Dallas, TexasHinky meters were going off like crazy when the story of Daisja Weaver hit the forums last Wednesday. Daisja’s mother, Tamaira Creagh, had quite a frightening tale to tell. Last Tuesday evening, while Tamaira was preparing to move items to a new apartment, a Hispanic male, dressed in red and black, entered her apartment and attempted to sexually assault her…she managed to fight him off. Thwarted, the man grabbed her infant daughter, Daisja, car seat and all, jumped from a second-story balcony, and disappeared into the night. Scary shit, huh? Almost as scary as the real story behind little Daisja’s disappearance.

Alandus Weaver and Tamaira Creagh

Alandus Weaver and Tamaira Creagh

About 12 hours after the initial call to police, an Amber Alert was issued. (The alert was delayed because Tamiria could not provide a description of the suspect, and because she and the baby’s father, Alandus Weaver, told conflcting stories). Hours were spent searching the apartment complex and the surrounding area…nothing was found. Tamaira pleaded for the return of her child. “Bring us our child. Please. Daisja, I need you mama. I need you so bad,” she cried. “Whoever has my little girl, bring her back. She needs her mom. She needs her dad. She needs us.” SaturdaySaturday reviewsSaturday reviews morning, Tamaira dropped the bullshit act and recanted her story. Daisja hadn’t been kidnapped at all…in fact, she was dead. Here’s the real story…

On June 8, Alandus picked her up from work, but Daisja wasn’t with him. Tamaira asked him where the baby was, and he said he had bathed the child and left her home alone.  When they arrived back at their apartment, Tamaira found the Daisja’s lifeless body wrapped in a towel on the floor. When she asked Alandus what happened, he grew violent. When she attempted to call police, he stopped her and told her they had to “stick together.” They would just tell everyone Daisja had been kidnapped. With that plan in place, Alandus picked Tamaira up from work the following day, drove to Lewisville Lake, stopped on a bridge, tied a sandbag to the baby’s body, and tossed it in. Tamaira, who is 6 months pregnant, told police she went along with the plan because she feared Alandus. The arrest affidavit does not mention the cause of death and little Daisja’s body still hasn’t been recovered.

Alandus Weaver, 21, and Tamaira Creagh, 19, are both being held on charges of tampering with evidence. Police say more charges are likely, pending the outcome of the search and investigation.

I’m in on stoning these assholes. What they did was unbelievable! She feared Alandus so bad but went to work, got in the car, and helped him dispose of her child’s lifeless body. Oh, hell no! I call bullshit, bullshit, bullshit!
Oh, and before stoning, they need to find that precious little body themselves!!!!!!
Damn waste of oxygen and space on this earth!

I have been following this story from the begining. I saw the plea’s on TV here in Dallas. I never once believed her story and are happy to see them behind bars. She had a choice; however, her’s was to go along with him and dispose of the body. She had a chance, dispite her fear of him, so she claims. She had a national spotlite to come clean, and plenty of time to tell the truth.

These aren’t parents, heck they aren’t people. A mother who covers up for the man who killed her baby is a waste of life, and a father so depraved his soul reeks putrid waste. I hope they rot. Simply rot from inside out.

Utterly sad, this babies body is lying somewhere on the bottom of a lake. Still, no dignity, no final peace. So very sorry sweet Daisja…I hope you’re found and given the dignity you so deserve. Kisses sweet one.

I knew it when I heard the reports on the news. It just made no damn sense. Who goes in to try to rape a woman and takes off with a baby? Then no description of the assailant? Come on now. Not only takes a baby in a carseat, but jumps the balcony with the baby? Yup, that story had more wholes then their fucked up heads.

Rest in peace Little Daisja. I hope they find you soon baby girl.

So Sorry Daisja, so very sorry that you were born to people that did not understand that you were a beautiful gift, to treasure! You were precious beyond measure and they will never know the joy and love, you could’ve given back to them, with just a smile! Jesus cradles you, now, and sings you lullabys! Jesus knows your worth! I pray that God gets to hanging those millstones, soon after your sibling is born!

The father of 9-month-old girl who’s been missing for about a month has been charged with capital murder in her disappearance.

Dallas police Senior Cpl. Janice Crowther said Thursday that Denton County prosecutors filed the charge against 20-year-old Alandus Weaver.

In an interview last week, detectives say, Weaver told them he accidentally drowned the girl while giving her a bath in the kitchen sink. This, along with gruesome details of what followed, are presented in a police affidavit released Thursday.
    [...]
Creagh said the girl had bruises on her eyes, cheeks, stomach and back. When she asked Weaver what happened, he didn’t answer. Instead, she said, he bullied her into concocting the kidnapping story with him, and later dumped the child’s body from a bridge into Lewisville Lake.
    [...]
She said Weaver put Daisja’s body in the back of his car and strapped her face down into the car seat. When they went back inside the apartment, he asked her if she wanted to go get something to eat.

“She told him no!” the affidavit says. “Later on that night, as he lay in the bed with the suspect, she stated that he attempted to have sex with her, and when she said no, he became angry and told her that she did not love him.”

She told the detectives she couldn’t sleep that night, thinking of her dead child outside in the car. She said she tried to sneak away while Weaver slept, but he woke and yelled at her.

The next day, she said, Weaver took her to work in the car.

“She didn’t want to get inside, because when the suspect opened the door, the smell of the [child's] corpse made her nauseous,” the affidavit says. “Regardless … she agreed to do so, because she was afraid of what he would to her and her unborn child.”

As she worked, she said, other employees told her they saw Weaver sitting in the car waiting for her.

They drove toward to the lake, stopping at a construction site for a sandbag, which Weaver tied to the child’s leg with a cord he brought from home, Creagh said. They pulled over on the bridge, and he put the hood up as if they were having car trouble. Then he forced her to watch as he threw Daisja’s body over the side, she said.

Center for Missing and Exploited children still has this baby listed as missing.

The father of a 9-month-old baby whose body is believed to be in Lewisville Lake has been transferred to the Denton County Jail.

Dallas police apparently want Alandus Weaver, 20 of Dallas, to face capital murder charges in the June 9 disappearance of his daughter, Daisja Weaver.

Denton County District Attorney Paul Johnson said the case will be tried in Denton County because the alleged offense occurred in a Denton County portion of far North Dallas.

“We have not gotten the case yet,” Johnson told the Lewisville Leader Friday afternoon. “We will take a look at the facts after we get it and decide how to handle it.”

A Dallas police affidavit, found on line at http://media2.myfoxdfw.com/PDF/weaver.pdf states that Weaver, “On June 9, 2009, did then and there in the city of Dallas …commit the offense of capital murder.”

However, Tom Reedy, Denton County Sheriff’s Office spokesperson, noted, “the affidavit online is not signed nor is there an arrest warrant.”

Weaver was booked into the Denton County Jail Friday afternoon. The only charge listed against him at this time on the Denton County Web site is tampering with evidence, with a bond set at $100,000.
