Colorado Springs, Colorado–Willie Allmon is a savage, rotten, worthless motherfucker. This putrid piece of shit has no business wasting oxygen or space. The filthy monster raped his 8-month-old grandson. After he violated the baby…he doled out a little blunt force trauma to the head. The whole sordid story makes me want to puke. Allmon is a registered sex offender with violent tendencies. And, someone trusted that repugnant asshole enough to leave a baby with him….

His prior criminal history tells a story–in ‘88, he was arrested on suspicion of aggravated incest and sexual assault. He pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor sex offense. It is believed that he fondled a child. Again, in ‘88, his then-wife petitioned for a protection order, claiming that he choked and threatened her and held her against her will. The pair parted for good in ‘98, after he told her he had a gun close by and would use it on anyone who got in his way. In ‘02, a female relative was granted a permanent restraining order against Allmon after accusing him of sexually abusing her. So, tell me…given his track record, who in their right fucking mind thought it would be ok to leave baby Isiah with this monster?
Allmon had a couple of bullshit stories ready for the telling. First, he claimed Isiah fell off the bed, and when he went to change the child’s diaper, he passed out. When he came to, he was on top of Isiah, and the child was gurgling and his eyes had rolled back into his head. In another version, Allmon claims he accidentally banged Isiah’s head on the kitchen counter and dropped the child while attempting CPR. A medical examination told a different story…doctors reported the child was suffering from severe head injuries and showed signs of having been raped. Isiah was placed on life support last Monday and died the next day.
Willie Allmon, 52, was initially arrested Tuesday on suspicion of felony child abuse, but was released after posting $25,000 bond. An arrest warrant accusing him of first-degree murder was issued after the child died. Willie Allmon…I hope you rot, you revolting pile of excrement…but only after being anally raped a few hundred thousand times. Asshole.

Seems like the only person that would be dumbass enough to leave a helpless infant with this scum would probably be scum just as bad or worse than gramps is. Probably some crack-ho grand daughter that just needed a warm-blooded adult to leave the baby with. Not someone with decent judgemental abilities to say the least.- Especially if they KNEW of his past history.

Amongest the other things previously stated, his original bond was 25 thousand dollars, when in the last story the lady’s bond was 2 million, his should at least be doubled that!

Yeah, I don’t know why the original bond was so low. When the child was hospitalized, it was obvious he had been sexually assaulted as well as beaten in the head….why the hell would they have allowed him to bond out for $25,000? It’s fucking sickening….

The bonds vary from state to state. I think that is wrong, but a lot more of it is wrong when the crimes are felonies and the defendants have to appear before a judge for a bond hearing- The judge, at that point, usually has his/her criminal history and a synopsis (arrest/ incident report) of what caused the charges at the current hearing.
Each judge has his/her own version of what is high or low, and too often, they try to look at the family’s ability to financially make the bond, thuse making it a “reasonable” bond.
I don’t feel there should be any freaking thing REASONABLE about the unreasonable thing that this MF did to this baby- before or after the child died.

This pieceosthit baby-raper/killer should face the death penalty. Though, statistically, it has not been a deterrent for sex offenders in states that carry it. My biggest concern are the people in charge of caring for this child. Who the fuck leaves a baby with a known violent sex offender? who? A person who is stupid and does not care for the well being of the child.
The mother should be charged to. She leaves her baby in the hands of death. What this baby endured and ultimately died form sickens my very soul. A death penalty may have not kept this child from being killed but certainly the idiot who failed him and left him with this bastard would have made a difference.

Yeah, in lots of cases, I argue against judging the mother too harshly. But in this case, there’s absolutely NO way she could be unaware of his record. Knowingly placing a child in harms way is plenty worthy of charges. And if this mother has any other kids, they should be permanently removed from her care.

I think Gypsy meant “civil” rights as opposed to “human” rights. Same diff, though.
What I’m not sure Gypsy understands is that our Constitution was created to protect us from a tyrannical government. If we decide this kind of punishment is okay for pedophiles, what brand of criminal will be next? Of course, with punishment so harsh, how far will it drive up trial costs? Not to mention the fact that hundreds if not thousands of innocent people are sitting in prison as we speak. If a conviction is overturned, I wonder how much it would cost to retrieve said convict from the compound? If he was already dead, what kind of lawsuits would this result in? Frankly, Gypsy’s scenario doesn’t sound all that inexpensive to me.
As rewarding as saving unicorns sounds, I think I’ll stick around.

