Logan is doing fine, he was never in life threatening status thank god, and he is in Foster Care. Both Amy and Matt has visitation rights, Amy is not happy about Matt having them. But there is nothing she can do. Amy voluntarily took parenting classes and now the court is making them both take parenting classes even though she has already took them. And she is signed up. He hasn’t even called. Oh and news I just found out about the abuse was Amy was in counseling and they had given her meds that completely knocked her out..and Logan when he was admitted in the hospital only had one barely visible bruise on his back, but in two days while he was at the hospital he ended up having bruises all over. So not even the day care people knew something was wrong, so for the people bashing Amy by not knowing she had no way to know…and there were other people that were with him that day after everything that didn’t know something was wrong. But Amy is spening 3 hours with him today. So to answer your question Lynn Logan is doing good compared to what could happen. I think he is on a feeding tube right now due to something he was born with…he doesn’t eat much and sleeps a lot. So yeah he is good o the concept of what Matt did.

Ok I am going to defend Amy and fyi I know both of the parents. Amy truly knew nothing about the abuse. Matt never abused her and she knew nothing about him abusing Logan. And if you look at Matt’s myspace there are pics of Logan now that he got them. I don’t agree with what Matt did. And he has everyone fooled to him being innocent and all that bull shit and I believed him for a while but now I know the absolute truth. He did it, and personally I would love to do the same damage that he did to Logan to him. But don’t go bashing Amy, she is no longer with him. And just a couple hours ago she said that Matt will never get to hold Logan not even with someone there with him. So lay off bashing Amy for something she knew nothing about.

mommy and daddy bailed his ass out of jail for $5,000.00 cash. what a way to throw good cash down the drain. What would is bail be if he killed the poor baby, $5.00 ? Florida really need to have higher bail for offenses like this. Like, just lock him up and throw the key in the everglades. If mommy and daddy then can find the key, then let him out until the trial. After the trial, then throw him and the key back into the everglades.

I’ve said it before and I will say it again. It is a trend we are going to see more and more of. These young male and some female parents can not deal with the stress. They need to be educated when they leave the hospital what to do when they can’t handle the huge responsibility a newborn can be. For God’s sake won’t someone start doing something to protect these little babies from the suffering they must be enduring day in and day out. It makes my blood run cold just knowing it it going on as I am typing this comment. Birth control needs to be given away like free candy. I am totally discusted with these kinds of stories. May he get the punishment he deserves.

I resent that comment. The past 5 generations in my family have been teenage parents. Im young myself and pregnant. We have all done a fine job rasing children. Its not fair to stereotype. Ive done nuthing but read and study since I found out I was pregnant. Ive dont everything in my power to ensure a healthy baby and I will be a grat mother as will my husband a great father Your assumption is wrong. Not all young parents are jouvie delinquents and fuck ups.

sorry but some of you are sick, some of the posters on here have some male issues they need major physiological help with, being protective is one thing, but over the top nuts is another

I don’t know that I’d use the word “sick,” but yeah, sometimes I worry that others seem to have substantial unaddressed issues with men in general. I hope that’s what it is in many instances, because it’s inconcievable to me that people choose to have a baby with someone (male or female,) that they can’t trust unequivocally with that baby in all regular day to day situations and basic care needs. Co-parenting is easier, healthier, and better for the children. You need to know that other person has got your back and their children’s as well. If your partner is wrapped well enough upstairs to leave alone with the baby, he or she isn’t wrapped well enough to breed in the first place. Genetics matter.

I’m with you on this one…I was the one to get up every night with both of my children. Why? Because I never trusted my husband to be awake enough to take care of the babies when they would get up in the middle of the night. Now, don’t get me wrong…he never once abused our children…however I knew he wasn’t a happy person when he would get woken up. So I sacrificed my sleep, just so that I would know that my babies would be properly taken care of. I could have never slept thru them waking up in the middle of the night…even if my husband offered to get up with them…I was still awake to watch what he did with them.

And, how would she know Matthew gets “frustrated” with the baby – unless she’s seen him do something he shouldn’t have? Why leave a baby with a man you KNOW gets frustrated with him? Is sleep really THAT much more important? Bitch – I’ve stayed up 2 days straight with my kids when they were sick. Holding them, soothing them, cleaning up their puke and shit, rocking them… whatever it took to make THEM feel better.

Thankfully this baby survived, but he probably won’t the next time, if he’s given back to his mother. She endangered her child and admitted it by saying she knew Matthew lost his temper with the baby. Neither deserve this child, God only knows what permanent damage has been caused to this innocent baby.

Good luck little man, I will pray for you that your life gets better, it certainly hasn’t started out well.

Check out Amy’s Myspace. She has about 30-some pictures of a newborn Logan. If you check Matthew’s albums, he has a couple of pages of pet pics but not a single picture of baby Logan. What does that say to you?
