“Dad, I’m Taking Your Leg”

–Please, allow me to introduce you to Carl Johnson. A top-notch and upstanding member of society…a fellow that any parent would be proud to call their son. Ok, not really. Carl’s 70-year-old father was just hanging out in the camper behind his home on Thursday when Carl came busting through the door. Carl said something like, “I’ve come to kill you.” He then picked up a metal chair and whacked his dad on the head with it about 4-5 times before swiping the old dude’s wallet from his back pocket.
For some strange, oddball reason, Carl attempted to remove his father’s prosthetic leg. During the struggle, he told his dad, “I’m taking your leg.” I have no idea if the leg actually came off or not. Carl dragged his father out of the camper and tried to take his keys. Dad wasn’t having it…he tossed the keys away and out of reach. Angered further, Carl shoved his father into the side of the camper and returned to the house. Carl’s dad told responding officers that during the fight, his son tried to poke out his left eye, which officers noted “appeared very red.” Dad suffered severe bruising on his head where he was struck with the chair, two lacerations on his left arm, and on his lower left leg.
Carl Johnson, 52, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault and strong armed robbery. Bond has been set at $10,000. Police believe alcohol might have been a factor in the assault.

What the hell is wrong with children and parents? Wait, lack of respect for parents. I would have never even thought about doing anything like that. I’m 47 and my dad is 67. I know if I tried something like this even today at 67, I’d be leaving in a body bag! At the very least really bloody and a prosthetic leg protruding from my ass. And rightly so!

Yayuh, he’s an idiot alright!! Totally agree with that, but I think he took his leg, thinking dear ol’ Dad couldn’t run or walk for help, still…..