You’re right, Athena. Certainly, our Constitution wasn’t created with the rights of pedophiles in mind, but that is the price you pay to live in a civil society…unfortunately, pedophiles are entitled to the same basic rights as the rest of us. That doesn’t mean, however, that they shouldn’t be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, or even that the laws themselves shouldn’t be much more strict than they are where people who prey on children are concerned. I believe they should be MUCH stricter. But not wanting to just take everyone accused of child molestation out and just put a bullet in their heads without due process, or even not advocating putting convicted child molesters in a crazy, Lord of the Flies type situation, does not make one a “bleeding heart.” Child molesters must be allowed the same rights so that liberty is preserved for the rest of us. Once again, that doesn’t mean there shouldn’t be much harsher penalties for child molestation than currently exist — the most important thing is to keep them off the streets, period. I would even support mandatory life sentences for those convicted of it. But there has to be a process, and the Lord of the Flies thing just isn’t feasible (nor necessarily cheap, as you said).

Why should the mother of the baby be in trouble? The State decided that he had been rehabilitated and was released from prison for serving his time. So he must be safe, right? We all know that the majority of Americans are absolute fucking morons who cannot use an ounce of common sense to think their way out of a wet paper bag.

The US Constitution protects the fucking morons as well as the every day citizen with equal rights. Everyone has the Right to a jury trial. These protections protect people from a tyrannical Government from using the court system to assail opposition and so on. You don’t want brown shirts coming in the middle of the night and putting a bullet in the back of your head.
However, years long trials are bullshit in my opinion. Countless appeals are a waste of tax payer money. There should be a trial within 30 days. One appeal upon conviction (again, within 30 days). Then they should be taken out back and introduced to Mr. Benelli. No more bullshit where it takes 20 years for the State to kill someone whom no one remembers what he did.
The bill for the bullet should then be sent to the POS’s estate.
First Degree Murder, Second Degree murder in certain situations, rapes of any kind. Sexual molestation of any minors by adults. Arson. Deviant criminals would take a hard long look at what they are doing before committing the crime. As it stands now, committing a crime equals you get free medical, dental and vision; three meals a day; access to College and no worries about making ends meet. Basically, better benefits than any job you can get aside from becoming a Senator. Far better benefits than our service men and women receive.
Unfortunately, the anal rapes in prison are a highly exaggerated concept. However, chomo’s do get the shit beat out of them regularly.
This is an Utopian view on dealing with such problems. You then realize that Government will never offer a solution to solve the problem. This would be like if the Government designed a road that required no maintenance.
Government numbers say that there are approximately 3 million people in the prison system at any given time currently. Government numbers also say that it costs approximately 30,000 dollars per year to care for each inmate on average. I do not know if these averages cover medical expenses that occur also or not.
If we do the math, that is 90 billion dollars a year that is spent housing these people. If every man, woman and child paid taxes in America (300 million) that would mean every person here would be forking out 300 dollars a year. The numbers get too complicated if you calculate the total of people who truly do pay taxes or not.
In essence, the Government is like the drug pusher. He doesn’t want his client base to get better…
Oh yeah, if you’re reading this Obama. Here is my plan to save the Government a few bucks. You let me take Big Willie out back and I’ll donate my travel expenses, bring the snake charmer and the snake food. You don’t even need to pay me a per diem. Try not to promote him to running CPS.

If you read it, you would see that I was bashing BOTH Republicans AND Democrats. Both are about as useful as Big Willies babysitting services. They are the two horns on the same goat that leave the public open to being victimized by the scum of the earth.
Of course they are to blame. We are forced at literal gunpoint to give them a significant amount of money to keep this inept Juggernaut running. What do we have to show for this financial rape? Somehow we can afford to give them gold plated medical care, but the working chumps of America are saddled with massive healthcare expenses, or have none at all. You’re just spinning the wheel on a revolver playing Russian Roulette and waiting for your turn to go bankrupt from any medical emergency. We have truck loads of dead babies that are killed by the usual suspects. We have scum of the earth mothers who use children for nothing more than a welfare receipt getting their children back after doing horrific things to them.
They will throw you in prison harder than Big Willie for being a vigilante. You would be the bad guy if you beat this piece of shit to death with a wiffle ball bat. Yet, their lackluster response will leave these monsters on the street to prey again on the weak and stupid.
So yes, I would say overall, the system is defunct by design. Our elected officials are solely to blame.
