Craig Shearer Needs A Taste Of His Own Medicine

Madison County, KY–You know, there is a right way to potty train and a wrong way. Patience, bribery, and rewards for potty successes are great. Shoving shit into a child’s mouth and making him drink his own urine when he has a little accident? That is a whole ‘nother level of disturbing. What kind of sick, demented, fuck would do such a thing to a child? Craig Shearer, that’s who. This putrid shitstain is being accused of forcing his girlfriend’s 4-year-old son to eat his own shit and drink his own piss, and, on more than one occasion. The disgusting abuse became known when the child’s father, who had the little boy for a weekend visit, noticed bruising on the child’s forehead, back, and arms, and alerted authorities.

It has since been determined that Shearer often took care of the 4-year-old and his 18-month-old sibling while their mother was at work, sometimes for as long as 12-14 hours at a time. It was during this ‘alone’ time with the children that police believe the abuse occurred. If the boy had a little ‘accident’, Shearer would not only beat the child, but he would force him to consume his own feces and urine. Oh you fucking asshole. Because of the young age of the victim, it is difficult to pinpoint exactly when the abuse occurred, but police have reason to believe that it has happened on at least two occasions between March 1 and April 10. Craig Shearer, 32, has been indicted on charges of first-degree criminal abuse and being a persistent felony offender. The persistent felony offender charge stems from a 2007 conviction on methamphetamine possession and fourth-degree assault charges. If convicted on the criminal abuse charge, he could possibly be sentenced to 10-20 years. Investigators say the 18-month-old child has injuries as well, but so far doctors can’t determine if those injuries are accidental. The little boy has been placed in the care of his father.

    Those kids are the light of my life. They have personalities of their own; I don't need to build them up. My daughter will not have to bully her way onto the cheerleading team because she's fat. And she will not have to sleep her way to the top. She's almost 16 mths. old and is smarter than some people that I've dated who are almost 35! And...her momma makes me happy! It's great to be with a woman that has a mind of her own, and doesn't expect handouts from the government because she's too lazy and stupid to work!

    Left alone with two children, one an infant for up to 12-14hrs...uuh, and mother didn't notice any abuse? She's an idiot. That child was likely having accidents because of the beatings.     What's easier to believe - that the man you trust and adore has done nightmarish things to your babies, or that your nasty vindictive ex has made up wicked things and brainwashed your baby into repeating them in order to wrest custody from you? And the abuser always has an explanation for where the latest bruise came from. I imagine she's going to need to hear it directly from the kid, and I don't think she's going to be seeing him directly, so I'll give her the benfit of the doubt for a while. She may yet come around to reality.

    The ex took the child to the hospital and called the police because of signs of abuse such as bruising, etc. Not because the kid told him about the meals of poo (at least thats what I gather from the article)

    So if the mom worked 12-14 hour days and knew SHE didnt inflict the bruises, and the kid was not yet in preschool so couldn't get hurt there, that leaves prince-charming. She may be in denial but thats no excuse in my opinion
