Loretto Kyle Alegria Jailed in Brutal Beating Death of 7-year-old

Ajo, Arizona - Loretto Alegria, 19, is just another broke ass Juggalo, or so he claims on his MySpace. He’s also preoccupied with sex, claims to have a small penis, which I don’t doubt, and whines that he will never get sex.

Little Loretto, I’ll call him that in honor of his wee willy, also boasts that he’s been arrested three times. He has no friends, not even Tom. You know you’re a loser when even Tom won’t be your buddy. This time the sex starved teen has really outdone himself, and now finds himself behind bars in the brutal beating death of a 7-year-old girl who was friends with his younger brother.

Rhia Almeida was a happy child who was enjoying her summer. She went to a friend’s house in search of a playmate. She had gone there often, usually with her brothers. This time she was alone. Her friend wasn’t home, but his older brother Little Loretto was.

Two hours later her broken body was found in a wash by children riding bikes. Rhia’s face was so battered that identification was hampered. It takes a lot of rage to destroy someone’s face. There were other injuries on her small body as well. That information isn’t being released at this time. Her death was brutal, her killer vile and inhuman.

Little Loretto was arrested and booked on suspicion of the first-degree murder of Rhia Almeida and is being held in the Pima County Jail. For all his pissing and moaning on his MySpace about not getting any sex, I think that’s going to change for the freak with the little penis. Size doesn’t matter to the boys in cell block D.

This is the first thing I read today. My heart is heavy and so sad. This sick, putrid bastard deserves death, no hesitation on that. I believe death will find him in prison, and there after, Hell will be waiting too.

When a young and innocent soul is lost in such a heinous way, we ask why? I wish I knew, that I might bring comfort to the family who I know is mourning a terrible loss. I give to you my deepest, heartfelt sympathies. Be comforted in knowing this bastard will not rest in peace, ever. He chose his path and it will be riddle with anguish.

I have been reading this site for a while now and have had an urge or two to comment on many of what is posted. I finally got around to it and as you can tell by my user name, I really had to post on this one. First, I would like to say I love this site and the comments are my favorite part of it and I have agreed 100% of the time. Except with the calling of this piece of pond scum slime a juggalo. A true juggalo would never be a person who did this tragedy, many people feel that it is all about the rap group associated with the creation of the word, and in a way it is, but it is also so much more and has grown beyond the scope of the music. Many of us who helped create the lifestyle have grown up and become people with strong convictions of morality and a closeness with one another that had we not had could have led to a road not worth traveling.

I digress. There is a reason this person has no friends on myspace, It does not have to do with the fact that he has not signed in since 2007, it has to do with him being the lowliest piece of garbage to ever breathe air. A true juggalo would have many friends on their page showing love and letting one another know they are there. They would not be bragging about having a “small penis” and absolutely would not be saying they would be asking God for free porn.

In closing, many people have done terrible things while using the name juggalo. However, just calling yourself one does not make you one. We are not a gang, we are not a cult, and we are not a clubhouse with a secret decoder ring. Yes, the music is violent, horribly violent. Listening to it does not mean we go out and do it. The things he did to this little girl are unspeakable. I am not usually emotionally involved when it comes to death asI have become quite good at sepreating myself over the years but as I tried to work through the grief I felt after dealing with the facts surrounding her lifeless body and senseless murder I could barely speak the words to my friend as he patiently lent an ear of consultation watching me muter half words between tears. I don’t care what influences this man had, no person capable of doing this to an innocent child should be defended in any way. It makes me sick to think about what the family is going through right now. My thoughts and prayers are with them.

only you as a parent do you know what type of child you have and should be conscious of not be being bias in this situation. Parents are the most biased toward their children if they have a whore as a daughter they dont see it and if they have a murderer for a son they dont see it or recognize the reality of what their kids really are. I feel for you as a parent, however if kyle had never been diagnosed schizophrenic, autistic or mild MR by the state prior to his actions I don't see why you would try to diagnose him now unless your just trying to save him from a death penalty. If this is the case then in my eyes you are just as guilty in this murder. If he has already been diagnosed by DDD then medication cost playes no role here in fact DDD provides free medication as long as you stay registered. If you didn't keep him registered then thats your responsibility to make sure your son is fully accommodated with his needs. Ive been in the behavioral health field for over 10 years and have seen some of the most disturbing cases due to parents negligence. I hope that you would reconsider any plot in trying to keep your son from facing responsibility and even ultimately death. Dont play your self be real your son killed a little girl who wasnt given a chance to blossom do us a favor allow your son to plead with some kind of integrity then we might feel some compassion for you.

oh, Margo! Poor woman! I feel for you, I'm so sorry for what you have to go through. I worry for your little son. Little Rhia's friend doesn't deserve to get hurt at school. He doesn't understand, and neither do the other kids at school, though really. I have an 8-year old, and I can't imagine him having to deal with that kind of stress and have to deal with kids at school. I remember when I was a kid I was bullied a lot, and I always thought that if I could just change schools, it would all be better. Never got to switch schools, and I am very bitter about it, but maybe you should consider letting your son change schools. If he got around a different group of kids, maybe he can get some relief. I'm so so sorry for your family. I hope you all get the peace you deserve.

I have multiple mental illnesses but none of them were diagnosed as a kid because in the 80's it would have been a “scandal” to have a kid with mental problems. Besides, there was one doctor that traveled between 2 towns and he was just a family doc and he knew shit about the brain, like most Dr.'s then!

That is so friggin' funny. How cute. I grew up in a small town too. Even today people let young kids run to a neighbours house alone or even play at a playground with their friends. The biggest worry there is if a bear wandered into town which just didn't happen often at all.
