Raping someone that old is nearly as bad as raping a child.  After menopause, the tissues atrophy and tear easily.  This scum doesn’t need to be out for any reason.  If we’d quit with the Puritan “war on drugs” we might have enough room in the jails to protect society from violent offenders.

Yes, this is not about sexual gratification, it’s about being able to control and take from someone. I hate these animals. Castrating them is never the solution, it’s in their head. So I guess, we could just cut his head off! Get right to the source of the problem. Chop, chop, and we are done.

I still can’t figure out why they let him out on bond on a rape charge.

Rape with an instrument……Proof not about SEX. He wanted to hurt and degrade this woman. He also wanted to take away her security. I am sure he has accomplished his goal. (His parents must be so proud).

That’s not proof of any kind. An individual can get sexual gratification out of all sorts of things.
OF COURSE rape is about sexual gratification. That is what drives it. Control in these cases only heightens said sexual gratification (if anything), like those who enjoy S&M, rape simulation and other control-oriented deviant sexual behaviors.
If it was really just about power and control, we wouldn’t have rapists. They’d simply beat people up or imprison them, instead… things that typically get shorter sentences than aggravated rape.
Rape is biologically-driven. What is psychological in these cases is only the lack of impulse control and tendency toward violence.

Sodomy?  He did that to an 81 year old lady who showed him kindness in a time of need?  Popeyeray, I’m not sure what point you were trying to make with that little piece of history; I’m not into torture of any living creature…  BUT, I’m never going to sway from my conviction that the Death Penalty is the most “righteous” option for low-lives such as this piece of scum.  Kill em’ and be done with em’!

Whether people want to believe rape is about sex, about power, or both doesnt matter to me—rape is violent and my heart hurts for anyone who has been violated is such a manner.  Rape not only takes from the body, it assaults the mind and the spirit.  I pray this woman recovers well.

If we can’t kill them, at least we could surgically blind them. Think about it – it would be almost impossible to victimize anyone if they were blind. And, then they become the vulnerable ones. We could tattoo “pervert” on their foreheads, just for good measure.
I really wish I had a 2×4 to knock that smug look off his face. Little rat bastard. How DARE he rape an old lady and not at least look a little fucking ashamed about it?
