My Dad Is A Killer!

Waukesha, WI–Michael Tessmer’s 11-year-old son drew a picture at school. He titled his artwork ‘My Dad is a killer!’ What did Michael Tessmer do to deserve such a title? He killed the kid’s dog, Zorro; a 3-year-old black labradoodle.

Tessmer and his wife are currently going through a divorce…he had visitation with his children from February 27 until MarchMarch reviewsMarch reviews 1. He sent those kids back home with nightmares, I’m sure.

After school officials got a hold of the kid’s drawing, they called police. When the child was questioned, he told authorities that he and his sibling/s went to work with their father at 7:30 a.m. SaturdaySaturday reviewsSaturday reviews, and when they returned home at 3:30 p.m., the dog had an accident on the floor. In a rage, Tessmer kicked the dog, 5-10 times, in the chest…in front of the kids. When the dog finally escaped the blows, he was breathing heavily. Zorro died that night. The child overheard a telephone conversation the next morning…Tessmer told the children’s mother that Zorro died of a heart attack.

The child’s mother recovered Zorro’s body. The Humane Animal Welfare Society performed a necropsy, which showed the dog died of internal injuries consistent with being kicked in the chest. Nice dad. Real fuckin’ nice.

Michael H. Tessmer, 52, was being held FridayFriday reviewsFriday reviews in the Waukesha County Jail on $2,500 bail and a $7,500 signature bond. He is being charged with felony mistreatment of animals. He was ordered to have no contact with his children, wife, or animals. Asshole….

    To begin with, I absolutely do not condone this kind of behavior at all!!! I think that it is wrong and that he should be punished. However…I do think that someone that had been struggling with a failing marriage and a bitter divorce for a while is going to eventually loose it. The way that it happen was wrong, but as far as it goes, lets just say that this is NOT the first case where a child has seen a man hurt an animal before. Yes, it was a pet, a family dog at that, but many children have seen their fathers innocently kill animals just for the sport of it. Again, I am NOT saying that what he did was right, but it’s not the last time a child will see a parent hurt a helpless animal!!! People that don’t know this man (and yes, I do) can say what they want. But I happen to know for a FACT, that this man was the SOLE reason their kids had any consistency in their lives by actively keeping them involved in church, activities and regular day-to-day school funtions. (their Mother never did) So, say what you want, but if you don’t know the WHOLE situation you should NEVER cast stones! And again, for what it’s worth I am NOT saying that what he did was right, or handled it the best way. He never should have lied, but who has never lied to cover up a mistake before??? I feel badly for the kids because now they can’t see the ONE person who was really had their best interest at heart. I know that may be hard for some of you to understand, but it’s TRUE!

    Enough said...Let's focus on those children and doing the best we can to give them love and support. Let them remember that not all people are like dad or sperm donor as he will now be known. A true Father would never subject his children to such a horrific experience. Karma sucks, better luck next time buddy. Peace Out from the Valley of the Sun.

I can hear the screams of the poor dog yelping in pain and the screams and cries of the horrified children as their father was killing their beloved Zorro. Oh yeah, an ass-whoopin' is definitely in order! His children will HATE HIS DAMN GUTS for the rest of their lives... thanks for the memories, Dad....NOT!!!!

    I am so saddened by what this horrible excuse of a human being did not only to his poor defenseless dog, but in front of this children.

    they should lock this piece of shit up and throw away the key, society has no place for someone who acts like an animal.

    Unfortunately, my sweet baby (a great dane) is too sweet. He'd never hurt anyone unless they tried to hurt me or mine. Most of the giant breed dogs are nothing but heart... all bark, no bite. He, and most of the other giant breed dogs I know, are too gentle to be anything other than "lap dogs", LOL. Now, he does accidentally paw men in the balls a lot.

    I thought that if this kind of abuse took place in front of a child, it was considered child abuse. I know in some states a fist fight in front of a child was considered child abuse. Does this not fall in those catagories?

    The picture of this happening is so very sad! Its bad enough he did this, but he did this in front of his kids!!! That poor animal suffered before he finally died. I cant imagine that the kids didnt know this, they probably wanted to help him. Sick fucking bastard- Im so pissed. He needs to be kicked in the chest and a few in the teeth...maybe then we could tell his ex-wife he died of a heart attack AND MEAN IT!!!
