Gresham, Oregon–No offense to any young adults who may be perusing the Dreamin’ Demon today, but, I have to say, some kids these days are fucking nuts! What teenager in their right mind would be so desperate for drugs and/or alcohol to even consider boinking Jennifer Wills? I remember being 14-15ish, and there is no way in hell I would’ve sunk to that level of depravity.
There was always a lot of traffic into and out of Wills’ home, and the traffic consisted mainly of male and female teens between the ages of 15-17. About five months ago, two of Wills’ victims (?) approached police and told the lurid and nauseating story of sex for drugs. The investigation began.
Wills would befriend teens and young runaways in the area, ply them with marijuana and booze, then she would demand sex. I get a little confused at the ‘demand’ part of the deal…you see, Wills is confined to a wheelchair. How demanding could she possibly be? I would think that if any young adult were to feel threatened by Wills and her demands, they wouldn’t have a difficult time escaping the apartment. Most of the teens went into the apartment knowing that if they were to be provided with pot and booze, then sex with Wills was expected. And, while it hasn’t actually been stated as fact, I can pretty much guarantee you that most of the kids were returning customers.
I’m not defending Wills’ actions here, not in the least. If nothing else, the woman is a complete moron. But, I have to question the actions of the teens as well. What happened here? Was everything just fine and dandy as long as Wills was providing the party necessities? Were a couple of kids denied entrance to the party, get butt-hurt, and blew the whole nasty deal? I can’t place all of the blame on Wills…there are some pretty stupid teenagers running around the city of Gresham. Think about it for a minute, these kids are our future.
The law is the law, though, and Jennifer Mills was arrested. The 30-year-old woman is being charged with six counts of sexual abuse, three counts of contributing to the sexual delinquency of a minor, three counts of delivery of marijuana to a minor and three counts of delivery of alcohol to a minor. She was being held on $137,500 bail, but has since been released. You can see the booking report here.
Let’s have those opinions, Demonites. Granted, what she did was against the law, but don’t you think there are a few kids who should be facing charges? For underage consumption of alcohol? PossessionPossession reviews
of marijuana? Those kids are well aware that what they were doing was wrong, shouldn’t they be held partly responsible as well? Remember, these are teenagers we are talking about, not 11- and 12-year-olds.

I think sex with Jennifer Wills is punishment enough for any teen crime, don’t you think? C’mon… lethal injection or bumpin’ uglies with Jenny? She’s the potential women’s prison cellmate that keeps me on the straight and narrow (okay, slightly bent and occasionally bloated).

Hmm… That’s probably how she kept them in tow, So Jaded. With the threat of spilling the beans about them buying/consuming drugs and alcohol over there. You know the spiel – “Tell anyone, and I’ll deny it. Who they gonna believe? Some young punk – or a woman confined to a wheelchair?” Perhaps, at first, what she demanded was “tolerable” or “acceptable” in their minds. But after a while, she started getting pushier, kinkier and more possessive of her little foundlings. Perhaps one of these kids was cornered by their parent and spilled on all of them. Or a girlfriend said “ENOUGH” and told someone.
This bitch played with fire – and she got burned. Tough shit. She took advantage of their age and naivete`. Seeing that pic, I think the embarrassment and stigma they will carry with them throughout the rest of High School may be punishment enough. {shudder} That’s just nasty!
She didn’t take their innocence — but she sure made getting a date/girlfriend a hell of a lot harder now!

An erection (Boner, Stiffy, Hard-On, Woody) is a normal part of the male sexual response, although it can be a bit embarrassing when it occurs in a public spot. All men get erections, even as babies, though erections in young boys and babies are usually a response to physical touch, which could even come from a wheelchair bound seductress like Ms. Wills. You will start getting your first sexual-type erection when you hit puberty, which can be anywhere from 9 or 10 to 14 or 15; during that time they will have what are called “wet dreams” where their whole bodies ejaculate and have outrageous convulsions during their sleep. So what these boys did is also totally normal! While drunk, or high, these poor young kids were probably exposed to tons of hot porn movies, and images. What chance did they have against this insidious femme fatale! Teenage boys probably get them most as they haven’t learnt to control them by their thought processes. Older men can do this to some extent, but I wouldn’t put it past Ms. Wills to take advantage of local homeless men either. Lord knows how many victims their are out their!

ummm….. hmmmm…..
This one is kind of tough. I actually do think the kids should be charged with underage consumption etc. What about charging them as runaways as well? 15-17 is old enough to know right from wrong. And I am not really buying the story of her “demanding” sex from them. How does a woman in a wheelchair demand sex?
No I do not think she should get off (whoops, interesting choice of words) because she is a woman, or because she is in a wheel chair. And yes, giving drugs/alcohol to a minor is wrong and illegal. I think she should still be charged with what she did. But those kids are not completely innocent to me. A bunch of teenage runaways? I feel like they were using her (as a party house/as a place to crash) as well as the ways that she was using them.
Ugh everyone in this story is gross.
And if a 17 year-old would have sex with THAT for a little pot and booze…. that kid is an idiot and should be locked up. Just for being that dumb… and giving me the willies.
Regardless, I am interested to get more information about this case.

