Arthur and Rayleen’s Church of Rape
March 8, 2009 by Ruby

Arthur Martinez and Rayleen Camarena
San Bernadino, CA - The lovely couple pictured here are Arthur Martinez, 27, and Rayleen Camarena, 25. They like spending time together, attending church functions, helping out with youth groups, sending sexually explicit text messages, plying teens with alcohol, and rape.
These pious folks met a 17-year-old in church who captured their fancy. So they did what any God-fearing couple would do: they began sending the girl graphic text messages telling her how attractive she was. They then approached her mother and offered to take the girl to a church youth function at a place called Fiesta Village; the mother agreed.
And what a Fiesta they had in mind! Child rape, whoohooo! Doesn’t it set your feet to tapping and your hips to swaying? I can’t stop whistling, myself. Martinez and Camarena drove the teen to a remote location, gave her alcohol, and tried for some time to force her to have sex. To their credit (cough, cough), once they realized there was no way their victim was going to comply, they eventually drove her home.
I hate how these God-fearing, bible-thumping douchebags can hide behind their piousness to gain access to children, and how parents seem to instinctively trust anyone connected to their church. Grrrr. EasyEasy reviews
pickin’s.
Police believe there may be other victims, quite possibly from the same church, and urge anyone with information to call Detective Julie Brumm at (909) 387-3615.
Court records show that Arthur Lee Martinez III and Rayleen Christian Camarena have been charged with one count each of Attempted Unlawful Sexual Intercourse with a Minor and three counts each of Annoying / Molesting a Child Under 18. I love the annoyance charge. I’d like to hit a few people with that one, myself. Interestingly, though, Rayleen has a few additional charges on her docket, including Requirement to Register as a Sex Offender, Child Abuse, and HIV/AIDS Testing Mandatory and DisclosureDisclosure reviews
to Victim.
I don’t know about you, but those charges made me sit up and say, “hmmmm…..?” There’s nothing in her court documents that shows any prior criminal history, so I’m curious to see what this turns out to be. She will appear for her preliminary hearing on MarchMarch reviews
12. For his part, Arthur Martinez has a long history of moving violations, DWI, and operating vehicles without insurance or registration, but nothing more serious.
Both are being held on $75,000 bail. Welcome to the Dreamin’ Demon, scumbuckets!

I agree and most certainly do not condone their behaviors or am trying to blame the victim however I am curious about the 17 y/o- by that age would she have been so naive not to know something was going to happen? She received the texts and didnt tell her mom, still went with the couple? Did they force her to drink? At 17 I was no angel…I wonder if she went for the alcohol, her mom found out she was drunk when she came home and she told this story to get out of trouble. Not saying that she “made up a story”, just stuck on why she wouldnt say anything before when she was getting the texts. I dont know. Fiesta Village does look like fun though, maybe she just thought she was getting a ride to meet up with her friends!
Whats up with those other charges for Rayleen???

Yeah…. How can I get someone charged with annoyance.??? ahhhh the possibilities

Oh this fucking kills me. Child rape at 17…17 is hardly a “child”. Maybe from a legal stand point but I had already written several chapters in my Muffin Manual by then. Wouldn’t it be rape if she was forced into it? I mean they attempted, she refused and they drove her home. Maybe she did not nip the advances in the ass the way she should have but that hardly constitutes rape.
Arthur is cute in an eyes to close together kind of way. Kayleen, on the other hand, looks like she’s ready to break out her inner dom. Makes my belly hurt. I hope she remembers the safe word.

Point taken, Mamma. I think a lot of crimes involving kids around this age are complicated for just these reasons, and I think it usually comes down to consent. If a guy is sexing up a 17 year old and she’s totally into it, the law says it’s wrong, but I don’t agree. That’s just me.
But if this couple willfully misled her about where they were taking her and why, then hijacked the trip to try to get a little nookie, well then, I think that’s not cool. Heck, that’s not cool to do to an adult as far as I’m concerned, but certainly not to a minor. It’s illegal to force someone to have sex, and I think that’s a good thing.
If this girl had been sneaking out to get some info for her … ahem…. “Muffin Manual,” then I agree there should be no statuatory rape charge. But under the circumstances, I believe a crime was committed and should be prosecuted.
By the way: Muffin Manual? For real? LMAO.

