Tracy Posner Stored Her Baby in an Unusual Place

Galloway, NJ – I rarely tire of pure selfish acts. For some reason they astound me. No one has found the answer to the million dollar question: What the fuck were they thinking? And so as I read these stories, I often play their scene over in my head trying to catch a glimpse of their motives. What exactly is their reasoning? Why don’t they seem to think about consequence? How can one individual possess complete unadulterated stupidity? Meet 27 year old, Tracy Posner. Although I tried, I couldn’t manage to wrap my mind around this New Jersey girl’s actions.

s30p6o Tracy Posner Stored Her Baby in an Unusual PlaceSome women like the attention pregnancy brings about. My sister-in-law was the biggest pregnancy-attention-whore I’ve ever known. At least she had the brains to make an attempt at parenting, so unlike most of whom we feature on these pages. Ms. Posner, on the other hand, must have viewed motherhood as something that would cramp her style. After all, she had a job at the *gasp* mall. How cool is that? So once the belly growing days had ended and the labor commenced, Tracy apparently decided to be self sufficient and deliver that baby herself at home. Maybe she stayed at a “Holiday Inn Express” – felt qualified and shit. It’s hard to say. What brings her the Dreamin’ Demon is the allegations of the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s office. Those guys certainly know how to ruin a girl’s fun. Tracy Posner was arrested Monday while she was at work. The prosecutor has charged her with aggravated manslaughter and child endangerment in connection with the death of her daughter.

Seems like Tracy gave birth, wrapped the baby in a towel, put the towel in a plastic bag, and promptly put her under her sink. She put her daughter UNDER THE SINK! Bury her or something semi-normal sick fucks usually do. But under the sink? With like cleaners and stuff? Holy shit! Anyway, I digressed from this intriguing story. She tipped herself off the following day when she went to the hospital with some kind of ailment and the doctors (who I imagine were trained and didn’t need the magic of a “Holiday Inn Express”) discovered the placenta still inside of her! Although this all went down in February, apparently the death examiners were very busy and the authorities couldn’t follow through with the arrest until the autopsy had been completed and reviewed. And so I’ve tapped my time to chose Tracy Posner as my favorite selfish bitch of the day. Congratulations, Tracy.

Just so you all know I didnt read the disclaimer YET maybe I should first. I understand everyone is livid with this story but realtruthz has some major points. We dont know all the facts and it is hard to read hateful thoughts on a loved one because Im sure realtruthz is a loved one. I have known Tracey my whole life. I dont understand what happened but know that this is not her. I believe that many pieces of the story are missing and we are all quick to judge but dont judge until all the pieces have been released. I know the press is leaving pieces out of the story. Why would any police department let a person free if they had proof that they did something. The birth saw in Feb 09 arrested in June 09. The county didnt arrest her for months later pending the autopsy was complete WHY??? They must have believed something of her story. They never said the results of the autopsy WHY? They never said who found the baby or how they got the baby WHY. My only thought on this is that she didnt know she was prego like realtruthz said and went into labor and didnt know what was happening to her. Blacked out etc etc Cant explain the baby under the sink part at all but do not believe that she would ever do that in a normal state of mind. She alway wanted children when we were younger. I hope you guys can understand this is just my opinion because I cant wrap by brain around anything else because Tracey doing what she is accused of makes no sense to me at all and truly just know what I have read in the news and this site I cant believe that is true and pray to God it is not. As for a cause of death, I am sure it could be any number of things, but I bet being wrapped in a towel and shoved in a small confined space under a sink might have had something to do with it.     I think that was explained when the next day she was having pains from having part of the birth process still lodged in her useless womb. That tends to happen when you do not give birth with either one or both an experienced medical technician or midwife nearby. Then, because she was all eager to get well and get back to that prime position at the mall and kicking it with her girls, she had to go and all better at a hospital. All the while that nasty little parasite that had been bugging her for 9 months was shivering and probably a little hungry UNDER THE FUCKING SINK. Not to mention I am sure it can be hard to breath with your MOUTH AND NOSE CLOGGED UP. I digress. I am sure the towel and cleaning fumes were quite enoguh to hold the little tyke while mommy went to work at the Cheese Factory. Anyways those pesky nurses noticed the placenta and I can probably imagine the rest. They wanted to know where the darling little child was so they could congratulate her on a job well done in delivery and take friendly pictures and all that.     hi april and wickedangel…how are you? it’s been mentioned that she didn’t know she was pregnant. i’ve watched the show “i didn’t know i was pregnant”…i think cases like that are far and few between. thing is, EVEN if you didn’t know you were pregnant…don’t you think you would know you were in labor? if you didn’t know you were in labor, wouldn’t you panic when the pains began and get yourself to the hospital?
    another thing…why did she waive her right in court to hear what she’s being accused of? if i had been arrested (and was totally innocent) i think when i was brought before the judge i would want to know WHY!!!!

    I know I’m gonna hear all kinds of crap but OH WELL!!!! I’m not excusing what Tracy did AT ALL it is horrible and unfathable, I can’t even believe this happened I was watching the local news on Tuesday night when I found out. You see I know Tracy Posner and the person that did this is not the same person I know. Tracy was one of the most friendly, giving, sweet persons I’ve ever known she seemed to not have a nasty bone in her body. I am in complete shock, I saw Tracy around the time she would have been pregnant and had her baby and I had no clue she was pregnant. As soon as I heard about this I reached out to my pastor to see her in the jail. As I said this is totally unacceptable and I am a mother so I could NEVER EVER imagine doing this I just simply don’t understand and especially knowing Tracy as I do. We will just have to stay tuned to find out why this happened.

