into a love idol but jealousy that her man’s attention was turned toward someone else.

I don’t know…in situations like that, it seems like the mother usually takes her jealousy out on the kid rather than their own pervy significant other. If you’re warped enough to be jealous of your own 5 year old, you are warped enough to blame the entire thing on the little one. Shit, in some cases when the child is the one blamed, it’s all in the parent’s head…I know this is fiction, but there was an episode of CSI where a 12-year-old girl had her skull bashed in and intially they suspected her mom’s boyfriend had sexually abused and killed her. Turns out, he wasn’t molesting her at all. Her mom was a selfish bitch who let her daugher go to school in old raggety clothes and never paid her any attention, and as a result her daughter had very little social skills and was an outcast at school. The mother’s boyfriend felt sorry for her and tried to be nice to her by taking her out for ice cream and stuff like that. The result was that her mother became insanely jealous thinking her daughter was “seducing” her BF, and took a shovel to her skull. Like I said, fiction, but it stuck with me because I’ve known women who I think would be capable of that whether there was actual abuse going on or not. Something to ponder on.
Anyway, this pervy fuck in this story is actually kinda cute in a skinny, skanky kind of way, and as a result I’m sure his ass will be very popular in prison. The big boys like ‘em purty. Perverted freak.

While that detective’s statement about the extended family was impossible to follow, a comment on another article suggests her sister’s son was abused by this man she married as well. Not exactly an appropriate situation for this mother’s sister to get to do the I-told-you-so dance, so maybe they’ll have the opportunity to reconcile. (Which begs the question – was the note really to the 5yr old girl, who seems a bit young to read such notes – or was it to the unmentioned nephew?)

leemouse & majaka,so was I and I have NEVER been attracted to children. The mere suggestion gives me the creeps. When I try to make heads or tails of crap like this, I go right back to when I was a kid and I get pretty angry (biggest understatement of the day).
This story and the fact that he wants to blame it on his own abuse makes me want to find him and do what I have always wanted to do to a pedo, shove a broom stick up his ass…Just ram it there, no thoughts of what he will endure or anything…just like they do to poor defenseless kids.

I believe more charges are forthcoming, from the comments on the other news articles, the nephew is probably being questioned while we speculate! I gather that the nephew spoke up before the note was found!! This Disgusting and Vile waste of life has already caused enough pain in this family and the children will now have to confront him in a court of law!! Ugh! Here’s to a large portion of graybar justice served on skervy payne, prior to his trial.