Don ‘t hate on my muffin manual. It’s going to be a best seller.
We can sit by the camp fire, roast weenies and talk of my adventures.
Siskel and Ebert have already given it two thumbs up.

Okay.
Maybe it’s just me but ..if these two weirdos were texting me “graphic messages”
I don’t think I’d go to a fucking fiesta with them.
Even if my mom wanted me to go.
I’d say “fuck you, these people are perverts I am not going”
A part of me thinks she may have considered being with them and then changed her mind.
Why else would she have gone after getting nasty text messages from them?
Did she think that all of a sudden they’d act appropriately and it was a good idea to go ?

california has a law where if you are charged with certain sex crimes, there is a mandatory hiv test and the victim can request to see the results. thats what these last words mean, not that she is for sure hiv pos.

c
well, perhaps she used bad judgement, sure. but i am not going to blame her for the event. thats why it is extra-naughty to prey on the young. they use poor judgement. they are easily conned. “its like taking candy from a baby”

I wasn’t blaming her i just don’t understand why she’d go with these freaks if they were sending her “graphic messages”.It makes no sense

I can hardly wait for the perv “defenders to show up here….
Let’s all do an exorcism, shall we?
Nothing is more disgusting than to find out that someone, who attends your church, someone you Praise God with, is hiding their deviant selves so well…..
Oh Mighty God, please allow me to assist in Your smiting of evil, I have such a willing spirit, Amen!

It so sucks when these kind of people make all of us church going folks look bad.
And I mus say this, I still after being a member of my church for over 8 years don’t trust many of the people there. I hope they are good people, but they don’t get the opportunity to be alone with any of my children
8:28 am on March 9th, 2009
And thats just it…. all you can do is HOPE….. cuz really…. can you realy trust anyone?
Omg I just peed….
and didnt make it to the bathroom…. damn it

People like these make it so hard for me to invite some of my kids over to bake cookies or tie dye t-shirts. I work as a youth mentor/advisor (and am a certified sex educator under the Our Whole Lives comprehensive sexualty education program which was co-written by the UCC and UU churches) for an amazing group of teenagers at my church, and it just sucks that I have to think twice before sending out an email or text – must check my word choice twice, etc.
People who work with children and teens need to be background checked, screened and trained – and this training is not something most churches encourage, facilitate or even offer! Churches need to stop being so happy just to have someone actually WANT to work with the popluation and instead look to actively recruit people that we want working with “our” kids. If someone comes to me and tells me they want to work with my kids, it raises a red flag most times.
Not sure we’ll ever fix this problem – it’s just sad that folks like these target what they think are “easy targets”…

yeah what they did was wrong morally, legally, ethically, and psychologically.they are pos but going by my definitions, this is far from “child rape”

I have known Arthur for 15 years. I went to high school with him and my best friend dated the weirdo for 5 years! In High School, you would of never of guessed he would of turned out t his way. He was a typical church boy, played the drums, read his scriptures and went to church all the time.
I went to Gateway, I will be the first to tell you how sick and twisted that church/school is. Arthur and his wife raped a few girls there before. They use to host “sales clubs” at their house…aka, swinger parties. There are people in that church with a past so black that you would be shocked…but in this day and age, maybe not.
I got thrown out of school and the church for drinkin, cutting my hair, wearing short sleeves and pants. Big fucking deal! I get called a two bit whore from the Pastor himself and get shunned from the church, but Arthur and his wife can rape and get welcomed back with open arms? Sad part is, I wasnt even a whore. All it was was church gossip.
Everyone in that place gossips. That place is and has always been about money. If you dont have money, then your not going to fit in there. That church is like a soap opera…someone else is screwing someone elses brother or husband..this person is married to this persons cousin….typical soap opera shit. People are blind when they walk into that church or that religion for that fact. Its a cult and people need to realize that.
