Eric Duprey Had A Sex Slave Contract

West New York, NJ- There’s a lot of disgusting people in the world and Eric Duprey is one of them. This last Wednesday, FBI officers raided his home and found a computer “thumb drive” and CD containing four videos of young children engaging in sexual acts. The skeevy bastard admitted he obtained the child pornography through file-sharing networks on the Internet and had been doing so since 1999. If that information was not sickening enough for ya, the officers also found a “sex-slave contract” signed by the perverted perp and a 15-year old Chicago girl.

Sex Slave Contract

The contract was signed April 1 and was found on Duprey’s nightstand. Also found were airline ticket stubs and a travel itinerary that correspond to travel between New Jersey and Chicago from April 1 to April 4. Federal agents believe Duprey traveled to ChicagoChicago reviewsChicago reviews to “enforce” the contract with the child. Duprey has admitted to engaging in illicit sexual contact with the victim during those trips and agents also found photos of the victim performing a sexual act on a male whose face could not be seen.

Eric Duprey, 35, faces up to 30 years in prison on the charge of traveling in interstate commerce for the purpose of illicit sexual conduct with a person under age 18 and up to 10 years on the charge of possession child pornography.

    Sad to say but he may get off if the bootay call contract was signed. This may constitute a legal and binding contract! I hope not though. In either case BUBBA may have a crack at his crack while he’s battling these charges!

    I see nothing odd with it aside from the ages. I was under the impression that all married couples had a similar contract.

    It may depend on the state, but contracts made with minors are generally not legally binding:

    “Contracts involving minors are only legally binding if they are buying things that are necessities, or, in other words, items that are essential to their day to day living. This could include items such as food, school clothing and books. However, if the minor is buying a luxury (toys, designer clothing etc) then the contract is not legally binding. “  Also:
    “If the contract is too harsh on the minor, then it isn’t valid or legally binding.”

    No way that there is a “contract” at all, she can not enter into a contract at 15  unless it is a necessities contract (for a student loan, medical care or approved by the court in advance) PLUS, she’s not legally competent. Not to mention you can not have a contract regarding illegal activity!
