Bensalem, Pennsylvania–Denizens and Demonites, allow me to introduce you to Dr. John J. Lackner and Arun Kurikote-Antony. Both of these dumb pervs have been grooming what they thought was a 14-year-old girl for quite some time now. I’m assuming neither one of the tards have ever heard of Chris Hansen and have never watched an episode of ‘To Catch A Predator.’ If they had, they might not be in this predicament.
We’ll start off with 24-year-old Arun Kurikote-Antony. Antony, an Indian native living in University City, started chatting up the ‘girl’ in AugustAugust reviews
of 2008. What started out as friendly chats soon turned sexual in nature; he was even kind enough to jack off in front of a web cam for the girl. Finally, in February 2009, he started talking about hookin’ up. President’s Day, being the romantic holiday it is, was the day his life changed.
On February 16, Antony stuffed his pockets full of condoms and hopped in a cab. Imagine the look on his face when he was met by undercover officers instead of a 14-year-old. Oh wait! We don’t have to imagine the look…we’ve seen it a million times on TV. Arun Kurikote-Antony is being held on 10 percent of $100,000 bail after arraignment, with the condition that he must surrender his passport upon being released on bail. He is charged with criminal attempt statutory sexual assault, criminal attempt involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, criminal attempt aggravated indecent assault and other related offenses. One down…
Next, we have Dr. John J. Lackner, 44, a dentist from Cherry Hill, New Jersey. He met his ‘victim’ in a chat room in September 2008. Her profile clearly stated she was born on December 9, 1993, and contained photos of a female township officer (presumably taken when she was 14).
Lackner, using the internet handle amorous_stallion@yahoo.com, got all the niceties out of the way in the first chat. He was repeatedly reminded that the girl was 14. The next chat, in OctoberOctober reviews
, got a little naughtier. Lackner asked the girl if she had ever given oral sex. And then he mentioned something about statutory rape and the fact that it would be illegal for him to engage in any sexual activity with anyone under the age of 16.
In January, he started pressuring the girl to call him. A female officer was up to the task and when she called, Lackner told her how sexy she was. He offered to buy her a cell phone and a camera. In February, he told her of his desires to ‘perform oral sex on and have intercourse with her.’ In late February, he said that he could trust her to keep a secret and sent her $150 to buy a phone and airtime.
The chats were getting more and more heated and on MarchMarch reviews 12, he jacked off for her, via web-cam. He wanted to meet and ‘get her naked.’ A date was set up for March 19. When he showed up at the prearranged address, he was promptly arrested. Instead of condoms, this perv brought handcuffs. Nice.
Dr. John J. Lackner was held on 10 percent of $1 million bail after the Internet sting. He faces charges of criminal attempt statutory sexual assault, criminal attempt involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, criminal attempt aggravated indecent assault and other related offenses.
I’d love to hear your thoughts on stings such as this one, Demonites. Do you view it as entrapment? Or preventive maintenance?

I would have to vote for preventive maintenance. The reason I say this is because even it it is an internet sting, the person “adult” should know better than to talk to children for one, for another thing, the Dr. could have been this poor child’s father and he never seemed to care about that. I feel it would only be entrapment IF the sting was the one that started the sexual conversations and continued to lure him…however, even as I type that, the adult still should know better as this “child” repeated over and over she was only 14……PERVS! They need to be off the street….the fact that this guy is a dentist really scares me…..how many patients did he sexually assult when putting someone under for a procedure…..how very scary!

I would say preventative maintenance since I assume the men contacted the “girls”. I don’t feel this is wrong or entrapment since these creeps should know that this type of correspondence with what they thought for sure were young teens. Not 14 year olds looking or acting like 18 + over, but as far as they knew actual 14 year olds! I love the reactions on those shows once the boom has been lowered and watching these scum squirm or go into total denial like a politician. HA-HA!!!

I think it’s a bit of entrapment, but I’m not exactly up in arms over it. I just can’t believe how dumb these guys are. The internet is full of pervy old guys hitting on 14yr olds. But it’s not full of 14yr olds that give them the time of day. There are a few out there who could get sucked in, I don’t doubt, but in the main, kids brush these guys aside, recognize them as creepy pervs, and laugh about them. This stuff is not a danger worth the investment, really. If a 14 yr old agrees to meet you for sex, these guys should know there’s a hook. Kids are meeting people in their own age group for sex, jeez, lol. Which is why I’m not concerned about the set-up aspect. I mean, if you’re going to be that stupid, you should be charged with something, creepy closet perv guy.
I’m much more concerned about men who convincingly portray themselves as someone in the same group, solicit personal information this way, and approach the kid unawares or agree to meet when the kid thinks they’re someone else. Those guys are potentially dangerous, and not easy to entrap this way. These guys here I just think are jokers. And why is it so disproportionately the foreign guys who are so naive to think this stuff is for real with underage kids?

I just don’t understand how stupid these people can be. Don’t they every watch Chris Hansen on To Catch A Predator. I’m sure they do what do they think it could never happen to them yea right, fooled them! He will catch up to you sooner than later. Both were just nasty and especially the dentist and I must add he is ugly as shit.

