Brindin Sieff Had Trouble With One Of The Twins

Jupiter, FL- Around 2:30 a.m. Sunday, Brindin and Jacqueline Sieff took one of their six-week old preemie twin boys, named Jacob, to the hospital. A scan revealed the infant was bleeding in four different parts of his brain. We all know what that means. SBS…a.k.a. Shaken Baby Syndrome, a.k.a. stupid bullshit stories the caregivers/parents make up to try and get out of seeing some well-deserved jail time for abusing a child. DCF was alerted and the bullshit story began.

Sieff and his wife said the twins were born prematurely and had been on heart monitors. They said that the baby had become limp and his breathing labored after the family returned about 1 a.m. from a trip to Wal -Mart. Unfortunately for the Sieff’s, they each gave a different version of the story and the authorities pressed harder for them to get the shit straight. On Monday, detectives conducted separate interviews with each parent. At first, Jacqueline denied that  she or her husband ever struck the infant, but admitted that Brindin had lost his temper at times because Jacob cried more than his twin brother. Then she said she saw Brindin strike the baby when he was four weeks and six weeks old, up to five times but probably no more than 10 times. She said Brindin often cursed the infant for crying. She said on March 30′th she saw Brindin throw the infant into his playpen-crib, onto a wicker chair that was two feet away, and, an hour later, onto their bed. Jacqueline said she shouted at Brindin because she was worried the child could not breathe and she told Brindin she thought Jacob was injured.

At first, Brindin denied harming his son in any way. Later, weeping, the asshole admitted striking the baby in the face and said he knew that was why Jacob was hospitalized. “Jacob just wouldn’t stop crying,” Brindin told the detectives. Brindin said he’d “blocked out what had happened and could not recall any of the assaults, but if his wife said he committed them, it’s possible he had.” Brindin Sieff, 21, was charged with aggravated child abuse and a judge ordered that he be held in lieu of $10,000 bail, with an alternate option of house arrest. Sieff is to have no contact with either Jacob or his twin brother. Authorities are investigating further to determine if Jacqueline Sieff will also face charges. Jacob Sieff is listed in fair condition and his brother is being cared for by Jacqueline’s mother. Authorities do not believe the brother was ever harmed, but are having him checked out by a doctor. Sieff had no prior arrests and had worked for the last year doing lawn work at a golf course.
