Tamra Leasure Didn’t Think It Through

RIVERVIEW, Florida -Tamra Leasure, 43, has been charged with the shooting death of ArthurArthur reviewsArthur reviews R. Tilley Jr., 57. This actually happened back in March, but Tamra is just now being charged with the crime. During an argument between the two, Tamra shot Arthur. In the head. In the neck. In the torso. She then placed the gun in his hand, called 911 and reported a suicide.

Why it took a couple months to charge Tamra I have no clue, but I am sure that investigators figured out pretty quickly that Arthur probably didn’t shoot himself three times. Arthur had been living with Leasure for a few days before the incident. After admitting to the crime, Tamra stated “the third shot was not necessary.” Tamra has been arrested and charged with second-degree murder.

Here is an article published shortly after the shooting that has a picture of Tilley and mentions that it took 8 days for the local news to get the story.

    Oh sure – yeah. Blame it on the third shot.  Then she can go to jail and protect her dignity. The first two were NECESSARY, of course. That damned third one.  If only….

    Not like shooting someone during an argument is OK, Im just wondering wth they could have been arguing about that was so damn heated she shot him…3 times even.  Its not like they were involved long enough to have some kind of deep resentments or history of abuse in the relationship.  The guy couldve been a freak but he sure did have a community tie and people seemed to be shocked.  I feel badly for his family not having answers.

    And yeah- who the hell cant figure out a person commiting suicide doesnt shoot themselves 3 times?  Did she REALLY think that was believable?

    A Riverview woman has been arrested on homicide charges in the shooting death a house guest. Deputies said she tried to make the death look like a three-shot suicide.

    All they gotta do is take a luminol test and check the blood splatter on her clothes.
