9, 2009, he was teased and harassed, both at school and at the bus stop, by several other kids including a 16-year old. These kids said they were going to beat him up and shoot him with a pellet gun. The threats frightened Wojciechowski’s son because the bullies knew he would be home alone after school. As a way of protection, the boy asked two of his friends to go home with him. The boy must have been scared because inviting guests over without permission is a big rule breaker in his mother’s household. When Wojciechowski found out her son had broken house rules, she told her son that her boyfriend, Thomas Betty, would punish him when he got back into town on FridayFriday reviews

As promised, when Thomas Betty returned home that Friday, he walked into the house and began yelling at the boy. Betty then removed his belt, grabbed the boy by the wrist and pulled him through the living room and hallway to his bedroom. Betty ordered the boy onto the bed and began beating him with his belt and fist all over his body for about 35 minutes. Betty left the room but told the boy, “I’m not through with you.” He returned 10 minutes later, and continued the beating.
On March 16, 2009, the Port Orange Police Department was notified by a Volusia County Public School, based on a report of possible child abuse regarding one of their students. With the assistance of the Department of Children & Families, the 12-year old boy was taken to a hospital and his injuries were documented. He was injured and bruised on nearly every part of his body: head, arms, legs, left shoulder, abdomen, and back. Hey, Asshole. Police showed Wojciechowski her son’s injuries and wrote in their report that she “showed no emotion when she was shown the injuries and could not offer an explanation as to why they were so extensive.”Wojciechowski told police she works nights, and slept during the day while her son was being punished in his room. She said she never went into his room to check on him. I call bullshit. How could you not hear the screams of your child while he’s being viciously beaten by your piece-of-shit penis! You are a cold-hearted cunt who does not deserve the title of “mother” and should have your uterus removed with the lid of a rusty sardine can! Fuck You, you fucking Bitch!
The next day, Thomas R. Betty, 54, and his girlfriend, Amy Sue Wojciechowski, 32, were taken into custody within an hour of warrants being issued for their arrest. Betty was charged with child abuse and booked into the Volusia County Branch Jail with no bail allowed. He has a criminal record, including federal narcotics offenses, in both Colorado and Indiana, where the three last lived until moving to Port Orange a month ago. Wojciechowski was charged with child neglect and booked into the jail where she remains on $20,000 bail. The child remains in protective custody. I hope he never has to see these two worthless douche-bags again and has a much happier life from here on.

They both need a beating with something sharp and spikey, and then be bullied by others when they go to jail, similar to an “eye for an eye” type punishment.

What a story and YES the mother should get her head bashed in real hard and lay there in pain and agony and for him, this fucker he will get his in prison, guaranteed by the way he looks and by his age, and good good good i hope they beat him so bad he is crying his last words.
Sometimes I sound so mean and unhearted but I cannot even imagine these poor children, babies, anyone innocent and unable to protect themselves from these mean bastard people who call themselves parents, I NEVER got beat at ALL, I got punished the correct way with not one of my parents handling me or physically touching me, they did not need to do that, Kids should be kids, getting dirty, playing outside, smelling the flowers eating whatever they find in the house, let the kids be kids and so many parents intervene so much and take out their frustrations on these poor innocent helpless infants, babies, children, you know it just is frustrating to me and i thank god every day for my wonderful parents and child hood, I am fortunate and i know this and am very very thankful for that.

If he is 12 than he has endured 12 long years of horror. Even if it the penis wasn’t with his “muther” (can’t even type the real word when I refer to this cockhole) the fact that she would allow (nee – encourage) such pain to be inflicted on her child means he has likely suffered his whole life.
I don’t get it. Nationwide there are people hoping to adopt, to take in and love to pieces a child…and people do things like this. Oh wait! The state doesn’t send checks if you ain’t got a kid or two, right???

You know kids can be so mean to each other and that saddens me. I mean this boy felt so scared that he felt he needed protection from his peers and broke “the rules” by having friends over to help him. Then at home he gets it even worse by this jackoff step dad or whatever. His Mom should of been all over that school trying to help her son out instead of letting him get punished by her penis for doing something wrong. Let’s try a little understanding ya know. Poor kid.

Sorry but if my child came home withfriends cause she was scared to be there alone cause of the bullies I would be okay with that. Whats the worst that could happen? Okay so they will eat all the snacks in the house and get into my make up…big deal. This was her child. She didnt give a rats ass what he was scared about but seemed to be peachy with her child being beaten (could have killed him too) and didnt even bat an eye about it? I would have killed my bf had he gone that far with my kids. Times like these I am proud to have an awsome hubby, and awsome daddy for my girls. That poor kid has had to of suffered more abuse than just this time. How much you wanna bet there are more instances than this?

I would be willing to bet that he has endured abuse at the hands of every swinging dick she has let come through the door. Seems MOMMY”S friends are okay but the child cannot have friends.
She should be forced to confront something she fears greatly then be beat within an inch of her life. She apparently does not give a flying shit about her child. Every other day you read about a child beat by bullies at school, about children commiting sucide because of being bullied. Since being blasted by the media, and IMPROPER investigating by the authorities, Amy has had ALL her charges dropped. It seems this is another case that the Florida DCF will lose because they acted before finding out the facts!
