On Sunday afternoon, Joshua broke into his ex-girlfriend’s house, called her up on the phone, and told her where he was. When she arrived at her home, the two began arguing. Joshua threw a bag of chips at her and then punched her in the face. He choked her until she lost consciousness. He picked her up, threw her on the couch, and whipped out his little willy and started beating on that. Yes, he paused in the middle of all the mayhem to polish his pickle. Dude. WTH? He wasn’t finished with her yet…he took her into her bedroom where he knelt on her while he delivered a few more blows. Spent, he then laid across her body, making it difficult for her to breathe. Then, he had the nerve to demand that she leave with him. Coming to her senses, the girl fled to a neighbor’s home to call 911. To add insult to injury, Joshua stole her car. Hmmm…wonder why they broke up in the first place?
Joshua Ouzts, 35, was arrested early Monday morning and charged with burglary with battery, aggravated assault, grand theft of a motor vehicle, false imprisonment, tampering with a witness and exposure of sexual organs. He is being held without bond. This guy is disturbing…just reading about his violent escapade gave me the creeps. And, why the knuckle shuffling? We read stories about this type of violence every day…but I’ve never heard of anyone stopping for a masturbation break. Freaky…

Yea All you crime critics can kiss my ass – espescially those calling me a stupid bitch!!!!! I am the ex-girlfriend of this psycho and to be clear – this is not the first time I received calls just like this, however, I have called the police before and him be gone when I got there…There is such a thing as crying wolf! When I got to my street there was no cars in my drive so I pulled in, got out of the car, and he approached me before I reached the door. Obviously, this situation was out of control – but it was SOOOO out of control because he had been terrorizing me for months prior to this incident. I called the police several times but none were severe enough to stick and I was afraid of retaliation when he bonded out on a minor charge. If we go with the theory that the fastest way to get over someone is to get under someone else then this guy should have been over me a hundred or so times!!!! Basically, it came down to me or him and since I own my home and have two kids I could not just bail. I stuck it out and he got what he had coming…sure I wish I could have avoided the severe ass whipping but it was all part of a means to an end!!!! When someone has the mentality that they are not afraid to go to prison they are capable of ANYTHING and he proved it. So think again, NO STUPID BITCH HERE, not to mention I am 5 feet tall and weigh 130 lbs. and this is a big guy!!! I damn sure can take a hit and even after being strangled till I lost consciousness I still managed to get away and run and live to tell all of you off!!!

Sorry for the offense, honey, but this is even MORE reason why you should have avoided the fuck out of that situation. I’m 5′11″, an ex-kickboxer AND built like a linebacker, and even I wouldn’t have taken the chance if my ex was, as you say, a big guy who had been threatening me for months and just called to tell me he broke into my house. No one deserves the ass-whuppin’ you got, but I really hope this event will teach you to exercise some better judgment in the future. I mean, you just admitted he had been “terrorizing” you for months. What were you thinkin’ going home like that, ma?
He BROKE into your house. I don’t buy the “crying wolf” excuse (and honestly, I don’t think you do either). Unless he still had a key or you leave your doors unlocked, there would have been evidence of a break-in. You could have called the cops, you SHOULD have called the cops, and if, heaven forbid, there’s ever a “next time”, I hope you DO call the cops.

As a matter of fact Athena there was NO evidence of a break-in because of the way he entered and I really don’t give a damn what excuse you buy. Its like they say, “those that can’t do, teach.” Or, in your case, talk shit. You go around calling the cops every day for a few months and good luck with that. You let the fear of going home cripple you, meanwhile, your property continues to be destroyed and you are financially ruined. In fact, screw it all and head for a battered women’s shelter for protection and lose everything!! Feel safe then? When everything you have worked for is gone because of one person’s mental instability??? No thanks. My judgement is fine. Monday morning quarterback is a good career choice for you. THIS FUCKING DUDE JOSH whatever,loves to prey on the weak……clearly……at least now he can go back where hes been for most of his adult life..prison…but this time i doubt he is gonna be able to con anybody into smuggling meth in to the prison in there vagina..lol…(truestory)…when he gets to prison again…maybe this time he can find his true love…i think he was frustrated because this women he beat up wasnt the man he really wanted her to be..lol….but on a serious note…i hope this female does the right thing and follows through with the legal proceedings and makes sure she does whatever she can to put him away for the MAX…..

Got to agree there.
I mean seriously, we only have a couple paragraphs out of this entire story and I seriously doubt this woman walked into a home thinking that she might get her ass kicked. And kissmyass, you have to excuse some of the conclusions that get drawn here, as you would be surprised (or not) at the sheer number of stories we post that do involve an idiot, male and female, remaining in relationships with someone who abuses them or their children.
Glad you got away, even if it did mean you coming here and tell some of us off.:)

what kissmyass neglects to tell you is that both of these pieces of crap (her and josh) are meth head drug dealing pieces of human garbage. If there is any justice in this world those 2 children will be taken away from her. They dont deserve to hang around drug users, dealers, and physcos like mr ouzts. Its a shame he didnt finish the job and end her pathetic life but at least he will be gone for a long time now. Oh wait…. like most of these sad pathetic women she will end up forgiving him and not testify in court and he will go free and continue to sell crystal meth and abuse women.
