New Port Richey, FL–Carlos Fernandez, 15, and Luis Reyes, Jr., 14, are a couple of real bad-ass little boys. Not only are they thieving little fuckers, robbing homes and businesses in their neighborhood, they are also rapists. These little assholes beat, raped, and robbed an 89-year-old woman.
Authorities believe Fernandez, Reyes, and their 16-year-old partner in crime, Sean Michael Maus, broke into the woman’s home on April 2nd. Maus had done some odd jobs for the woman in the past, and may have considered her an easy victim. The terrible trio ripped off $84, a flashlight, some snack food, and the woman’s car. The car was later recovered.
Fernandez and Reyes weren’t done with the woman yet. They returned to her home early Wednesday morning, this time wearing masks. They beat the woman as she laid in her bed, raped her, and tried to smother her with a pillow. When she tried to fight back by kicking one of the assailants in the nuts, they beat her even harder. They ransacked her house and took off. The victim was later treated for her injuries at a local hospital and released.
Maus gave up the names of his partners after being interrogated for three hours. Detectives are still trying to determine if Maus was involved in the assaultZoids assault reviews
and rape of the woman. He was arrested Wednesday and charged with grand theft auto and burglary.
Carlos Fernandez and Luis Reyes, Jr., confessed to the crimes and both are facing charges of attempted first degree murder, sexual battery, grand theft auto and burglary. They are both being charged as adults. The two have also been charged in connection to recent burglaries at Georgia’s Smoke Shop and Jasmine Discount Beverage in Port Richey. Nice kids…your mommas must be so proud!

They absolutely disgust me and sicken me to my stomach to know that there really are kids being raised with no hearts or compassion for elderly people or anyone for that fact, saddens me to no end, this poor victim was probably scared, who would not be and by herself at that….

What is going on with the world today? When teens, that look like they haven’t mastered the art of wiping their own ass, are arrested with burglary and RAPE, you know our society is in deep shit.
This is by far disgusting, and sad. This poor woman is victimized twice by these assholes. I hope you are held as adults in our court system. Pices of waste…I don’t care if they are the ages of my sons. They deserve the harshest punishment for this crime.

They apparently are being tried as adults, or their pics and info wouldn’t have been released, according to most states juvenile procedures.
Luckily, I believe that Rape is one of the “seven-deadly” sins that can get a juvie tried as an adult. They will still be held in Juvie facilities until they are considered adults.

Another arrest has been made. Reyes’ older brother, 20-year-old Johnathan Rodriguez, is facing charges of home invasion, attempted murder, and sexual battery.
