On March 13,2009, Miguel Alejandro Torres-Delarosa was watching his 2-year old son and his 4-year-old daughter while their mother was at work. Sometime during the day, the the 2-year old needed a diaper change. Miguel changed his son into a fresh diaper and, wouldn’t you know it, the little tyke shit his pants again just after his father had changed him. How infuriating! In fact, this little accident got Miguel so outraged he took a belt, tied it around his son’s throat, and began to strangle him. Oh, how I would love to do the same to you, you psychotic son-of-a-bitch.
When Miguel returned the children to their mother later in the evening, she immediately noticed the boy’s eyes were swollen and he had marks around his neck. When the mother questioned Miguel about her son’s injuries, his lame-ass excuse was that he didn’t know how the boy had gotten them. I guess Miguel is either not too bright or has never heard of the Dreamin Demon because we’ve had some pretty creative excuses in the past.
That night the mother consulted her friend, who was a nurse, and then took the child to the emergency room. After an examination, doctors confirmed the child had been choked or strangled. The doctors said if he had gone any longer the child would have died. The authorities were notified and detectives with the Palm Bay police special victims unit began an investigation noting that the incident was more than a severe case of child abuse. Ya think?
Torres-Delarosa is being held at the Brevard County Detention Center without bond. He was charged with attempted murder and aggravated child abuse. The boy will continue to be evaluated by doctors to determine if he has any other internal injuries. Let’s hope those babies never have to see this worthless piece of shit of a sperm donor again!

So happy he is locked up without BOND that is the best news and for the little baby get better and I will pray you never have to be in that dickheads hands ever again and for mom quick thinking on your part by talking to your friend and never ever never ever let that man see those two kids ever again, get away from him forever forget about him and move on because always remember HE WOULD HAVE KILLED HIM REMEMBER THAT and maybe you will never speak to him again

My friend used to have this dog named Butter. Butter was a tad off in the head and he also had a crazy ass mole like this dude. If you tried to touch it he would snap at your hand….and go nutso.
I keep looking at this dude and seeing people poking the rat turd on his face while he snaps at them like a deranged animal.

Although I gotta admit, it’s a tad frustrating,(not choke her frustrating tho) if I had a dollar for the number of times my daughter did that to me, I’d have a lot more dollars than I do now.

Let me get this straight. He got furiously angry at a 2 year old for pooping in a diaper and then strangled him with a belt?! Uhh…2 year olds poop in diapers, dude. Guy should have been happy the kid was pooping in a diaper. When I was a kid, there was a two year old that lived next door who would drop his pants and shit wherever he happened to be–in the street, in the yard, in his bedroom, in church. Oh, and then, he’d fingerpaint with it. In fact, one day my dad came home from work and stepped in it because it was in our yard! He was so mad that he stepped in the neighbor’s dog’s poop but became furious when my brother and I informed him not to blame the dog. Anyway, my point is that this asshat should have been very happy that the boy was doing his, heh-heh, duty in the appropriate place!
Personally speaking, I rather enjoy changing my son’s diapers. True, I don’t enjoy the smelly doodies. Or the prospect of getting peed on. But I do enjoy his laughter and his babbling. I enjoy the love and trust he has for me. I like to think that he and I have turned what many consider to be a disgusting chore into a beautiful moment of bonding and trust-building. It’s too bad that this man couldn’t have found another perspective when it came to changing his son’s diaper.
And, I’m going to echo some of the others here by saying, good for the mom! She did what a lot of mothers we see on this site don’t do. She put her child first. Hopefully, she’ll leave that abusive bastard and let him rot in jail.
