Thats all pretty close to me,  I should try and show up for his court appearances . I can dig out my old Rolling stones T-shirt , with the big Ole tongue on it to wear to court.  It would be worth it , going to court just to hear him mumbling his answers to the judge.  Speak up , whats the matter Cat got your tongue,  oops I see your victim bit it the fuck off.

Murrieta police found a piece of tongue the size of a 50-cent piece at the woman’s home, a sergeant said.
The woman testified that at the time of the attack, she was having occasional “dates” with men to make money to support herself and her young son, and that she had advertised on two Web sites.
If she needed money on a particular day, she posted an advertisement on a Web site and waited for interested men to call, she said.
She said McGowan called her, said his name was “Randy” and wanted to pay her for sex.
She told him she did not recognize his voice and didn’t have sex with men who were not repeat customers.
A few minutes later, however, her doorbell rang and “Randy” was at her door. She said she figured that “he’s here anyway and I need the money, so whatever,” and told him to put $160 on a counter, but that when she tried to pick up the money, he snatched it back.
She said she told him to leave, but “he just stared … blank. That’s when he grabbed me and threw me on the bed.”
She said McGowan choked her for some minutes and eventually raped her. “He was having trouble himself,” she said. “He couldn’t get himself going.”
When he tried to kiss her, “I bit him,” she added.
She said she felt something in her cheek and thought it was a clot of blood. Police have said that was his severed tongue in her mouth, and that she spit out.
Investigators said McGowan’s injury resulted in a speech impediment. Police said earlier that the woman had broken bones in her cheek and near her eye. While on the stand, she sobbed as she was shown pictures of her arm that had been bound, and her beaten face.

Under cross-examination, she testified that she had no idea how the man got her address, but thought he may have gotten it from another client of hers.
A second alleged victim and prostitute testified that on April 15, she arranged to have a man come to a hotel room she had rented in Corona to provide sex for $200. She identified the man who arrived as the defendant and said that when he asked her for condoms and she turned away, he jumped her, choked her and raped her. She said McGowan tried to kiss her while raping her.
McGowan is a registered sex offender with two rape convictions. Because investigators believe he committed three other rapes between 2002 and this year, he is charged with seven counts of rape, two counts of assault, robbery, sodomy, and allegations of having multiple victims, having prior convictions for sex offenses and tying or binding a victim.
He faces a possible life term if convicted.