I can’t say that it is entrapment.. They clearly see the age so they shouldn’t be talking to them.. I think they (perv’s) are the ones who communicate first..
.. then I signed in her myspace instant messaging and I go to her history and I have seen where guys ask her for nude pics and she says fuck off and blocks them.. LOL I will never question her about it because she will want to know how I have her password again..
My youngest one (16) doesn’t realize that when she changes her password to myspace I do a forgot password and it will send the email to her hotmail. I get on there, get her password to myspace and then I delete that email
One day I deleted about 10 guys that she had as friends because they were giving gang signs or they had no shirts on. Well, I thought she would never know until 3 of them who were in her class ask her about it. So. I learned then to never take off more than a couple a day
My point being is that some of these pervs are out there looking for young girls, and if they get set up by talking first then no I don’t think that is entrapment. I think that is getting some of the pervs off the streets.

I believe this to be no different than UC cops posing as drug dealers. “he came to us” seems to be a plausible defense for the PO. Sure, they cruise chat rooms, but so do the UC’s when they know a steet is “Hot”.
No question in my mind that these stings should continue, especially considering the pervs seem to keep coming (no pun intended)!

I was just talking to my co-worker about how I was a young stupid 14 year old girl on the internet trying to hook up with guys and met a couple of real weirdos. I am so thankful I never got hurt for my stupidity. The internet is so scary out there and all these young girls who want to be older are playing with fire. And all those creepy older guys are just waiting to pick them up and take advantage. I am so glad that have so many people out there trying to bust these pervs and hopefully make it more difficult for these guys to get away with this shit or arrest them.

Adult cop women make proposals to adult males here, I call that entrapment, and don’t we know awholllllllle lot of men would gladly pay a small fee for a favor.
But the dept does ~ what it wants more $$$ for the budget and less hookers hanging around that establishment in the future.

Sorry but I still don’t think it is entrapment. They “think” they are talking to 13-14 year olds and the intent is there. I think it is good that these pervs are getting caught. I remember about 10 years ago before everyone got the internet, a friend of mine niece who was 15 was talking to a 30+ year old man from Tenn. He came to Ky to pick her up and she left with him. Thank God nothing happened to her but he was arrested and she was brought home. She thought he was 18.
I don’t understand why you don’t want this guys stopped? I always find myself agreeing with you except for this time.

I don’t personally see it as entrapment, as long as the LE operative does keep telling them she is 14 years old. They have a choice to back out of that conversation or at least not pursue the sexual side of it, when they are told the correspondent is underage.

Ok, maybe I assumed the part of not wanting them stopped. These pervs are jacking off to who they think is a 13-14 year old child and then they want to met them. The pervs are the one who talk sex to the undercover cops and the pervs want to meet up.
The intent is there. No different than a person who wants to kill their ex and they don’t know they are talking to an undercover cop who they think is a hitman?

Sure, I want them stopped, I’d like there to be no predatory people in an ideal world. And really, I have nothing particular against interet stings other than to think it’s likely a bit of a waste of time and resources as far as stopping real crime goes.
But philosophically speaking – intent to harm… who? No real living person. At least in the hitman set-up there’s a very real ex whose life is threatened. We’re saying we think they *would* hurt a kid if given the opportunity, but there’s no kid, therefore no opportunity, and no victim. We’re prosecuting based on what they think they’re doing, or what they might do, not things that they have actually *done.* There’s a lot of things people would do if given the opportunity and thinking they wouldn’t be caught. It’s not as if we fish for ex-spouse hitman hirers by cops credibly portraying themselves as active hit men that work for cheap, and cruising for bites at groups for the recently divorced, then talking it up to lead someone deeper if someone expresses interest. I’d think that was pretty entrapping too. And again, even in that scenario there’d still be an identifiable victim.
The sorts of things they’re able to prosecute in some cases, like transmitting child porn, I can be philosphically on board with. But prosecuting someone for the attempted rape of a person that never ever existed is just shady. But watch me turn a blind eye… the morons, lol.

Sorry… I, for one don’t think that is a waste of time or resources. If they are not stopped then it could lead into a child being physically hurt, not to mention emtionally distrubed.
When a 13-14 year old child thinks they are talking to another child and agrees to meet them or leave with them after they have talked to them for months, they start giving out their phone numbers, address and other personal information they shouldn’t be doing. Children have ended up dead because they have trusted that person is being honest with them and loves them.
They believe they have found that someone special only to find out it was a older perverted sick freak who preys on our children and sometimes it has been to late to realize what they have done.
I thank God for people like Chris Hansen and the cops who have the time and desire to stop the perverts.

I’d be interested in cases where a legitimate child was actually protected from real harm by these types of trolling stings. I’m not saying there isn’t one out there. I’m just saying the cost-benefit ratio doesn’t equal that of other law enforcement efforts.

I know John and always knew he was a sexual deviant but I am stunned that he would go after a child. We were friends but when I refused to cheat on my husband and start a sexual relationship with him he blew me off. Thank goodness for the Bensalem police. He deserves whatever he gets.

I think that these pervs need to be stopped by any means neccesary. I would be game for cutting it off. I mean if it protects a child against these beasts… they obviously aren’t thinking about the safety of our children.
