Minneapolis, MN- RSO Marcus Nelson has difficulty keeping his pecker in his pants. On May 3, he exposed himself to a little girl at the the Mall of America inside the Disney Store and asked her, “Did you see it?”. Later that day, he began masturbating on a mannequin inside Gilly Hicks.

A few days later on May 7, St. Paul Police caught Nelson on Harriet Island in his underwear. He told the officers he was changing his clothes. Then on May 9, he was finally arrested when he returned to the Mall of AmericaAmerica reviewsAmerica reviews and exposed himself once more. That’s four offenses in one week before his pervy ass was finally busted.

Nelson is a Level 3 sex offender. Over the last decade, he has been convicted of flashing 10 other times. Nelson is also one of more than 50 homeless offenders St. Paul Police try to keep tabs on. The offenders must check in each week and Nelson did that. Police say that the monitoring of homeless sex offenders is always a challenge for law enforcement agencies. With just a couple officers assigned to the job of tracking offenders, departments don’t have the manpower to follow them all around all of the time.

Since the charge of indecent exposure is pretty minor, officers can’t always see a criminal’s past on the statewide system right away. Police believe these offenders know that and it is why Nelson has been able to stay on the move and get away with this for so long. Nelson has been charged with a felony this time after Bloomington Police found out about his past. If convicted, he faces couple of years in jail.

    Ewww…hard to understand what makes some people tick.  I’m guessing that he’s done more than just expose himself to earn the level three SO status? Is the only criterion that you’re at risk to reoffend?

    This loser definately has some out-of-control behavior. What happens if he doesn’t get caught – it escalates until he’s doing more than just exposing himself to small children? Enough already. Get him off the streets and behind bars.

    You know, it never ceases to amaze me at some of this perverts.  Then this morning, I’m reading over the different newspapers that I read everyday and find out that they held the 9th Annual Masturbation-a-thon in San Francisco this weekend.  This asshole could have displayed his goods and wacked his wanker all he wanted without offending or hurting a soul.
