Cherryl Davis Beat Up Her Toddler

Tampa, Florida–When the little girl’s daddy took her into the emergency room on May 22, she was suffering from some pretty serious injuries. Her right eye was swollen completely shut, her face was swollen, there were abrasions on her cheekbone, her bottom lip was swollen so badly that she couldn’t close her mouth. She had bruises on her back and spine, forearm, ear and scalp. There were both new and old injuries. The abrasions on her cheek resembled butterflies…how weird is that?
Not so weird, considering her mother was wearing a ring on her finger that was shaped like a butterfly. When confronted with the child’s numerous injuries, Cherryl Davis told deputies the 3-year-old child fell. Uh-huh…likely story. Needless to say, the cops didn’t buy that bullshit either. After a pretty lengthy investigation, Cherryl Davis, 29, was arrested on Monday and charged aggravated child abuse, child abuse, and child neglect. She was released later that same day, after posting $30,000 bail. The little girl has recovered and is now in the custody of her father. Hey Cherryl, why don’t you come on over here and pick on someone your own size…bitch.

My dad once gave his bimbo du jour a 3 carat marquise shaped diamond solitaire. She got drunk and pissed at him for something and backhanded him across the face while he was driving. Where was “dad” when this was happening? He lives there and the fire dept was quoted in the source article as saying he wasnt at work the day of the assault… so he just let this woman beat his kid to a pulp? he doesnt stop her? ok so lets say he discovers it later, he just takes the kid to the E.R.? he doesnt call the cops?? or beat the living shit out of this “mom”?

Ok I just turned 29..I am almost 30 I am not ok w/it but I realize there is not a damn thing I can do about it, all I can do is get plastic surgery as needed…alittle maintenance if you will! little nip/tuck of enhancement if the need arises LOL! My husband is a LT. w/Tampa Fire & Rescue. He does alot of the Rescuing part which is kinda hot!!!! It likes “hey honey how was your day at the office?, and he’s like oh ya know the usual just brought a guy back whio died and saved an infant’s life.” See thats kinda hot. I have two children, 10 yr old son and 2 1/2yr old daughter and a stepson who is 11. So I have 2 pre teens and a diva! Did I mention I am ready to go back to work lol…..no seriously I love them and it’s actually been amazing to be home with them and just watch them grow and learn new things. My daughter Riley right now is currently jumping on her bed singing the new PINK song. LOL… and she loves BRITNEY.. everytime we get in the car, mom I want to listen to the Britneys.LOL….. how cute is that! I have some fabulous friends and great family so my life is pretty good, no complaints! ..

I”m just so glad baby girl was taken to the ER in time, but I still find that odd, and yes, I’m asking questions as I would like some answers. I LOVE you guys !! I live in Tampa and these firemen AND their wives for the most part are TOTAL scumbags. They stalk, steal, murder, traffick .. you name it.
I’m so PROUD of you for asking the questions. This poor baby. The firemen here burn down peoples’ homes .. OF COURSE he KNEW. How could he have missed it? He just didn’t want to lose his job !!! And all it’s FRINGE benefits. The thing is did you notice how long it took the investigation?? They were FORCED to do something or else she would never have been arrested. Likely one of the doctors followed up and that’s another story. You can’t trust them either. Here. Don’t VISIT. The water is bad, the firemen are thieves, the cops are worse, their wives ARE WHORES. not all but most.
I googled her name after I read my cousin’s blog and saw THIS and died. My cousin called her a whore like eight times. I’m like ..don’t you think that’s a little over the top?

Not the first time out of the box putting her hands on someone for Cherryl.
Although it says nolle pross she was arrested twice .. (BOTH DISAPPEARED) once for the act and again for not appearing on bond. She STILL OWES MONEY and it says it was not prosecuted. The reason for this is probably because of a firefighter connection down to the jailhouse/courthouse who changed that wording so she could get her pictures disappeared offline.
Also the husband had a repeat violence case filed against him by who appeared to be HIS OWN PARENTS. Chad C. Davis. They just got evicted so maybe she beat up her children and he covered up for her out of stress. You know it’s stressful .. having a job jacking the taxpayers and stealing property while your wife hangs at home beating up your child and YOU, a PARAMEDIC overlook this state of affairs.
I’d venture to say he works at Station 13 (wherever that is) because a paramedic truck from there nearly ran me off the interstate the morning after I commented here.
OH and someone in his family tried to get a domestic violence injunction against him in 2008 and was turned down flat.
Looks like his mom came and said he was a SWEETIE.
However the day before his wifey was arrested a repeat violence injunction was filed against him and ALSO turned down flat. It appears he has some anger issues and that the judge in charge of repeat violence injunctions is BOUGHT AND PAID FOR (he is a jeb bush appointee which says it ALL) AND he then ratted out his ho.
Besides being evicted he has all KINDS of financial problems and seriously NO DOUBT this is very stressful. Beating up a TINY child probably makes them feel better.
The reason why they get day passes AND night passes for this behavior and anything else they feel like doing is their bosses and other family played little league ball together in west tampa or bayshore.
BUT the surest sign of their connections to fraud, nepotism and corruption is how her booking number was changed to keep people from linking to her record AND how this link right here led to his parents filing REPEAT VIOLENCE charges against him the day before his wife was arrested but now leads to calvin benson (from chad charles davis’ name)

I once again express my devotion to dreamin demon. These folks here in TampUH think that cherryl’s (please note the useless extra letter) methods of child LOVE are peachy. Here’s lovely Cherryl’s court case slithering it’s way through the system.
They left off the minor charges and kept the first degree felony.I suupose that’s what the above nimrod referred to when it claimed they dropped the charges because the doctor did not perform well. I dunno. Butterfly shaped cut and butterfly ring. Seems hard to make up. But, this is typical Hillsborough County where, with the right last name, you can light the mayor on fire and the state’s attorney will say … IT WAS AN ACCIDENT.
