Candi And Dickie Bellanger: A Gruesome Twosome

Jacksonville, Texas–My, my…what a dastardly duo. Here we have Candi Jean Bellanger, 36, and her son, 21-year-old Dickie Paul Bellanger. Dickie has a girlfriend–that girlfriend has 2 children–a 2-year-old daughter and a 1-year-old son. The children, their mother, and Dickie were all living in Candi’s home. The little family started to crumble when the 1-year-old was examined at the hospital last Tuesday. The original complaint was about bruising to the child’s body…doctors found more than bruises.

The toddler had other injuries consistent with sexual assault. The hospital notified police and the toddler’s sibling was immediately retrieved from the home and examined. Wouldn’t you know it, she also showed signs of having been sexually assaulted. According to one official, one of the children was injured so severely that he/she was having trouble moving. It is believed the children had both been assaulted on multiple occasions this month. CPS was called in and the children were placed with their paternal grandparents. Officers served a search warrant on Candi’s home Wednesday afternoon. The house was in disrepair, there was animal feces on the floor, and a foul stench permeated the residence. Officers were able to obtain forensic evidence from the home. Confident with the charges, arrests were made.
So, Dickie was buggerin’ the kids and his mom did absolutely nothing to stop it. Great parenting, mom! Authorities also believe that Candi convinced the children’s mother to keep her mouth shut about the abuse. Dickie Paul Bellanger is being held on $2 million bond and he’s looking at charges of felony aggravated sexual assault of a child and felony injury to a child. Candi Jean Bellanger was booked on charges of endangering a child by omission. It has not been reported as to whether or not the children’s mother will also face charges.

No – bring mom up on charges, as well. “She convinced me not to say anything,” is a bullshit cop-out. Even if it were true, she should suffer for being so goddamn weak at the expense of her children.

Each time I read a story like this, I just want to projectile vomit, afterward, I have to wonder how fucktards like this even begin to get “turned on” at the thought, (shudder - more vomit) at the sight of helpless tiny children, how they get together and decide as a group that this is “OK” behavior…None of them should ever procreate, ever breathe again…

What the fuck is up with these adults that pray and rape children….. No – I don’t think Dick is the daddy. He is just the current penis of said cumdumpster. And his mother is sitting in jail next to him. I don’t think the baby-daddy had anything to do with it. Being as the kids we given to his folks and not him, my guess is he is a piece of work also. Let’s just hope that they are safe.

Sadly, these kinds of methheads and freaks are everywhere- especially in the rural areas where meth is really common and cheap to make. It scares me to no end to think of what some of these kids have to go home to after school- If they make it out at all.

Dickie got served some jail-house justice…
Dickie Paul Bellanger, the 21-year-old man arrested last week for allegedly sexually assaulting two young children, was hospitalized this weekend after he was apparently attacked by one or more of his fellow inmates inside the Cherokee County Jail.

“We had an inmate who allegedly had some people jump on him and attack him, and we are conducting an investigation now to find out what happened and who did it,” Campbell said. “It occurred Saturday morning, and he was taken to ETMC-Rusk for treatment. I really can’t say much more because we are still investigating it.”
While the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Department would not release any specifics regarding Bellanger’s injuries, one of his family members was able to provide a few details. According to Ashley Beall, Bellanger’s sister-in-law, he suffered two broken ribs, a fractured jaw and a broken nose.
Beall also claims the assault took place about 7:30 a.m. Saturday, but the jail staff did not take Bellanger to receive treatment until quite a while later. Campbell said the investigation thus far disputes her claim.
“We’re not through investigating it yet, but from what we have been able to determine so far, my jail staff did not know about it until about 7 or 7:30 a.m. — and he was taken out to see the doctor as soon as the staff knew about it,” Campbell said.
The incident appears to have occurred in a portion of the facility that does not have a surveillance system. CCJ has security cameras in all common areas, large dorm cells and hallways, but some of the older jail cells are not electronically monitored.
According to Campbell, Bellanger has been transferred to a single cell since the incident. The sheriff said he couldn’t comment on whether the nature of the charges against Bellanger played a role in making him a target for violence.

In other Bellanger-related news, Beall is one of several family members and friends who — confident of his innocence — is claiming the Jacksonville Police Department did not fully investigate all suspects in the case before arresting Bellanger.
Bellanger stands accused of sexually assaulting his girlfriend’s two infants, and Beall said the detectives in the case need to take another look at the victims’ biological father. Candi Bellanger, Dickie Bellanger’s mother, was also arrested last week, and was charged with two counts of child endangerment.
“I seriously think the father did what they are accusing Dickie of. The little boy came home from his father’s house one weekend and I saw distinct thumb-mark bruises on his ears as if the child had been pulled and dragged by the ears,” Beall said. “Candi and Dickie have always taken excellent care of my two children — and the children of other friends and family — and there has very been a problem from it. I think the police need to look further into other people; I just don’t think there is any possible way Dickie could do something like this.”
The main investigator handling the case for JPD, however, remains confident the department arrested the right man. Detective Travis Cearley said the case against Bellanger is quite strong, and that their investigation has turned up nothing suspicious about the victims’ father.

I hope good ole Dickie, got some huge DICKIE shoved up his ass too! I love prison justice. Not all immates abuse children, and I am hoping more of those immates keep giving him the “Welcome to Prison” treatment!
