that this crazy tweaker has already contributed to the population gives me a headache.
Nicole was sitting on her front lawn, a 2-year-old child in her lap, screaming at the top of her lungs, “Somebody help me! They’re dead…they’re all dead! My baby isn’t breathing. Please, help me.’ Those pleas for help could be heard throughout the neighborhood Monday afternoon. Normally, that would tend to freak the neighbors out–but on this occasion, it was painfully obvious that Nicole was in the middle of a crazy, meth induced, tweak-mare. The child she thought was dead, was sitting in her lap, confused and scared, screaming along with his mommy.
When authorities arrived, they tried to convince the woman that her child was alive. ‘See? He’s screaming. Dead babies don’t scream.’ Nicole informed the officers there were more dead bodies in the house; her teen son and his friend were dead too, locked in a room at the back of the house.
Officers entered the home to seek out the dead kids. The bedroom door was locked, and upon entering, officers noticed the distinct smell of mary jane. In the bedroom was Nicole’s 14-year-old son, Jonathan Radil, and his 14-year-old friend. Little Johnny wasn’t dead, he was stoned off his ass. Little Johnny’s friend wasn’t dead either…he was passed out drunk. I’m sure the officers were relieved to find the kids alive, less paperwork to do back at the shop.
When Nicole was interviewed, she continued to insist the children were dead and she was sure she was being framed. She told the cops that she had meth earlier in the day but felt she ‘was of sound mind to take care of her children.’ That sound mind couldn’t come up with an explanation as to why she believed her kids were dead and how she believed they ended up that way. Little Johnny stated that his mom was ‘tweaking’, and that was normal behavior for her. Family fun night must be a blast at the Tobia residence.
Authorities obtained permission from Nicole to search the house. In the condition that woman was in, she probably would have agreed to a lobotomy…they should have asked. Not suprisingly, drugs were found in the home. They found a glass pipe with meth residue, several clear baggies with meth residue, a clear baggie with approximately one gram of meth and one clear bag with marijuana in Nicole’s purse.
Little Johnny’s room proved to be treasure trove as well. Several grams of loose marijuana on the nightstand, a glass pipe, clear baggies, and a small scale all containing marijuana residue, a cut plastic tube with cocaineCocaine Angel reviews
residue, a bottle of vodka and two glasses containing vodka and orange juice. Nicole admitted that she allowed her son and his friends to get high and drunk at her house. WowWow reviews! What a cool mom!
The conditions of the home were less than satisfactory. The 2-year-old’s crib was broken and falling apart, there was rotting food on the counter, very little ‘edible’ food in the house, and the milk in the frig had gone bad a week ago. If tweakers have all this damn energy, why the hell don’t they put it to good use and clean their house? Oh yeah, priorities.
Nicole Tobia, 33, was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, contributing to the deliquency of a minor, and child abuse. The 2-year-old and Nicole’s other children were placed with their grandmother.
Jonathan Radil and his friend were jailed on charges of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of alcohol by a minor. Jonathan faces one extra charge, possession of cocaine. Jonathan was released to the custody of his grandmother and placed on home detention. His friend was released to the custody of his parents.
Great example you’re setting for the young ‘ens, Nicole. If I were you, I wouldn’t be watching the mailbox, waiting on your MotherMother reviews of the Year nomination.

Thank goodness the kids weren’t actually dead and she was just having a paranoid meth moment……hopefully the kids will be taken away from her permanently and the 14 yr old can POSSIBLY get a different outlook on life and the way it’s supposed to be!

I just have to say that is so wrong, but at the same time there are more kids out there in environments like these. And then we wonder why drugs got a grip on them so tight. Its because they’re raised with drugs like its food, a daily necessity. I hope Johnny gets it together enough to straighten out his life. There’s still hope @ 14.

I will probably get a lot of crap for this, but I did meth for about 1 year (I have been clean for about 6 years now, I just decided one day it wasn’t what I wanted or needed). When I was on it though my kids were young (if I ever have any regrets in life, doing this horrid drug would be it, although I never got into trouble, etc., just all the guilt of knowing what an idiot I had been and so much guilt for raising my children that one year like this). But, when I was in that lifestyle my main priorities were still 1. Make sure my kids eat healthy, 2. make sure my bills are paid on time, 3. my house was never dirty! We had good food in the fridge, my children were always clean and well cared for physically and emotionally, my oldest who was in kindergarten at the time was always at school on time with clean clothes and a full stomach…if she had anything going on at school for fun she always attended. I know that meth is meth no matter who is taking it but sometimes when I read stories like this I am just appalled how some of these people live. Dirty homes, kids haven’t bathed or eaten in days, schools calling because they don’t send them (like it’s too much of a bother for them to properly care for their kids)! Who knows, if I didn’t pull out when I did who knows where I would be, I’m just glad that I did and I have talks with my children now about the dangers of drugs, alcohol, and sex. My oldest is in softball wanting to go to college on a scholarship to be a veterinarian..which makes me proud.
The really funny thing looking back on it all is we had a neighbor who lived down the street (that had a child my daughters age at the time) who was hooked on meth but they were one of the ones that never cleaned their house, etc. and I would NOT let my children go over there, even though I was using too, I just felt at the time that they were bad people, go figure…………….

