Las Vegas, NV–Jennifer and Kyle Frisbie have been described as despicable, horrific, neglectful. Those descriptions don’t even come close to the truth. In fact, I had to drag out the thesaurus and throw out a few more; Disturbing, ghastly, abhorrent, repulsive, revolting, beastly…etc. You get the idea.
Jennifer and Kyle are the parents of a four-month old infant. That infant is now hospitalized with bruises, burns, and multiple rib fractures. She is also suffering from severe malnourishment. A medical report states the ‘child’s skin was folded over and sagging, and her limbs were elongated with little or no muscle mass.’
What’s worse, there was a witness to the abuse. A witness who watched Jennifer and Kyle abuse and neglect their child, day after day, but neglected to make a phone call to report the abuse.
For two weeks, Jennifer and Kyle were staying in a small apartment with Danielle Gill, her husband, and young son. Danielle has been very forthcoming with details to all she has witnessed. ‘It was really hard to see. We let the cops know this happened on a daily basis.’
Danielle said the baby, Alexius, was rarely fed or tended to…on most days, she would only be fed once or twice a day. ‘Every morning they argued who had to feed the baby. And if no one wanted to feed the baby, the baby had to go starving.’
‘Kyle was the one that was real rough – picking her up by her throat, snapping her head around, thrashing her around, throwing her on the bed real hard, shaking her, slapping her stomach and ribs. If the baby had formula on her mouth, then he would like wipe it until there was blood in her mouth.’ Kyle had a tendency to grab the baby around the neck and had been seen slamming the tiny infant into furniture. Alexius was shaken numerous times. She was completely covered in a blanket while her parents slept…they couldn’t be bothered with a crying child.
Alexius suffered burns on her nose and ear. According to Danielle, Jennifer told her those burns were the result of Kyle purposely holding the child over a vaporizer.
Why didn’t Danielle voice her concern to authorities at the first signs of abuse? She said she got some bad advice from a friend. ‘When I had called to get some help from somebody, I was told that if I were to call the cops, I would be blamed for most of it because I was the one watching her.’

18. That morning, Danielle saw Kyle grab Alexius’ head and snap it back until it touched her back. He then slammed the baby down on the couch. Jennifer and Kyle then left Alexius with Danielle while they went to give plasma…that was their main source of income.
Danielle said that she tried to feed the baby, but the girl began vomiting stomach acid and small amounts of blood. This continued for about 5 hours before Danielle called a friend, who in turn, called 911. Alexius was taken to Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center for treatment and was placed in protective custody.
When questioned, Jennifer Frisbie, 28, told authorities that she had never witnessed Kyle abusing the baby and that she fed the child regularly. Uh-huh…enabling bitch.
Kyle Frisbie, 28, admitted to officers that he would shake the baby out of frustration. He accused his 4-month-old daughter of intentionally kicking him while he changed her diaper. He also claims the infant is ‘anorexic.’ Kyle, take a flying fuckin’ leap, asshole.
Both were arrested and both are being charged with child neglect with substantial bodily harm. Bail was set at $20,000. Kyle faces an additional charge of child abuse with substantial bodily harm.
And Danielle? This is what she has to say…‘They need to get what they deserve and they need to be put in jail. And they need to be treated they way they treated that baby so they know what that baby went through.’
Little Alexius is still being cared for at Sunrise Hospital.

Role reversal! The kid has better thought skills better than dad! She can get therapy for that.

I really dont know which went through my mind first… the need to cry.. nausia.. or anger. I will just NEVER understand how anyone does this to an infant. It REALLY really blows my mind. The first thing I have to say is: “Cussing is an act of a feeble mind to express itself forcefully” Your language does not impress me little boy.
Next, you idiots don’t have the facts. The baby had an MRI and they found NO shaken baby problems. Next, the baby was born prematurely by a month. This cause enough problems by it’s self. My with is a NICU nurse and has seen these problems first hand.
As for the “afterbirth” that said we should have aborted our daughter NO. Her mom and I don’t beleive in the practice. (except in “AFTERBIRTHS SITUATION”
I suggest that you clean up your own back yard first so you can then be good enough to cast the first stone.
We tried to tell our daughter the Kyle was no good as others had also suggested. But for some reason she chose to be with him.
Allow the courts to figure this out and you Sea Lawyers …get a life.

My own nephew was born when he mon was 26 weeks. Oh yes, 26 weeks. He fit right in the palm of our hands. He is now 11 years old, not one of his little bones were broken. He never suffered from Anorexia, and he never started fights when diaper changing time rolled by.
I have 4 children that I haved cared for since I was expecting them. Not once have they been starved, beaten, or neglected all together. So yes, I will throw the first stone.

It is so uncomfortable reading these stories(nothing compared to what these children go through). Ok first off to jennifer’s dad..I like to say That baby was not anorexic they starved her.And no this aint miss gill..this be the “friend” who called police. She told the church she never saw kyle beat that baby..How could you not know? Secondly with all due respect sir, she and kyle both told that baby to shut the f*** up cause alexius would cry.And when did any of you see alexuis I was the only person allowed to see her.And i hate to say it but if it wasent for miss.gill Alexuis woulda never ate.So if kyle dident wanna do( change dipers and feed alexuis) she gave birth tell me what her excuse is now.That baby weigh only 7 pounds at four months old dr told me even that was under weight for a premature baby.Whats your excuse now?And dont tell me i dont know what im talking about because I went in the ambulance with her and stayed overnight 4 days with her. And stayed when i couldent stay all night.And why dident the church do something 2 months ago when they told kyle and jennifer that if they saw one more mark they would call the police? As far as the church i was told 4 days ago by the pastor about them being warned and that honestly was the first i had heard of the church incident. And he told me himself ..i hope this kinda cleared the confusion for you.

daniles husband is my brother he was working when said incidents occured but her was aware of telling the baby to stfu he knew that. and danile was the only one to feed her if she dident do it alexius would never get food. Well if you feel they do thats fine..but if the investigators thought that they would have arrested my brother and danielle but they did not. And it was kyle and jens place not danelles place they was helping with rent because they just moved her from another state had only been her 2 weeks.