Yeah, So Jaded, I was wondering about the “demanding” part as well- how demanding could she be since she was the one in the wheelchair and the teens were free to move about. Most teen runaways are not *brand new* to hardship in life.
I am curious about the sexual abuse- were the acts on/with her or did she have the kids perform sex acts on each other etc. And were the two that went to the cops rejected from her lil party house, or did they go on the rumors they heard and were actually disgusted by what was going on? I am not clear what had to be done to bring about those charges…although I am not sure if I really want to know ALL the sticky details.
She looks like a mouth breather- maybe that accident had messed up her brain too? Whatever the case may be, I think she should be punished. Loneliness is not a crime but luring kids with drugs is one. As for the kids, I think they should get some help. Without enough details its hard for me to decide what sort of teens we are dealing with but clearly they need to get to the reason of why they are homeless and using drugs and hopefully they can still turn their lives around.

I don’t care HOW desperate I was for drugs and alcohol…and god knows, back in the day we would do some pretty stupid shit to get either.But in this case, this woman could have given me a case of Guinness and a brick and I wouldn’t have fucked her with Swivel’s dick.
In fact, the more that I think about it…how in the held would someone even remain erect? The only way I would be forced to actually perform with her would be if I were receiving a continual hand job by 15 Japanese women dressed in schoolgirl outfits while on 5 hits of ecstasy with a front-end loader stimulating my prostate. Even then I couldn’t imagine my junk staying hard over a nanosecond.
I have literally seen corpses more attractive than this woman.

I am not buying the demand for sex part Sorry i just do not buy that one at all.
Honestly I think things were going fine and she told someone No and they got pissed that a few other kids were still getting twisted and drunk with Wills and so they decided to get even and turn her in.
I agree these kids who turned her in should face charges after all they were right there rolling with her and the others until she closed the door to the fun house on them
Then they decided to get even and tell on her
So they are in effect Just as guilty as the others.
Had she never told them No they would have kept right on partying and never have told anyone anything.

Just what I was thinking! I don’t believe they will ever get the “boys” to testify against her at a trial, if she has a “good” attorney, they will ask for a jury trial…
Methinks Jennifer Wills was just lonely, decided that the only friends that would be friends and entertainment were desperate runaway teens and that she had to bribe them with weed and booze…..I don’t believe she demanded sex from any one of them! Maybe she “fronted” some weed to several and they decided they wouldn’t pay for it, all ya gotta cry is “molestation” and you will get away with it….. Just saying!!

i totally agree. i’m willing to bet this was over money/drugs and a kid went and told on her because someone got ripped off or like you said, not allowed back to the house.
I also think b/c she is in a wheelchair, she gets meds like Oxy & was also selling/trading those as well. which is probably what the disagreement was over.
that would explain why they would have sex (eww) with her. Oxy is semi hard for teens to get, well I shouldn’t say that, more like it’s difficult for them to pay for it. plus it’s so addictive they were willing to do anything (obviously lol) to get it.
they wouldn’t have sex with HER over weed or alcohol. the kid that told probably left that part out b/c everyone would get into a lot more trouble if the cops knew narcotics were involved, including the kids.
I’ve seen many cases like this. I wonder if they were really having sex with her or if the kid just said that to stick it to her good. but hey, anything is possible.
that would also explain about the girls– if the kids made up the sex part.
definitely the kids should be charged like you said. they knew exactly what was going down.

It’s funny how everyone’s perception changes as soon as it’s a woman instead of a man. All you guys who think she was being blackmailed, or that the kids are at fault, would you be posting the same thing in another story where it was a man instead of a woman? Maybe you would, I can’t say, but I’m positive I never saw a page full of understanding comments like this at those other stories where it was a man. The police have stated that they had been investigating this woman for 5 months and that her prescription drugs were not a part of the charges. They also state that she housed runaways. Where in the hell are you people getting blackmail from?
This wouldn’t be the first time we have seen opinions vary depending on gender. Look at the comments we get when good-looking female teachers fuck 10-year-olds.

In the exact situation, yes, I would still feel the same.
I don’t believe the kids should take all the blame, but they should be held responsible for their actions. Period. I don’t feel they have been victimized…they are plenty old enough and able-bodied enough to have removed themselves from the situation. I find it laughable that a 17-year-old kid feared this woman so badly that he/she would give in to Wills’ sexual demands.

Fear may not have come in the form of anything physical, but rather having no place to live. I am sure runaways have done much worse to make it out on the streets, fucking this tub of shit probably was walk in the park. But it still doesn’t mean she should be excused for taking advantage of the situation. Had a grown man been forcing runaway female teens to suck his dick or be put out in the street, I don’t think many women here would be stating the female should be held just as responsible as the man.

True, true. Wills had been know to house runaways, but, we don’t know for sure that any of the five known victims were runaway kids. When I was watching this on my local news station, one of the neighbors’ children had stated that she had been in Wills’ apartment on a couple of occasions, had consumed her fill of pot and booze, but left when Wills started giving her the creeps. The girl had friends who would visit the apartment regularly. I’ll have to see if I can find that particular clip.
I’m certainly not implying that she should be excused for her actions, what she did was wrong. But, if these are neighborhood kids and they are aware that sex is expected in return for drugs and alcohol, and they continue to pop in, I have a hard time seeing them as victims.