    I also relieze that i may receive a lot of shit for my comments but i really don’t care either. i also have known tracy for a very long time, since kindergarden to be exact. i will never ever defend what tracy did but i must say that this is not a characteristic of tracy at all. tracy was a very happy, fun, loving person. tracy always wanted children when we were kids– she loved kids. i also saw tracy in the time period of december or january and she did not appear pregnant at all. she looked like her normal size and did not have one sign of pregnancy. i had actually seen her brother prior to seeing tracy and had asked him if tracy had any children—-cause i hadn’t seen her in a few years—-and he told me no and that she was doing very well and planning to get married. so i am thinking that she really didn’t know she was pregnant cause her brother definately would have known if she was pregnant——her brother and her were very close—–and he would have told me. again, i am not defending her at all. i am just telling you that this is not the tracy i grew up with and knew. she was a very energetic loving person. tracy wouldn’t hurt anybody. this shit is really crazy and i am really confused.

    Fact: She was pregnant Now, I have a hard time thinking a broad goes for 9 months without realizing she’s pregnant. Sore tits, growing girth, no period, previously fucked someone. Not a lot of room for intrepretation there. I also understand friends and family not knowing – look at her size already.

    Fact: She gave birth Like labor and shit. Water breaking – intense pain, blood, baby squirting out of her crotch. Pretty clear indication right there.

    Fact: Medics were not called – no medical attention. It wasn’t until she appeared at the hospital that authorities had a pretty clear picture of her problem…the placenta without a baby attached to the other end tells quite a bit. And the baby was in a plastic bag under her sink. If she wanted children, she obviously didn’t want this one.

    These acts really aren’t indicative of a “happy fun-loving” person, in my opinion. Unless of course, you’re way more twisted than I am…and sorry, I think that’s quite a stretch.

    I have also known Tracey for quite a few years, and I am completely blown away by this. This is completely out of character for her. And I saw her during the time she was prego, and I really had no idea. I have seen bigger girls prego before, and usually you can tell, but I guess not always. I myself am a mother, and she always had said she wanted kids. Just a week ago literally she was telling my husband and I the names her and her fiance had picked out for when they have kids. so to read this horrified me. I really just dont know what to think, and I am disgusted by it. I feel sorry for the little baby girl in all of this. I really do hope someone has or will give her a proper burial. It just goes to show I guess we dont always know people. I really do hope this is all some huge misunderstanding, but I doubt it.

Everyone though she was getting chucky because she started wearing larger clothes and alway had on a sweathirt. No one (even her parents) knew until she went into labor at school. Guess what?? She had a baby, named him Lucas and loved hime with every ounce of her being. He died just before he turned one. He had gotten sick around christms time, she put him to bed, around midnight she went to check on him – he was still warm but had stopped breathing. She lost her baby boy. She was never the same after that happened. I bet she’d like to kick Tarcey in her worthless crotch. She knew she was pregnant. My guess is that the BF was gonna (or had already) dump her and she didn’t want to be a single mom.

    It means very much actually. When it comes to legal definition. This is a touchy subject in any state as people believe life begins at conception and other s believe it begins when the child is born. If I remember correctly, and I may be wrong and am not afraid to admit that, majority of states if not all define the child is alive when it is born and takes their first full breath on their own.

    As for the waiting so long, thanks to the double jeopardy law, most prosecutors do not move forward with charges, especially serious ones, until they have as much information as they can. That way they can present the case to a jury and have them convict “without a reasonable doubt.” So, they wait, because if for some reason they messed up, or they didn’t have all their t’s crossed and i’s dotted, or some other legal mumb jumbo, and the lying baby killing bitch gets off on a technicality they would not be able to charge her again and she would get away with murder. The legal system is based on the literal meaning of “better safe than sorry” Remember I said based on, not operates on.

    I personally knew Tracy. We weren’t good friends or anything, but I did know her. So, with that being said, I’d like to make a comment to all the people defending her saying “She didn’t know she was pregnant!” That’s fucking bullshit. I even knew she was pregnant! Every time I saw her it was clear as day that she was pregnant. Grant it, I never said “Oh wow! When are you due?” or anything like that. We weren’t that close. But, she must have been on some heavy duty drugs or something if she didn’t know.

    It was a shock when I found out she killed her own baby. There’s no other way to put it. She killed her. End of story. But, it was a shock none the less. She always came off as being very mature, bitchy, but mature. After hearing what she did, it is plain to see that she lead a very different life than what we all thought.

    I am in no way defending her. Friend or not, what she did is beyond words. I think the whole “She didn’t know she was pregnant” excuse is stupid and it will never hold up in court. She wasn’t that huge when she got knocked up.

    I think it’s funny, in a sad way. She always bitched at everyone that they were stupid and that they’d never amount to anything. Yet, she’s the baby killer.

Most times in cases like this they wait to see if the baby was born alive or dead , meaning did it take just one breath of air or not. Depending upon that, is what they will charge her with. Tracy is being charged with aggravated manslaughter and child endangerment. That means her child was born alive, it took a breath of air and was a living baby when that crazy bitch wrapped it up in a towel and plastic bag then stuffed it under the sink.
