Willie Culvert Likes To Gamble

Las Vegas, Nevada–It’s that time of year again, Denizens. The sun is starting to make its daily appearance–the temps are soaring into the 80’s and 90’s–summer is just around the corner. And, so begins another season of baked babies and neglectful parents here on the Dreamin’ Demon.

The temps were in the mid 90’s in Las Vegas Friday afternoon. The heat didn’t affect Willie Culvert, he was in an air-conditioned bar, gambling. His children though, were left in daddy’s SUV, to broil in the sun. Culvert’s children, ages 3-months and 2-years-old, were found strapped into their car seats in the SUV…the windows down, the doors unlocked, the keys in the ignition, and the radio playing. Authorities believe Culvert had been in the bar for at least two hours. Thankfully, neither child suffered any heat-related injuries and both were later turned over to their mother. I wonder if either parent realizes how close those babies came to being another statistic?

Nevada law states that a child 7 years or younger cannot be left alone in a car if weather conditions present a health risk or if the keys are left in the ignition. The organization Kids and Cars, which lobbied for the law, reported 62 incidents involving kids left in cars so far this year…of those incidents, 21 resulted in a child’s death. Willie Culvert, 35, was arrested and charged with two counts of child endangerment.

    3 months and two year old/ WTF I am surprised that Nevada had to make a law for that.  I wonder though if the kids were within sight. like he was at a window with them right there. naw still. by the time some drunk assbite was driving off, it would be too late.

    I have to wonder why women keep having babies for these guys.  You know he’s a loser if he’s stoned all the time; you might as well tie a rock around your neck!  Babies are just something else he’s going to brag about without taking responsibility for… women wise-up!

    I hope the PoPo left Willie sittin’ in the car without a/c while they interviewed witnesses and completed their investigation for at least 3 hours, Is that why Willie is crying? Humor me, tell me yes!!
    Willie Culvert should be thrown off one………A high one!!!

    I was thinking that too.  Just an overall bad decision and I’m glad he was caught!  Poor kids…..
