” by Keyshia Cole Monica and the beginning lyrics start out as, “I won’t hurt you, I’m down for you, baby.”
Apparently, Detra, 23, was not singing this song that same day when her live-in boyfriend, Derra Smith, 31, wanted to end their five-month relationship. He told her to leave the apartment and Detra said she wasn’t going anywhere. Smith decided he would leave, but Detra told him she would cut up all of his clothing if he did. She grabbed a pair of scissors and began slicing his clothes.
When Smith tried to grab the scissors, Detra tried to stab him with them. She then began hitting him with an 8-inch dinner plate. When he tried to stop her, she bit him on both shoulders and arms, tearing away flesh. Yeah, she’s crazy, and that’s an understatement!
Detra then grabbed a steak knife and resumed cutting Smith’s clothing. When Smith approached her again, she slashed him with the knife, cutting out a chunk of the wooden door frame at the height of Smith’s throat. I think this is when he finally heard the PsychoPsycho reviews
alarm bells ringing loudly in his head and realized his clothes were not worth dying over.
Smith got into his vehicle and tried to drive away, but Detra jumped on to the vehicle’s hood. Smith then went to an adjacent apartment and called 911. Detra Washington was arrested on a charge of aggravated battery and was being held at the Hernando County jail without bail.

I wonder if she really thought that was going to work. Like after he realized that she loved him enough to tear chunks out of his flesh he would be all “damn, you’re right we can make this work”.

I wish all women that choose to attack their fellas and cut up his clothes in front of him, would take just a minute to look in the mirror, see how “Fugly” they are at that moment, they will see all that the boyfriend is ever going to remember of their relationship. I’m a bit ‘old fashion’ when it comes to “shackin’ up with the opposite sex. If a couple are engaged and are planning on marriage… fine. This “assembly line” bed hopping is just a sexual arrangement that too many people engage in these days. What does a person expect when there is no commitment one way or the other outside the bedsheets… hello! The worse part is these dumb-asses tote their kids around from bed to bed and a lot of the time, the kids end-up victims because mom or dad can’t or won’t be satisfied unless they can get their rocks off every single night. Irresponsible and dangerous lifestyles like this one are just too common nowadays. Everybody thinks with their hormones, it seems.

It might surprise you to know that research suggests women are responsible for more domestic violence than men. But, because the men feel like they will be treated like a wimp, they don’t often report it… and they can’t fight back, because they’ll usually get arrested for it. They are the ultimate underdog in these situations, often forced to just take it. Worse yet, a lot of women will actually take advantage of the “you can’t hit me” mentality.
As a result, “reverse” domestic violence is an issue very dear to my heart. On more than one occasion, I’ve stepped in on behalf of a man who was getting beaten by a woman and felt he had no recourse. Of course, I also do my best to counsel my male friends in an attempt to reverse the backward thinking. If a woman thinks she’s big enough to hit a man, there’s no reason she shouldn’t get hit right the hell back. So what if she’s smaller? Would you not hit a person of the same sex back just because he was smaller?
Equal rights, baby. Aren’t they grand?

This is part his fault too though. This one could not have possibly went ape shit over night. It’s possible. But given the fact that he interacted with her in this bs leads me to believe he’s done so before.
