McCleary stood before Hills­borough Circuit Judge Chet A. Tharpe in ripped jeans and a sweat shirt and listened to a prosecutor read what happened to 2-year-old Gabrielle Randel in the early morning hours of March 8, 2009:

Gabrielle was fussy and crying when Lopez allegedly tied her hands behind her back, wrapped her in blankets and sat her down on the ground. He put a karate pad over her, the prosecutor said. And he beat that karate pad until he noticed the girl was silent.

McCleary looked down and cried.

“She failed to intervene on behalf of her child,” prosecutor Michael Sinacore said.

Authorities said the girl suffered blunt trauma to her forehead, multiple marks and bruises to her entire body, a hand mark on her body and serious trauma to her genitalia.

McCleary called 911 after they realized the girl had stopped breathing. When authorities arrived, they found McCleary's second child, a 3-year-old boy, with the word “dumba–” scribbled on his forehead. A sheriff's investigator said McCleary admitted to writing it.

She never faced a charge for that.

Her attorney says McCleary has surrendered the rights to her son, who now lives in Texas with his father. She lives with her parents and two younger sisters and is in therapy.

McCleary and her lawyer are surprised at the severity of charges against her. Her lawyer has this to say, ‘The state’s theory under the circumstances is that she failed to protect her daughter from the act of her boyfriend. I think certainly no one can really have an idea of what a situation is like until they sit in somebody’s shoes.’ He also stated that Danielle is going to cooperate with authorities ‘to try to get the guy who belongs in prison for this in prison – that being Mr. Lopez.’ Danielle is ‘heart-broken’ over the death of her daughter and the charges against her are ‘difficult for her to handle.’ She has been released from Orient Road Jail on $15,000 bail. Fuck her…bitch can rot right next to Kenneth as far as I’m concerned.

Sitting in somebody’s shoes sounds desperately uncomfortable. I think I shall pass on that one.

And she was not heartbroken enough about losing her daughter to not try and minimise the blame to herself. To think I spent time coming up with occupations that would have a good reason to be out working late at night when we believed that she was not present. Makes me want to spit.

Why can’t the biological fathers who actually LOVE the child have custody for once?!

Because selfish immature cuntclowns think babies are something to be used to manipulate other people with. They use their kids to get or keep men, They use them to hurt and maim the hearts of those they hate. Babies are not human to people like this… just tokens in their games.

I can not imagine being so afraid for my own skin that I could sit and watch/listen as anyone hurt my child. According to articles posted in the forum, this didn’t happen in a house or an apartment… it was a HOTEL ROOM.

They released more info about this case today, Turns out mommy dearest , liked to write messages on the 3 year olds forehead. The cops found “DumbAss” scribbled on his forehead. The boy told the cops mommy did it.

They also said :

It looks like the Bio-Dad, Michael Randel, has the 3 year old for now, and mommy gets supervised vists as long as she behaves her self and stops refering to her 3 year old as a “Dumb Ass”.

I will add that Gabrielle’s biological father is in a lot of pain right now, as you can imagine. I wish he had been given custody, he loved his little girl and was so proud to be a daddy.

I am so sorry for Gabrielle’s family, the ones that loved her so much… We’ll pray for them and pray that LowTardpez, will get swift and just punishment… Again, my sympathies to the Family!
