The older girl is a relative of hers.  They do not say how.  BUT the kidnapping charge is from when she fled
to another state with her daughter and law enforcement had to go and get her and the child.
I’m hesitant to assume that her daughter may be  one of the girls though, but I would not doubt it.  I am wondering who the newborn  she gave the tainted milk to is though.  Is that her child, or one of her children if she had more than one?
Her daughter is now with her father.

As an open “lesbo”, I take some umbrage with this comment.
There is nothing lesbian like whatsoever in her heinous actions; she is a pedophile and child predator, pure and simple.
Afraid of her own age group? At 40, she could easily have picked up someone half her age for consentual sexual exploration, and we’d never be having this discussion.
There are no “lesbian/gay/bi-sexual/transgendered” pedophiles, due to the fact that LGBT’s are attracted to other consenting ADULTS of their own personal gender preferences, whereas pedophiles are attracted to unconsentual, post-infantile thru pre-pubescent children.
While the individual pedophile may have a definite gender preference in their victimology,  references like “lesbian/gay etc.” are not used to define these criminals.
It’s beyond comparing apples and oranges; consider the LGBT community as all the different and colorful fruits that can fit into an underwear commercial -  and the child sexual predator community as a fermenting, fly covered, diseased pile of filthy excrement.

ok, I see know how unthought-out my words where. I apologize. I fight for gay rights b/c I feel they are my own. sorry It was really offensive. as for the vast majority of pedophiles you are correct. they aren’t gender specific, but to me I think this case may have been. I could very well be wrong, but still wondering about any info. of  a husband. and the brest milk. was it spoiled?

Honestly Faybella I don’t like how you said at least she didn’t shove a penis in them……ummm abuse is abuse; touching or penetration.  It is wrong regardless.

Child abuse is sick, but just as sick is how fast the media and public judge people. This woman lives in my girlfriend’s neighborhood and there is very little evidence to substantiate the claim of child abuse. The kidnapping charge is from a former divorce. The tainted milk is simply sour mother’s milk. As for a kid acting up in class, it’s not her kid and hardly a sign of child abuse. And, as far as I know, there is no story of sex abuse and if there is there were many, many police officers involved, likely coaxing from a four-year old.
In addition, unreported here, is that this woman’s infant later died in the care of the foster parents. Tragic. But the foster parents aren’t being charged. Why not? Ask yourself that.
So much is being unreported here, or sunsationally slanted for the entertainment of people reading here and at other news sources. If there is a story of sexual abuse, what are the specifics? No one here, including the editors know. That is because this is an example of overly zealous police and prosecution.
Boils down to a kid acting up in class, a very old divorce case and some breast milk that was left out of the refrigerator. And then she lost her baby at the hands of foster parents.
Child abuse is sick. But so is the way this story is being reported.

Cosmkdbree, with all due respect – Who the fuck are you again? Pardon the obscenity, but, really… You claim to be the boyfriend of a neighbor (not bold enough to identify yourself or your lady as a “friend” or maybe even relative?) which is a connection that is dubious at best. Furthermore, you are so brazen as to call the children in the case liars (I know, you used the word “coaxing”, but let’s not beat around the bush), suggesting that this is nothing more than overzealous prosecution.
Having been involved in the world of criminal defense, I’m plenty familiar with the fairly common circumstance of overzealous prosecution. I also understand the inherent difficulty with child molestation cases when there is an absence of physical evidence.
But, at this site, we report what the news reports. If you’ve got anything substantial to contradict the statements made here, we’d be happy to review the material and alter the article accordingly. Now, will you come back and apologize should she be found guilty, as the overwhelming majority of alleged criminals featured on this site are?

Actually that is considered one of the major signs of child abuse. In the overwhelming majority of cases that are discovered in the school setting, the child “acting out”, to use a term, is one of the primary indicators. There are others but I do not feel the need to type them all out. Rest assured however, that “acting out” IS NOT hardly a sign, IT IS a strong sign.
