Traci Desaussure

Traci Desaussure

OrlandoOrlando reviewsOrlando reviews, FL–Warning: Do not piss off Traci Desaussure…she will chase you down and cut you. Just ask her boyfriend, Leoninas Williams. Well, you can ask him after he’s released from the hospital. She slammed into him with her mini-van, beat him up, and attempted to ‘carve his heart out’ with a butcher knife.

Why all the anger? Traci recently learned that Leoninas had been molesting her teen-aged daughter.

According to police affidavits, Traci told officers that she and Leoninas drove to a home where her 16-year-old daughter was waiting. Traci confronted her boyfriend, questioning him as to whether or not he was molesting her child. The conversation was much too uncomfortable for Leoninas, so he took off on foot.

This displeased Traci. She chased after Leoninas with a knife. When she couldn’t catch him, she hopped in her mini-van and continued the chase. She called 911; ‘I got an emergency,’ she tells a confused dispatcher. ‘I need an officer now. There’s gonna be a murder. He’s been molesting a child. There’s gonna be a murder.’ She drove off after Leoninas, crashing through a fence and driving through a field until she caught up with him on the shoulder of I-4. And by caught up, I mean, she ran into him with her mini-van. Leoninas was able to pick himself up off the ground and take off running again, with Traci right on his heels.

She followed Leoninas across I-4, catching up with him at a median on the other side. WitnessesWitnesses reviewsWitnesses reviews tell authorities that she was trying to stab Leoninas with what looked to be a large butcher knife, screaming, ‘I want you to die.’ Leoninas was struggling with Traci, trying to keep her from stabbing him. She didn’t succeed in stabbing him…police were on the scene and arrested her. The highway was completely shut down for about half an hour so a helicopter could land to transport Leoninas to the hospital.

Initially jailed and charged with attempted first-degree murder, Traci was released from jail on FridayFriday reviewsFriday reviews. Traci Desaussure, 33, walked out of the Volusia County Jail after a judge released her on her own recognizance. Judge Hubert Grimes made that decision after the state informed him that Traci wasn’t a danger to society in general, just to Leoninas. In court, she told the judge that Leoninas needn’t fear her, ‘I dont have nothing else to say to that man.’ She’sShe reviewsShe reviews not completely off the hook, she will likely be prosecuted on something less than attempted first-degree murder charges.

In the midst of all of this, the teen in question ran away when Traci was arrested. ‘She ran away when this happened,’ Traci told the judge. ‘Because he told her I would do stuff to her when she told me. She is still missing.’ Relatives believe the girl is safe at a friend’s house.

Investigators have not said if Leoninas Williams will be arrested based on Traci’s accusation, but deputies said the accusations will be investigated. Leoninas, 37, is still in the hospital, listed in serious condition, recovering from the injuries sustained from his meeting with the van.

    I thought that sounded a little crazy-psycho- not so normal….but then…

And I thought.. “Oh… well… HELLLL YEEAAA MAMA- YOU GO GIRL!” She was 100% un-doubtedly justified for EVERYTHING she did!

I honestly can see me pulling a Traci, if, God forbid, I was ever in that situation! I would have waited however, until I was finished with the deed before I called 911.

I LOVE THIS WOMAN!!!! YOU GO GURL!!!! Our legal system would only put the POS back on the street. We all know that! I know we all can’t go all crazy and take justice into our own hands because a lot of innocent people get killed because somebody lied. However, in this case, the child told the mother, and I’m sure plenty of evidence was available to substantiate it. I truly believe God would forgive that murder because this woman did exactly what a mother tiger would do to save her cubs… she’d kill the snake!

    “Yeah!”, “Woooo!”, “Awesome!”

    …Unless the kid was lying.

Let’s face it, folks – kids lie about shit like this out of spite or for attention all the time. That’s not to say we should EVER assume a child is lying – only to say that, unless you actually walk in on that shit, you should always go through the proper channels of investigation. After all, if the 16 year old maybe didn’t like mommy’s new man and made up a story, mom can’t take this assault back. Charges, on the other hand, can always be dropped.

I hope this woman serves a good chunk of time. It’s a horrible example to set, and if she walks? Well, you’ll have all sorts of people assaulting other people because someone claimed to have been violated. Not cool.

    ATHENA = BUZZKILL

Just kidding. You are right. There is also the possibility that the 16-year-old wasn’t an unwilling participant…but even if that were the case, it would be a crime worthy of a felony charge in Florida…but not one worth a death sentence.

Apparently, Traci Desaussure and her daughter confronted him together, I’m sure Traci did this in order to get at the truth of the situation, which is a good thing. The daughter being willing to do that, says alot about who is/was telling the truth. Then, Leo-none-us runs like a bitch, sealing his verdict of guilty If you ain’t guilty, you generally don’t try to get away from an accusation, you defend yourself! So in my opinion, she is justified in her assault of him, she obviously didn’t want to “kill” him, just maybe cut his balls off, so Leo-none-us wouldn’t hurt another teenager! Maybe the DA will see fit to just fine her and get her and the daughter counseling. Lock Ol’ LW up (after he’s released from hospital *snicker*) and charge him with sexual assault and let a jury decide what “ELSE” to do with his pedoass. TMO!

