Tampa Bay - Almost two years ago douchebag Nick Bollea, son of Hulk Hogan, was involved in a car wreck that left his passenger, John Graziano, a breathing, permanently brain damaged zucchini. Nick served a whopping 5 months in jail for his involvement in the crash. But this isn’t about Nick; this is about John Graziano’s father, Edward Graziano. He has just been arrested for trying to arrange a hit on his estranged wife, Debra. He paid for her death with $1,100 in cash, a $1,000 personal check and a $13.06 gift card to Westshore Pizza
Police say that Graziano, 53, was arrested after a 2-and-a-half month long investigation. Graziano met with an informant and an undercover detective posing as ‘go-between’ to a hit man on numerous occasions in public places around Pinellas County. These meetings were held to discuss when and how the hit should be carried out. Graziano wanted his wife’s death to be the result of an automobile accident. His reason for wanting his wife dead was in order to help solve a few financial issues stemming from their divorce.
Debra and her attorney were notified of the threats to her life late last year. Since that time, she has spent the majority of her time in the VA hospital where her son resides while the investigation continued. Debra’s attorney has now released this statement: “She is saddened by all of this. She can’t believe so much tragedy can strike one family. Her main purpose is concentrating on John getting better.”
Graziano was arrested at his home and will be charged with solicitation to commit murder. I, on the other hand, will be sure to check out Westshore Pizza whenever I am in Florida. Not only did he offer it as a form of payment, but the fact that it didn’t seem to be suspicious when the “hit man” took it leads me to believe that place must have some damn good pie. EDIT - I just checked out Westshore…looks like a franchise akin to a Papa Johns. Anyone ever eaten Westshore’s crap?

I never looked at it that way, but you do make a good point. When I first read the first few lines, I could have sworn that I would be reading that the “victim” was Nick Bollea. Man was I blown away when I read it was the ex-wife. Sad that loosing his meant more to him. Not that it would have been okay if the intended victim was Nick, but you could at the very least understand what drove him to order a hit.

I’m guessing, if Ol’ pops had succeeded in pulling off this hit, that he would’ve then received all the monetary settlements from his sons injuries, then he would’ve moved the son somewhere that the son might “accidentally ” get dead…..

I love Westshore Pizza!!! There is one about a block from my house. The pizza is good but the Calzone are to DIE for =). This news doesnt surprise me one bit. The family is fucked up. Oh well, thats Tampa for you, I should move.

What someone with a narcissistic and overacheiving personality like this hates more than anything is not if they’re son or anyone else clsoe to them gets injured, its when things are demanded of them. It offends them that someone could DARE ask them to do things such as pay money etc.
He should go to jail for a long time but I still find it insulting that while shaken, his wife is alive and unharmed. His son is still a vegatable and the bastard that put him there only did five months, whining the whole time.

i’m not so much suprised about the pizza gift card as i was about the amount. why $13.06? that seems like such a random amount and such a small thing. if that was a bonus “thank you for killing my wife” gift, it hardly seems appropriate. here’s an etiquette tip, when you want to thank your hitman, go for a $100 gift card from Hooters or PF Chang’s.

And I’m guessing the $13.06 on the gift card is because he didn’t actually carefully consider, then go out and purchase the perfect Hit Man Thank You Gift (card), but rather threw in a partially used gift card someone had given him.
It was probably a $25.00 gift card, and he used the first $11.94. Perhaps he got a bit of heartburn, so he figured he’d throw it into the mix to sweeten the pot. LOL.

I like that. Who has the right to choose who dies, and when.. He chose to have her die in a car accident. Do you think John would’ve wanted his mother, who sat by his bedside walking him through therapy, to die (or become a vegetable herself) the same way he was put into that situation?
You have to look at the whole picture, not your biased one.
What is best for JOHN.
What is best for THE FAMILY.
and
What is best for SOCIETY.
As a whole, all three would be better off with a person who cares, rather than someone who wants to take a sad situation and make it tragic, by getting rid of John’s two parents.
As for the strength of the case, they spent two months working on this case. TWO MONTHS.
I think he’s going to be in prison for a long time. This time, it was no accident.

Ed is dead. Might as well be, Debra put a restraining order on him to prevent their communicaation on the matter at hand. What happened to his rights. He needs to be hospitalized for mental capasity so he can learn to cope with things out of his control. I wish John would just come to, and ask for a large pizza….

Low budget mafia movie type shiat…. I’ll tell you what was going to happen next in this LIFETIME CHANNEL movie. Ed knew someone who worked at the pizza joint. When the hit man came in for the pizza using the card ,the person that was making the pizza was going to F@ck him up ( add extra’s to the pizza) for insurance that they’d keep their mouth shut…. FOREVER!
