on the front page of the Dreamin’ Demon. Who’da thunk? Kimberly Boone, 42, is being accused of shooting her husband. But, during interrogation, Boone claimed to have amnesia and couldn’t recall a damn thing. Tell ya what Kimberly, I’m feeling generous, so how about I help you out with that ‘memberin’ thing, ok?
Seminole County Sheriff’s detectives received a call SundaySunday reviews morning reporting a man had been shot by an intruder. Upon arrival at the home, officers found 41-year-old Robert Boone with a gun shot wound to the center of his chest. He told detectives he’d been shot, but he didn’t know who did it.
Detectives were suspicious from the onset. They saw no signs of a legitimate burglary; no signs of forced entry. After searching the house, they found the couple’s gun, a .357 revolver, the same type of gun used to shoot Robert, outside in the yard. Ballistics and fingerprints on the weapon proved that Robert was shot by his wife, Kimberly Boone.
Detectives replayed the 911 call Kimberly made that morning. Robert could be heard in the background asking, ‘Did you shoot me?’ Kimberly replied, ‘Of course I didn’t shoot you.’ Detectives knew better. During interrogation, Kimberly first denied the accusations. Then she claimed she had amnesia and couldn’t remember anything. She finally fessed to shooting at her husband three times. Imagine her surprise when her husband didn’t die after taking one to the chest. This is how authorities think it all played out….
At about 5:00 a.m. Sunday morning, Kimberly woke her husband and told him she heard a strange noise coming from the garage. Being a good husband, Robert dragged himself out of bed and went to check. He came back and reported to Kimberly that he didn’t see or hear anything. He crawled back under the covers. About 20 minutes later, Kimberly hears the phantom noise again. This time, she tells her husband that she’ll check it out.
She’sShe reviews standing in the dark garage when she yells out for her husband. Robert, in a panic, jumps out of bed and rushes to the garage. As he’s looking for his wife in the dark, she shoots him. Three times. She discarded the gun in the grass outside of the garage.
She ran back in the house to call 911 to report a potential burglary. At first, Robert thought his wife had shot him accidentally, thinking he was a burglar. No Robert, she knew it was you…she wants you dead. Luckily, the one shot she managed to land hit him in the chest and exited straight out of his back without touching any organs. He is now recovering.
This may not be the first time Kimberly has tried to take her husband’s life. About three months ago, Kimberly went to run errands while her husband was asleep in bed, and wouldn’t ya know it? A fire erupted in the home. In that incident, a neighbor saved Robert’s life. Authorities will now be taking another look at that fire to determine whether it was accidental or premeditated. I’m going with the latter….
Kimberly Boone didn’t only try to shoot her husband dead in the garage, she did so while the couple’s two children were asleep in the home. The children are safe and are now staying with grandparents while their father recovers. Kimberly has been charged with one count of attempted first degree murder and is being held at the Seminole County Jail.

Yea, she does look pretty rough in that pic nothing like her pics in my space. Doesn’t make any sense why she did it. Unless she has a lover on the side but damn with those looks I don’t see how. What’ is sad is her husband asked her did you just shoot me. Plus she has two beautiful sons, such a waste. Oh, I’m with you Jaded she premeditated that fire too.

I wondered the same thingt. Was he crazy too?.. Is there more to the story? Was he abusing her? I guess I cant really hold judgement until I know the facts. But if she’s just a POS that wanted her husband dead- then she’s pretty f’d up.

OK, you two, does the husband have to have done anything directly to earn such a cowardly reward.
Maybe he is a good husband and she is just a shitty wife. Maybe she had grown tired of the situation and wanted out, but she couldn’t afford to do it through divorce, so, shoot hubby “accidentally” and collect insurance. Lookin’ at that mug, though, I bet it’s ’cause he said NO to her one too many times. 
Sorry, twice divorced and I get defensive when the husband takes heat. I agree, though, that we need more background to determine his role.

Okay here’s my hypothesis (not factually based in the least)…she found meth since the pictures were taken in 2006. She doesn’t want a divorce because she’s a meth-head and she knows her husband would get custody of the kids and she’d probably be ordered to pay child support. Since she has a sizable life insurance policy on her husband and meth is expensive she decides to off him.
Luckily for him she is bad at being a murderer.

