No way that there is a "contract" at all, she can not enter into a contract at 15 unless it is a necessities contract (for a student loan, medical care or approved by the court in advance) PLUS, she's not legally competent. Not to mention you can not have a contract regarding illegal activity!

It may depend on the state, but contracts made with minors are generally not legally binding: "Contracts involving minors are only legally binding if they are buying things that are necessities, or, in other words, items that are essential to their day to day living. This could include items such as food, school clothing and books. However, if the minor is buying a luxury (toys, designer clothing etc) then the contract is not legally binding.
