Doing fine, thanks, but I appreciate your concern. As I stated previously, your comment was not immediately apparent to be an “ironic” one; more of a “moronic” one. Had it been obviously ironic, I would have “LOL” and quoted you and “well said”. Maybe I’m just not “with it” since P did not warn me that the previous statement was irony. Since I am not the only one who missed that seemingly significant sign, I can only assume I’m not too far “out of it”.
I also stated that if it turned out to be misstated irony, I would take back my FUCK YOU, and so I do. I take it back because I am a man of my word.

Family, to me is everything, and when I percieve an insult (even over the net) or threat to my family, I defend it 110%. That’s how I am, and no amount childish “untwist your panties” or “douche-goggle” comments will ever change that.

R-E-L-A-X. A basic definition of irony is when you would normally expect one thing, and the opposite occurs. Right? As in, this guy talks about being a Christian and conferring with his pastor, and says that he’s a conservative Republican…and then goes on the internet and downloads porn that involves the most vile and detestable ANTI-Christian ANTI-Republican-morals content that exists. Now do you understand the irony in my saying that his being Christian and a Republican “explains” his actions? It’s unfortunate that tone isn’t immediately evident on the internet, because I can assure you that I don’t REALLY believe that a good Christian, Republican gentleman would feel that downloading child pornography is in keeping with his beliefs, or in keeping with being a decent human of any kind, for that matter.

Of course, considering that there was no evidence that he manufactured any child porn or that he was preying on children, combined with the fact that he was fully cooperating, there’s really no reason to set a high bail. Yes, pedos are horrible, but valueable jail space should be reserved for those actively hurting people. I can’t really justify releasing a murderer or serial rapist out early to make room for a guy who had illegal pictures on his computer.