I’m in with you guys, Dneilz and thehesbomb, She looks like a meth-head and we all know meth-heads do crazy a$$ sheeut….. The only thing I can guess the husband may have done was giving her an “ultimatum” “Ya see honey, it’s like this, it’s me or the meth, now which will it be?” And she was forced (in her mind) to make a decision, we see the results of that, huh?
She’s a “cono” twatbubble for sure……

Always makes me wonder what’s been going on when an album is full of pics from happy times — and they just STOP. Nothing after 2007. That is 2 years! This (was) a lovely family – what happened in the last 2 years that there are no “Kodak Moments” to share?
She was a very attractive woman – but no so much in that mugshot.
Hope the cops get to the bottom of this as far as motive.

I will go out on a limb and say it’s not abuse. Most abused women admit to killing their husbands, not coming up with a lie on top of a lie. Judging from the photos though.. I’ll guess a drug of some kind is involved. Either that or she’s been under a LOT of stress.

Okay…this is just for the record because all of you people do not know what you are talking about….I have known this couple since I was seven years old. They have always been happy, Kim does not do drugs, and they are both loving parents. My brother is like a Godson to them and they have always taken care of him and he has visited them in FL alot. They have been with my family through thick and thin. I have no idea what possessed Kim to shoot him, and my family is writing a letter to her to ask why. As for Rob, he is moving back to Md where he is from to start his life over, and my brother will be going to FL to help him get ready to move. That is the worse i have ever seen her look, and im praying for their family.

Have you or your brother been living with these two, 24/7? How do you know Kimberly Boone is not on drugs? Because she told you (or your brother) that she’s not on drugs? Any person with any common sense and good eyesight, can see, plain as sunshine, that her appearance has changed dramatically, in less than two years! There’s only one thing, that I have ever known of, that does that in drastic measure and that is DRUGS, crack, crank or heroin, pick one. Why, else, would she go from a happily married person to someone that shoots their spouse? Insanity, maybe? Is Insanity something she could’ve inherited?

Actually I know this couple. You would never of dreamed something like this could happen. I never saw them raise their voices at one another.
As far as what happened I have no idea…but they are not druggers or running meth labs.

A Winter Springs woman who was accused of shooting her husband last month and blaming it on an intruder now faces a charge that she also tried to kill him more than three months earlier.

Evidence found on her computer during that investigation prompted the State Fire Marshal’s office to reopen an investigation of a Dec. 18 fire at the family home. It originally was ruled as accidental, probably electrical in nature.
On Tuesday she was accused of attempted murder and first-degree arson of a dwelling with people present by Investigator Bill Newman of the Fire Marshal’s Office.
While looking at the woman’s computer after the shooting, Seminole County Sheriff’s investigators found evidence that they shared with Newman, according to an arrest affidavit.
For instance, about a week before the fire, searches on her computer included: “how to cause house explosion,” “what causes house fires,” “how to start a house electrical fire,” “can too much xanax stop your heart” and “ingesting too much xanax.”
Searches the day after the fire included: “how do fire marshals determine cause of fire,” “how can cause of fire be determined” and “science of determining cause of house fire.”
Prior to the shooting, her searches included: “how to make someone violently ill,” “how to hospitalize someone,” “unconventional loans,” “how to locate a loan shark,” “common causes of death” and “poison someone naturally.”
Newman said he also learned that Kimberly Boone was telling co-workers the fire was started by a candle.

Well, well, well. It seems that Ms. Boone is an all-around scag. As the story says, she shot her hubby and set fire to their home (with him in it) because it seems he had a nice fat life insurance policy. And the scag needed that money because… wait for it… the $900,000 that she embezzled from previous employers ran out! ($765,000 from one company alone).
When hubby told her that he was going to leave her if she really did steal that money, I guess she decided that he was expendable. On the other hand, how the fuck can a woman spend nearly a MILLION dollars without her husband realizing that something doesn’t make sense? Unless he is a financial retard, he must have realized that she spent a little more than she made.
Oh, and that meth face? It may not be meth after all. It may actually be what Botox looks like if you don’t maintain it, lol. Yep, princess here wasted a fortune on plastic surgery. I wonder what she looked like BEFORE? Damn!
