Orlando, Florida–Last week, Tanner Stickney was in an online chat room, bragging about an upcoming trip to Florida and his plans to have sex with a young boy when he arrived. Little did he know, the person on the receiving end of that chat was an undercover detective, working on a routine sting. In that chat, Stickney alluded to the fact that the child he was about to molest had been molested before…he was going back for seconds. Ugh.

FBI agents watched as Stickney boarded a plane FridayFriday reviewsFriday reviews morning…there was an agent watching him throughout the flight. Once the plane landed in OrlandoOrlando reviewsOrlando reviews, Stickney was arrested. Agents seized his cell phone, laptop computer, and an external storage device. They found more than 100 movie files depicting children in sexual activities. While Stickney was on his way to Florida, agents served a search warrant on his home in Washington DC. InsideInside reviewsInside reviews, they found several videos of boys engaged in sexual acts, as well as a video camera in his bedroom with a four-minute video showing a child, about 8 to 10-years-old, engaged in sexual acts with an adult male. That adult male bore a strong resemblance to Stickney.

On his cell phone, agents found numerous chats between Stickney and his ex-girlfriend, Rhonda ‘Rhoni’ Bays, 39. It appears Stickney was going to pay her a little visit in Florida-she had a gift for him. You see, Bays babysits a couple of young boys, and she liked to play into Stickney’s sickening fantasies, so she was going to pimp out one of the young boys in her care. Though Bays, a mother of a young son, likes to chat with Stickney about his molestation fantasies, she denies ever participating in one. She was willing, however, to have sex with Stickney while the pimped out prepubescent child laid on the bed with them. Stickney is being held in the Seminole County jail. He waived his preliminary hearing and will be extradited back to Washington, DC to face charges. Bays is in the Seminole county jail with no bond. Tanner Stickney faces charges of possessing child pornography and persuading a minor to engage in sexually explicit conduct. Rhonda Bays faces one count of conspiring with another for the purpose of engaging in illicit sexual conduct.

    That potential sentencing disparity is just one of the issues Fletcher is likely to take up this afternoon in federal court in Orlando.

    Fletcher noted that a psychiatrist's report indicates Bays "would be susceptible to a super predator like Mr. Stickney."

    But prosecutors have argued the "particularly heinous nature" of Bays case warrants a weighty sentence.

    Investigators who read Internet "chats" between Bays and Stickney found that Bays once said if she were caught, "I am pretty much declared incompetent so even if I get caught, I can play it off and not get into trouble," court documents said.

    The chats also revealed Bays told Stickney they could adopt children "nobody wants," and use them as "sex slaves."

    "Bays has demonstrated that she is a danger to children," the U.S. Attorney's Office said in its filing earlier this week. "She has shown that she is willing to go to any length to appease the whim of a child molester, even ruining the lives of innocent children in her own family."

    That's EXACTLY what I was thinking too. I mean, who the hell wakes up one day and says, "Gee...I run a daycare. People were like “Have fun!” “The Weather is Nice!”, etc. It’s surreal. The buttkicker is that 4 days before he was busted he took one of those Facebook quizes and his results of where he would end up was CONVICT. It said he lived dangerously and the last blurb about the quiz results were “enjoy being an asshole.” Wow.