Traci the Pedo-Tracer! You got BALLS!

What? The fuck it does… It only means that they daughter was confident mom would believe her over him.

Then, Leo-none-us runs like a bitch, sealing his verdict of guilty If you ain’t guilty, you generally don’t try to get away from an accusation, you defend yourself!

Um… unless the person standing in front of you is threatening, as Traci clearly was. If I’m in that situation, and I’ve got an angry, violent mother accusing me of something, I’m gettin’ the fuck outta there, whether I did it or not.

So in my opinion, she is justified in her assault of him,

Legally, assault is never justified, unless you are directly protecting yourself or another individual, which this woman was not. She should have called the cops. By choosing to instead try to kill them man, she deserves some jail time.

…she obviously didn’t want to “kill” him, just maybe cut his balls off, so Leo-none-us wouldn’t hurt another teenager!

Do you honestly believe that? I don’t know about you, but I don’t tell authorities I’m going to murder someone, then run that person over with my car, unless I’m actually trying to kill them.

There are cases all the time of innocent people getting hurt or killed because of false accusations. Whether these accusations are false OR true, not holding Traci accountable will only encourage reckless lynch mobs.

Why didn’t he call the cops? Afraid? Of what? If I was being wrongly accused and threatened, that’s what I would do (call the popo on the person doing the threatening) if I wasn’t guilty of anything and in real fear.

Traci clearly saw the answer on his face that when she confronted him in front of the daughter…. We’ve read plenty of articles where the molester gets only a slap on the wrist, Traci decided to handle his sentencing, herself! She wanted him to “hurt” the way she and her daughter had been….

Do you honestly believe that? I don’t know about you, but I don’t tell authorities I’m going to murder someone, then run that person over with my car, unless I’m actually trying to kill them.

Yes,Yes! I actually do believe that, if she truly wanted to kill him, she would have and not called the cops in the process. Like I said, her hurt and anger took over, she reacted to the pedo with that…. That’s my opinion!

We’ve read plenty of articles where the molester gets only a slap on the wrist, Traci decided to handle his sentencing, herself!

Not good enough. Now, she’s victimized her child a second time.

When I was a teenager, I had a good friend, Will, who had been beaten within an inch of his life because his ex lied about him raping her. Problem was, he had been with me and another friend the night she said it happened. When we confronted her, she immediately fessed up. We had just come from visiting him in the hospital, his face so badly bruised and distorted by swelling, he was unrecognizable. We were PISSED; we also knew that she wouldn’t spend a night behind bars for what she had done. Would we have been justified in trying to kill her?

It is for that reason that I will never condone taking the law into their own hands short of witnessing the crime themselves. When people get to thinking that’s an okay thing to do, innocent people suffer.

Athena I understand your rational thinking. But put yourself in her shoes. Would you be so calm cool and collected if you were standing in the same room with a man whom your child accuses of the worst crime short of murder? Your baby is standing there telling you what the deal is. Doubting her would be a serious mistake at this point. (she could see that as betrayal and never tell you anything again). Inaction would be a serious mistake. The justice system is overloaded and unreliable.

I’m not all for vigilante justice but all those factors would cause me to have a break in my sanity.

She was protecting her baby from what she saw as immenent (sp) danger. Maybe she used a little excessive force but I can’t fault her for that. Can we get other moms to take notes?

And like someone else said, you don’t run if your innocent. She wasn’t the police, she didn’t have guns ablazin. And from the story told above, she didn’t arm herself until AFTER he broke out on the confrontation. What was he running for?

Athena, I agree with you on this. I DO NOT condone vigilante justice. Though I wish for it often, it is usually a situation that involves “caught in the act” circumstances. I have seen and read and heard too many examples of misinterpreted feelings turning a child, male or female, into a vindictive, hateful, and unstoppable force bent on “getting even” with the innocent “other”.
When legal evidence is presented in court and the ruling is handed down by the judge or jury, then there is justice. Investigation and evidence. Dispensing “justice” is no place for emotions or lawlessness.

For you fools who don’t know Traci is not a jump first person she did her homework, and she has proof but the Deland Police Dept didn’t want to see what she was saying. Now for that same reason the Vol. Sheriff Dept has a case that was zoned for the city cause she is the type of mother I think all moms should be. They know she is telling the truth. Do not believe that the police would refuse to do something about a proven crime. I have seen it many times.I am sure one day you will all be reading about me getting killed by my stalker who had me arrested for stalking him. Yes the charges were dropped but they would not even look at my work records. So he filed false reports, had me falsely imprisoned, was actually stalking me.(& still is) and I can’t do anything about it until he hurts me or it’s considered retaliation.