Rule #1 – Never allow something into your body (or life) that is stronger than you are and could possibly take control over your life. Drinking, drugs and maybe even sexual desires tend to weaken our resistance to responsible life choices.
Rule #2 – Love your kids more than yourself and put their best interests above your own.
Rule #3 – Tell your kids and loved ones “I love you” every single day so you don’t forget rules 1 & 2.

You know it just amazes me to see people have beautiful kids that are a very precious gift from God and that this is how they care for the kids. You know there is a bunch of people out there that cant have kids and would love the opportunity to adopt kids. People like this, I just cant understand why they even have kids to begin with. She couldnt take care of the first one she had, and she goes and have another one. OMG, I’m glad I dont live by people like that cause I would have the cops out here all the time. These poeple just make me sick to my stomach….

i have seen so many people bash the regulars comments on this site. usually people defending worthless fucks. usually the mothers of the offenders. i just had to vent about it. honeslty i dont think there is a single post i havent read on this site.

The 2 year old can likely forget this if given a good life from now on and worked with and given therapy can go on to live a normal life.
The harder case will be the 14 year old
He has already learned to numb up with drugs and drink himself into sleeping passed out stupor and not deal with crap and well following Moms example he learned to block it all out with drugs.
Who knows how long he has been doing that and sadly once you start doing that the brain starts to want to do that all the time I pray he gets in some intensive therapy and rehab and learns proper skills for dealing with stuff as well as gets to talk through the bullcrap he went through with that poor example of a mother he had.

thank you for all the welcomes. i have checked out the forums. havent gotten used to those yet. but im sure i will be hooked soon. it only took me a week to read every story in the site. this is my sanity. im 20 and have a 1 year old a 2 year old and a 24 year old baby. they drive me crazy. the 2 year old has aspergers and doesnt listen to a word i say. so to keep myself from ending up on here as a suspect, i will lash out at these fucktards who couldnt or wouldnt find a better outlet for their anger. i may be small but i have quite the little temper. so sorry if i just let it all out once in awhile. i love you guys. you always make my day

and her son and i are friends and hes also a nice guy

A family that abuses coke and meth, probably not that GOOD of a family. Of course the 7 year old loves her mother, most children do, even when their parents do horrible things. Poor thing, I Hope your parents see what you are doing and get you help before you end up a hard core addict. It is so much easier as a young person to get off drugsand change your life. Not to mention if you do it now you have a LOT of life ahead of you. If you do it later you will have wasted a huge part of your life.
By the way i can assure you that while these kids do love their Mom well they also have some deep dislike for the things that she is doing and the things she is Not doing like being a mom and being there for them.
I can assure you things happen for a reason and this was to get those kids out of there and get all of you yong people who were hanging there a chance at getting help

I can only Hope that this is true However anyone who is in fact a Christian knows that God sends help when needed when folks are in a bad situation and it is up to that Person to take that hand and climb up and out of the mess they are in. Believe me son you are preaching to the choir on this one.
I do not doubt that when she is NOT tweaked out she is a very nice person. However when the addiction comes to the point that your kids are raising themselves and there is no food in the home for them to eat or it is unclean and kids are living like that watching Mommy walk around the home all tweaked out their gourd Than it is time for God or whomever you believe in to step in and put a en to this mess for those kids sake.
No one is saying that she is NOT a good person when Clean and sober but I am bettering those clean and sober days are few and far between If in fact you are a real friend and a true NON drug using Christian as you say then the thing you need to do is help support your friends now that they have had their lives turned upside down by their Mom and her addiction.
Would you have rather this never happened and those kids continued to live like that??
The oldest son has followed his Mom down that slippery path of addiction Just to block out the fact she is doing this crap and he no doubt is sick of being and playing the responsible one in the home for his siblings.
Please Know that i myself have lived through addiction as a single Mom and also have seen MANY cases of it and sadly i have seen when the hand up is not taken and the child dies because Mom wanted the kid to stay sleep and overdosed that child.
So please i am Guessing you are a kid and i know you want to help friends but they need a hands on type help that they are only going to get with Mom going off for a long time to get herself together.

K16; If you, really, are an unimpressionable teen (you’ll be the first) and a Good Christian, then you should invite this friend to talk to your youth pastor, help him turn his life around! But, by no means go back to that house unless and until you know or your parents know for absolute sure that Nicole has completed rehab, at least 6 months in house rehab, then it may be a bit safer for you to visit there. Being a Christian does not necessarily mean that you are called to go into dangerous territory! And keep listening and heeding what your parents tell you! Si???

Wow the sad thing is, i’m 14 and i was one of Jon’s friends, and i’ve been to his house. Also he was in some of my 7th grade classes.
i feel sorry for him, he was a good kid.
