Eddy Barreras: “I Am A Freak”

Memphis, TN- On May 29, 12-year old Tiara Johnson and her sister were riding bikes near their home in Nutbush when 29 year-old Eddy Barreras pulled his car up beside them. Barreras repeatedly told the girls to get into his car, but Tiara knew better. She told her sister to run and they raced across a yard to their home and told their mother. Their mother hopped in her car with the girls and chased after Barreras long enough to write down his plate number.
Later that day, Barreras was pulled over by police and when the contents of his car were revealed, Tiara was shocked. Inside Barreras’ car underneath the driver’s side floor mat they found a knife. Police also found two unused condoms, one on the passenger seat and the other in the glove box. “I was shocked because he would have probably killed us and raped us. I was so scared,” Tiara said. She had every right to be frightened and I am very relieved she and her sister did not get into this psycho’s car.
Barreras is a registered sex offender tracked by an electronic ankle bracelet. One report shows he was arrested for rape in 2005 and another shows he was sentenced to three years for attempted rape in AugustAugust reviews
2006 and then was placed on lifetime supervision in June 2007. Also, in MarchMarch reviews
and April of 2008, he approached three different teenage girls near a high school. The pervy bastard cruised by them and exposed himself while he masturbated.
After Barreras was arrested and charged with solicitation of child rape that day, he was again arrested in jail for indecent exposure. He complained about pain in one of his legs and asked to go to the nursing station. Once there, he began masturbating in front of the nurse, and said, “I am a freak, are you a freak?” Barreras’ bail was set at half a million dollars. His arrest record also shows he has been charged with drug possession with intent to sell in 1999, 2002 and 2003. In 2000, he was arrested for vandalism and aggravated robbery. Obviously, this is one guy that needs to stay behind bars because he certainly seems to be getting off in more ways than one, pun intended.

ok…now why do we live in a land that SO’s are not automatically given the dp. if the us gov says that you can get the day after pill at 17 then why not just set the age of concent at 17 and if ya touch any one under that age and you are older than that age, well, quit trin’ to get it wet….we have states that the age of concent is 15, but you can”t get an abortion unless your parents approve it or you go to a judge. i guess they consider it you just poppin’ out one more taxpayer. WTF??

WELCOME ALL: The States Should have a sign reading : Welcome to our States, We let Rapist out of Jail so Watch your kids and yourself…… Be careful we put anklet bracelets on them so they cannot harm you????????? RIGHT, First off KUDOS to the wonderful smart young girl who she and her sister took off running and told MOM and good job to MOM I would have wanted to get on my superbike and I know I would have caught him, then I would have beat the liviing shit out of him until the cops showed up. BUT hey maybe he will post bond and get out again, then what JUDGE what will we do then???????????? How ridiculous that he EVER got out of jail on those charges listed above for real?? Well I would just advise all to be smart, observant to all your surroundings and NEVER NEVER get into a car with anyone you don’t know, do exactly what the young lady and her sister did and keep running like hell…..This bastard does not deserve to live anymore, just fucking kill these MONSTERS, I have no desire or toleration to rapist.

Once again America’s brilliant system has properly rehabilitated another criminal so that he can go back out into the world and live in society becoming one of the kind innocent people that he had so selfishly victimized in the past (insert sarcasm smiley here).
So glad the girls got away and mom chased after the guy getting his plate! Ruh Roh! You go girls!
Now what they will do is install an electronic ankle bracelet on the other ankle. That’ll teach him!

How was he rehabilitated?
They don’t rehabilitate people in prison.
The definition of rehabilitate is:
To restore (someone) to health or normal life by training and therapy after imprisonment.
They sure don’t do that, so they. They just release people with no therapy at all. Prison just makes them worse then before.
