Fuck the mother how/why did our professionally trained DYFS Dept. worker deem the household safe and close the books? Was DYSF getting Vincent penis too, to report all was well. So the mother is dysfunctional are Child services personnel trained at all to do their job! If not lets chop some heads at the top!

He told investigators he punched and kicked Jamar in areas where bruises would be less visible, such as the chest and stomach. He admitted to keeping the child away from anyone who could help him, making up lies an excuses so Jamar couldn’t see his grandparents. He admitted to sending the child’s mother out of the home with the sole purpose of being alone with Jamar so he could hit him.

I would love to see someone attempt to defend this useless excuse for a man. Just let them try!

That poor beautiful little boy... another statistic for my heart and soul to mourn for. Jamar didn't speak up because he already knew no one was listening, and as far as his innocent young mind could comprehend, he likely thought no one in the whole damn world even cared about him. Jamar was convinced that there was no one he could trust to take the chance that whoever he might confide in next would or could even make a difference. After all those years of beatings, the child was too terrified to risk it.

This is what really pisses me off about NJ! There currently is NO Death Penalty. Our Governor bumped his balding head when he almost died in a car crash a couple of years ago. The crash was caused by his NJ State Trooper/driver who was texting his wife's boyfriend as he drove the Gov down the state highway at the rate of 90+ miles an hour. Since that near fatal accident, the Gov has lost his mind.

Although I do not have many people that I know in LE. I do know two Corrections officers in Camden County Jail, and I do know a prisoner or three (lol) and beatings happen more than you think. Lawsuits etc can come about IF the jail house “victim” talks. Most prisoners will take the ass beating again and again rather then to be a “snitch” They have an AWFUL lot of grown men who fall down and hit both of their eyes or break their noses mysteriously in Camden County Jail. Did you not read the Tayun Chism story? He KILLED a child with a belt beating. Remember - belts have buckles - and that can do some serious damage.

I believe that, since this "mother" chose to keep this POS around, she intentionally looked the other way and ignored her childs' agony. Whether she kept him for his penis or for financial reasons or - cause she was "so in love" - there is no doubt in my mind that she knew/suspected the abuse continued. Likely, she laid a heap of guilt on Jamarr for the last time. Blame the victim. He's a boy who wants to please his mother - that's what young boys do. They don't want their mom's to be unhappy - even if it means they themselves are miserable.
